Doug, Chandler and Josh(contractor) made the whole process easy for us, in deciding to buy. This was the most fun, easy and streamlined service from beginning to end! We thought this process would have been harder and longer than it was. We are extremely happy with the turnout and knowledgeable information you all provided. You answered all questions (even ones that were probably common sense) and never made us feel stupid. We purchased a spa from Sam at Bachmanns and have been really pleased all along the way. It took several months for delivery due to backlog of orders, but once received our tub was installed without a hitch. Upon filling we have had all our questions answered by Sam and others at Bachmanns. The tub is amazing (Hot Springs Grandee) and the salt water system has worked perfectly so far. I highly recommend it.

We bought our hot tub Aug 2020. It was finally delivered June 2021. We had no issue with delays with what was going on. It was the lack of communication and responsibility to keep us updated. We shouldnt have to call and be put off or ignored. Even the manager wouldnt return a VM.The delivery was smooth and team professional. We were handed a bag of chemicals and told to put the chlorine and mineral cannisters in the bracket. We received no instructions or guidance on how to care for and maintain our hot tub. After reading manual, we went to another dealer who guided and helped us figure it out.We are only giving 2 stars because the showroom was nice. We would not recommend Bachmann nor will we return. There has been zero follow up since delivery.

It seems as though Bachman is all about selling top end hot tubs and spas at top end prices. They also dont include things others have in their base price, such as a cover lift or removal of an old hot tub. Nice stuff but a couple thousand over the competition. The sales person I talked with didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about the technology.Beautiful showroom, wonderful merchandise, but you might want to do some comparison shopping to insure you get the most for your money.

So.....we decided to put in a pool during the pandemic. We worked with Chandler at Bachmanns and the process was very easy. pricing was straightforward and she made sure we got the sale price that was happening at the time. We were referred to an excellent installer (Josh Stone with Graceful Construction). There were some minor issues with the Covid manufacturing hiccups but we were in no hurry so no worries. We ultimately put off the install until spring of 21 (although the pool was ready to go in)and Bachmanns stored the pool over the winter for us no problem. We purchased a Radiant 24 round above ground model and the quality is outstanding. Walls are solid and other equipment works great. The pool is beautiful and seems like it will hold up aesthetically and strengthwise for many many years.Since the install Ive been in to Bachmanns for supplies a few times and staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. We have received excellent practical advice throughout this process regarding the pool choices/setup, construction/installation, and maintenance.We have found ourselves using the pool a lot for guests, as well as my wife and I simply going in for a dip whenever we like. Our single regret regarding this pool and working with Bachmanns? We wish we would have done it sooner. Highly recommend.

I bought a used hot tub and went to Bachman because it was close to my home. My first visit was good. A young sales associate, I would have guessed she was in high school or just out, helped me and gave excellent customer service. I went back a second time to get some more chemicals and my experience was less than stellar. The woman who helped me, sold me more chemicals than I needed because Im new to hot tub ownership. I felt like she took advantage of my lack of knowledge and loaded me up with a bag of chemicals she said I would need. It turned out, I did not need one of the bottles because the vanishing act product took care of my needs. She did not tell me that their chemicals could not be returned. I went back to return and she refused to return them two days later. I understand the no return policy but I do not appreciate dishonest sales techniques. Just be very careful when you shop here. Ill be going to Leisure Concepts from now on because Jim has been honest and incredibly helpful.

I had always wanted a home sauna so I stopped into Bachmanns and was greeted by one of their associates, Chandler. She showed me the various models available and explained the differences between infrared and the classic style. I ended going with a Tylo and could not be happier. She kept me in the loop every step of the way up to delivery. If you need a sauna or realistically anything from them ask for her!

Very happy with our HotSpring spa. I was a little intimidated when it came to getting the tub setup and the water balanced properly, but the staff at Bachmann’s was willing to work with me every step of the way to make sure everything was functioning properly.

We decided to buy a Hot Spring salt water tub at Bachmans when we bought our lake house. After I was injured by a student at work and had to retire - the pain in my neck and shoulder area has not lessened.. Even my Dr was hopeful the tub would help me. The tub we ordered ended up being “delayed due to Covid “ our salesperson Chandler Corning went to great lengths to find another tub one model up that better met my health needs and was available maybe first or second week of April . We said Yes! To the Tub😏 surprisingly- Chandler sent me a text that it was here on Monday and it was delivered yesterday morning! The crew that delivered it were awesome- respectful, safety measures, very informative. Choosing Bachmann Pool/Spa was not a difficult choice, my brother did the leg work researching a supplier for a hot tub. It was so simple to call up and buy over the phone since I knew which hot tub I was going to buy. Chandler was my representative and she was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting a newbie like myself on options available for hot tubs. It is week two of owning my hot tub and Chandler has assisted me with my questions. My after-sale experience has been a helpful and fun experience.

No part sales on Saturday or if you didnt buy the tub from them. Guess this was my last visit.

We love the ACE system in our hot tub! We got our spa installed 2 years ago, and all I have to do is change the water once a year and wash the filters once in awhile. Our water stays crystal clear even though we use it 2-5 times a week. I haven’t added any chemicals to my spa since last winter. And that’s great, because one of the biggest barriers to us getting a spa was the worry that it was going to be a pain to take care of. They got it through a narrow door without damaging the tub or the door frame, and were able to set up our cover lifter quickly and efficiently.Initial Use:Though we had to wait on an electrician to do some wiring to plug the tub in (we purchased a plug and play model that required a dedicated circuit for a plug that looks like a dryer plug), we were able to use a small space heater to keep the pipes from freezing. Even though our hot tub had been delivered - Neo kept in touch to make sure setup and first time use went smoothly.tl;dr - We had an amazing shopping experience with Bachmanns - transparent pricing, great customer service, great delivery, and a company that is clearly focused on the customer even after theyve been paid in full

Such a disappointing experience. Yesterday, 9/25/2020, on their FB page they posted a photo of a big tent in front of their store with a sign that said USED HOT TUB sale with the following message Shop and get a hot tub this weekend during our Annual Reconditioned and Factory 2nd Hot Tub Sales Event! When we arrived, there was NO tent, no big sale, and no used hot tubs. Staff member was wearing a mask (there is currently a state-wide mask mandate due to COVID-19), but it was not covering her nose. If this sounds awesome to you, then you should definitely shop there, but if false advertising isnt your jam, you can skip this place.

Jim C. at Bachmann helped me figure out which hot tub was right for my family. Jim is brilliant - he knows everything there is to know about the industry, well beyond the lines he sells. He is patient and was perfectly willing to help me learn all I needed to, to make a decision on model. Jim also brings to bear his chemistry background, to help me start down the path of learning how to manage the water in the hot tub. Jim assures me itll be second nature to me after a few weeks, and although its a bit daunting, I dont doubt that with Jim on my side, Ill get there. I shopped all stores within a 40 mile radius of Madison to fully understand my options, and in the end I settled confidently on buying at Bachmanns. I couldnt be happier with the buying process, and I highly recommend Bachmann, and Jim in particular.

I didnt buy my pool from Bachmann but wish I had. I needed my liner replaced and decided to have them change the sand in the filter while they were here. Doug was so great to work with! Needed a part for our Oasis canopy over the hot tub. Called multiple times for a week straight..no one would answer. Left several e-mails no one responded back. Stopped in, and was told the person in parts was not in.... was told told to e-mail her. They just did not need my business I guess...

5 STAR SERVICE - From Start to finish the process of buying a hot tub was excellent. I appreciated the calls from Kiya to ensure I knew how to maintain the water chemistry. When a simple mistake was made during the ordering process it was quickly made right and I was very happy with the results. We were nervous about the crane lifting the hot tub over our house due to our deck being high off the ground. Ideal Crane and the delivery guys did an awesome job and in the end there was nothing to worry about. Sam the salesman was incredibly knowledgeable of the products and was meant to be a hot tub salesman! He was so nice to deal with. We love our hot tub and use it every day :) Go to Bachmann. You wont be disappointed.

Ive had a hot tub since the early 2000s and had relocated from one home to another. I loved my Coleman and had countless hours of fun and relaxation. Once we were no longer able to fix the seals due to wear and tear we bought a Hot Springs tub from Ryan. Great customer service, the install crew were fun and engaging and to top it off our electric bill has gone down since replacing our hot tub. Highly recommend first time buyers to work with Ryan and the Bachmann team. For those of you holding on to older models, I encourage you to upgrade, you deserve it ;)

We are very pleased with the service and assistance purchasing our new hot tub. They were helpful, nice, and very responsive. We had not purchased a hot tub before and they patiently reviewed all of our options and water care. When we wanted something changed after delivery, they were very easy and fair to deal with and accomplished it quickly.

Outstanding experience. Thermostat died on my two months new hot tub last night (during deep winter cold), and Doug showed up to service my hot tub under warranty within an hour of my call to Bachmann service on the coldest day of winter this year.Joree helped me on the phone initially, walking me through the steps to troubleshoot the problem. Joree and Doug are sharp as can be. When he got here Doug immediately went to work diagnosing the problem, and within minutes he zeroed in on the defective part. Super friendly, was happy to show me around the hot tub inner-workings, and he knows everything there is to know about hot tubs and how they work. Bachmanns went above and beyond for me a couple years ago. I had a concrete patio made; however, the contractor who did it, did an awful job. When Bachmanns team came out to place my hot tub back, it wobbled; I learned if I put water in the hot tub, it may crack it due to the wobble. Mr. Bachmann came out himself to see where the water flowed with the hose. It went underneath my hot tub which means stagnant water would rot the bottom wood frame. Bachmanns fixed the wobble. So far, no cracks in my hot tub. I am very grateful because I use it for medical purposes, not just hot tub fun. Thank you, Bachmanns, you are the best. Stacy

2 Jan 2017I called to schedule an appointment for my hot tube because of a heating issue. Rather than just schedule the appointment Kristina asked some questions and talked a little about what the problem might be. She gave me a couple of things to try. She also said she would like to look up the manual, check something and call me back.She did call back in a few minutes with another possible easy fix, I did what she advised and told her I would call in the morning if I still needed the appointment. This morning after Kristinas help my tub was back to normal heat.I want you to know I really appreciate her knowledge, help and honesty. Anyone could have just scheduled the appointment, she went the extra step to make sure I actually needed a service call. The staff at Bachmann Pools and Spas are very friendly, knowlegable and helpful. We purchased our freshwater salt spa from Sam. Jim was also a great help when Sam was not available. The two young men that made our difficult dilivery did a great job and they were very professional and friendly.We purchased the spa because I broke my back at the T9 and and get severe nerve pain in the T8,9 and 10 spine area. I use a blow up pool noodle behind my back so I can just free float in the spa. Doing this removes all of the gravity and all of my pain. I am currently doing this in the morning and again at night. So far this is keeping me off of strong pain medication I do not want to take.My husband has shoulder, lower back and hip pain. He is amazed at how much this is also helping him. We are in our seventies and our bodies have been pretty used up.If you suffer from pain you will probably be amazed at how much a hot spa could do for relief. At Bachmanns you can take in a swim suit and try it out for yourself. I highly recommend Bachmann Pools and Spas to anyone looking at a hot tub purchase. They carry the Freshwater Salt systems which is what I really wanted due to copd and not wanting to breathe in chlorine fumes. My Flair hot spa is absolutely wonderfull. Lay back in zero gravity, look at the stars and feel like a new person.

I have been going to Bachman Pools and Spas for over 10 years to purchase chemicals and supplies for our pool. As part of their service they offer a free comprehensive analysis of the water. The analysis provides an easy step by step process to ensure the pool chemicals are properly balanced for a safe operation. Over the years we have had some issues where we needed help getting our water quality back to safe operating levels. The professional staff at Bachmann helped to get it back to perfect levels in only a few days. The great thing is when the analysis comes back good and nothing is needed, Bachmann tells you that. They dont try and up sell you on maintenance chemicals. We are now considering adding a Hot Tub to our home and with our past experience with Bachmann Pools and Spas we will be purchasing it from them.

The purchase, install and startup of our Hot Spring hot tub was quicker and easier than I thought it would be! We got a great deal with a ton of accessories. Neo was our fabulous sales consultant and has been super helpful and accessible with anything that we have needed! We purchased our Hot Spring spa in 2001. It is still running well and looks very new... When parts/new heater/replacement jets have been needed, the service department is tops! Ethan and Aaron are tech magicians at repairs. We have trusted them also to winterized the spa for the last 9 years while we winter in Florida. Kiya and the salesroom staff are always cordial and helpful. I highly recommend Bachmann!

Bachmanns is the best. We purchased our hot tub through them and also buy chemicals there for our pool and hot tub. The customer service is top notch with how knowledgeable and helpful they are. They also carry the best products. Every time I walk in there with a problem with either the pool or spa they have gotten it fixed quick and easy.

I recently bought a used Hot Spring Envoy Spa and I absolutely love it! It was definitely one of the better purchases I have every made. The staff at Bachmanns is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. If you are in the market for a new or used Hot Tub, I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

I have an above ground swimming pool that I inherited with a rental property and I was clueless on how to get the water correct for swimming. This is my first Hot tub so I have had lots of questions, mainly about water treatment, but EVERYONE has been very helpful. When you make a purchase like this where you purchase is as important as what you purchase. The products they sell at Bachmann’s are great and the people are great to work with. I recently needed to replace my in-ground pool liner. I called several local pool companies in the Madison area for quotes. This seemed like it would be an easy thing to do, but it was not that easy. One company I called, had someone that did it listen to my needs and suggested things that didn’t make sense, one company that I have been doing business with for years that didn’t get back with me after calling to give them an opportunity three times, and Bachman’s.Joree Chrostowski at Bachman’s is wonderful, she is the reason I went with them for my pool liner. She provided prompt and helpful service, she is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process stress free.The exceptional service didn’t end with Joree, Doug came to the house to measure in order to provide the quote. He was equally as helpful and very professional. He offered suggestions based on his years of experience, and I’m very happy that he did. Once the new liner arrived, it took Doug only one day to remove the old and replace with the new. I’m so glad I went with his recommendation, I love how the new liner looks!Because this is an older pool, I also needed other things worked on, Doug took care of all items quickly and reasonably priced.People make the difference, I’m very thankful for Joree and Doug. Because of them, I will be looking to Bachman’s for all future pool needs.

Kristina in the service department is the most friendly reliable and responsive customer service rep I have ever worked with. When I had a skin allergy, she helped me to get the water tested and always makes sure I have chemicals delivered too.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful. Sam and Danny are very helpful with any and all varieties of questions. The are both knowledgable and patient with new customers. Bachmanns delivery was very professional and top notch by Jovan and Kip making installation a breeze. A run through of the hot tub chemicals before they departed was very helpful.

We did our homework and had stopped in Bachmans multiple times before we ended up purchasing our Hot Springs Spa. We have a Hot Springs Spa bought from Bachmanns several years ago and have had nothing but great experiences from installation to the few times we have needed service including recently when I needed a new heater control board which I needed to install myself because of time constraints. Nick at Bachmanns had the board waiting for me when I pulled up answering all my questions about the new board and when I called from home while installing it later he was quick with the answers to a couple of my concerns. Looking for a hot tub, I was torn between paying for a name brand tub from a local company versus buying a $4,000 tub from Costco or some other website. The salesman told me that service was one of the key differences... INDEED! We took delivery of our tub, had OUR electrician come and hook it up... then watched for 24 hours to see the temperature stay at 65 degrees. We called Bachmanns and they scrambled a fighter jet ( tehnician... but he came so fast it seemed he was in a fighter jet ) who solved the problem in 20 minutes. OUR electrician made a mistake in the wiring... Bachmanns fixed it, waived the service charge and has the tub temp on the rise. If youre getting a tub, local service matters. Bachmanns gets it. Id recommend them to anyone.

Weve been a customer of Bachmanns for years. Biggest reason is because of their excellent customer service and product line. Ryan is fantastic and extremely knowledgable. He is great about all our hot tub and pool questions. Bachmanns is the place to go in the greater Madison area for all your pool and hot tub needs.

Almost 9 months later we are still fighting with them. It took them over 3 months to get our Hot Tub worked on and we waited. they had it for 5 months said they did all this repair even on things we do not have on our tub. When they returned our tub, they broke out electrical box. gave us the wrong ill fitting cover and told us to make it work. claiming it to be custom? custom for another hot tub maybe ? Called with problems and they said no way never heard of such a thing! Schedule appointments with them for service and no one shows up. They did not own up to any of this ! I have no idea how they stayed in business for this long......The arrogance of the staff is downright dumbfounded!!!

We are shopping for a spa and went to Bachmann. After 3 visits we were all set to pay and then they told us the options that we had wasted hours deciding over were going to cost more than they had initially quoted 2 times. We walked out and felt like they completely wasted our time. Thanks for showing your true colors before we wasted almost $10,000. After that experience I sincerely doubt their warranty would be any good.

All experiences were great from point of sale to install. The delivery crew (Leron and Jovann) were awesome. Very helpful. Bachmanns were also very knowlegeable about water chemicals as well.

Backstory -- Though I love my Hot Spring Spa, I dreaded service calls because I had been treated disrespectfully by a technician who came to my home several times.... BUT THIS TIME ...Kristina in Service answered questions and offered respectful, helpful ideas by phone, attempted to narrow the problem, and tried to help me get the tub running again without a service tech coming out. She invited me to phone with updates as I tried the suggestions, which I did, and to which she responded promptly. That was Delightful.When Ethan, the Service Technician came to my home, he found and fixed the problems, but went beyond, tested and adjusted my water ph, topped off water level, spoke with knowledge and respect to me about the problems he discovered, and showed me, respectfully, all he had done. I brought up a lighting problem which he traced and repaired on the spot.Ethans knowledge, skill, personable and respectful manner were complemented by his offer to return without charge if any of the problems recurred. Fortunately the tub is working fine again.THANK YOU ETHAN and THANK YOU KRISTINA.ps -- you all know me as Dan

I hate to even give them 1 star! BUYER BEWARE! We had a TERRIBLE experience when dealing with the owner during our pool purchase.

We recently had a Waterwell Therapy pool by Endless Pools installed in our basement by Bachmanns Pools & Spas. We are very pleased with their professional workmanship. The project was a little more involved than originally anticipated because this is a fairly new product on the market for indoor use. Bachmanns whole installation crew were on time, friendly and answered all our questions. They kept the work area clean and instructed us on how to care for our pool for years of enjoyment to come. We are very pleased with both our Waterwell pool and Bachmanns and would recommend them for someone considering this project.

Just like their slogan says.. Relax its Bachmans.Recently bought a pool from Bachmans and received awesome service from Fred Bachman, Ryan and all the pool installers. They were very prompt with the installation and took great care to make sure we were getting what we wanted and where we wanted the pool. Purchased a spa from Bachmans 11 years ago and it is still working great. We have always gotten great service whenever we have needed it.

My recent purchase of a Hot Spring Jetsetter hot tub from Bachmann P & S was very satisfactory. Ryan Garvan was the sales associate and he was incredibly helpful. He showed me all the features of the various tubs in a very non-pushy way. The delivery men were great in removing my old hot tub and setting up the Jetsetter. I couldnt believe their courteous helpfulness. I strongly suggest potential hot tub buyers to check out Bachmanns before making final purchase.

Last year, we were returning to Madison from overseas(where we had a HotSprings Jetsetter), and Bachmanns helped us purchase a Jetsetter from 10,000 miles away. Everything was ready when we arrived back, delivery was smooth, and we were back in the tub in no time. Theyre great! And HotSprings spas are pretty terrific too.

Im a daily user of my Hot Springs Spa. When it went down I was in panic mode. KRISTINA walked me through a few test steps to find what was wrong. A tech was sent the next day and we were up and running. THANK YOU KRISTINA AND BACHMANN!!

The fella who works in parts is an utter pain in the rear. I suggest you go elsewhere for parts.
