I went to the store in East Washington Avenue in Madison WI to buy some vitamins for my mother who is diabetic. There was a nice young man who was so friendly and helpful. I liked what I got and I had a good experience there.

Store is meticulously done up for every occasion, I never see an employee with that Id rather be somewhere else attitude at this location, which is refreshing to see in Madison these days. The manager, Jim goes above and beyond and is very obviously passionate about health and wellness. Do yourself a favor and drop in, you wont be disappointed. Outstanding experience(s) for this customer!

First time customer here, as my Vitamin World just closed. What can I say Im absolutely impressed. The customer service was AMAZING. I loved the service and I think I just found my new home as far as vitamins and supplements are concerned.

The Vitamin Shoppe on 4620 E Washington Ave. Offers highly knowledgable staff who seem to not only work in the health and wellness industry but also live it in their daily lives. When I asked the difference between Mass-Gaining protein supplements and regular whey protein powder my question was answered in a way I could comprehend having limited knowledge of the subject without being condescending or causing me to feel as though there were still questions left unanswered. The employee provided anecdotes that illustrated the typical use of the supplements I questioned clearly noting the difference between the two leaving me more enthused about supplements and healthy living than I had when I walked in. Overall I felt compelled to talk about my experience with The Vitamin Shoppe today, when of the 30 odd stores Ive been to this holiday season, none had had quite the same positive impression in this, the busiest of all months for retail.

I can’t breathe! The diffuser they have in there triggered the worst migraine I’ve ever had. If you suffer from migraines or are sensitive to scent, stay out! The scent also sticks to your clothes for hours. I prefer the selection at Vitamin Shoppe to GNC’s but it’s not worth the headache, literally!
