Products are good, but they are never open. One should always call first.. with that in mind, they do not answer the phone. Sometimes they will answer, mention they are there, and the store is still closed when one arrives. Good Products, but minds well just go to the other locations.Sun Prairie is usually good, it is certainly a drive from the west side though.

I love the service and the selection. Plenty of CBD products and they stay on latest trends in the industry.

Patti has been amazing and helpful every time I’ve stopped in. She has recommendations and products for anyone who stops by. I have yet to be disappointed with any product I’ve purchased so far! She has called every time a new shipment comes in so I always know when to come in. It has been closed a couple times during store hours, but she explained it was due to medical reasons and she was unable to find someone to fill in. I love the products and Patti! I definitely recommend this CBD American Shaman to anyone looking for CBD or delta-8 products.

I have gone out of my way to try to buy products at this store twice, during the hours they have posted on the door to no avail. I understand that there is a pandemic but if you choose not to serve your customers, just be up front. If youre going to be internet sales only, just be clear. Regardless, I will not be back a third time, I will go back to online purchasing or find another local supply. Just beware, the hours they have posted hold no meaning(I have been a customer for about 6 months so this isnt about the product itself, just the service)

My husband has had 3 hip surgeries in 16 months. That along with back surgery 3-4 years ago his pain has been unbearable. Even hydrocodone has not eliminated the pain.A brochure was given to me by a friend.I called and spoke with Tyler. He answered my questions and made suggestions. He also took notes.We went to Madison on 9/21 and Eric helped us select what he thought we needed and per Tyler’s note.On 9/22 we started oil and cream on his hip and back. Within about one and a half hour the pain was eliminated. He uses this twice daily.I realize this is very lengthy but we cannot say enough about how it has helped him. He had no hope before with the pain.
