Quality smoothie and lids! Accidentally dropped smoothie multiple times and the lid stayed on! If you eat outside right now (August) there are honeybees that are wanting your delicious food (they are not aggressive).

Love this place! Way better than the Frutta bowl that lasted barely over a year on State. The sunrise is my favorite, and the zinger is a close second. Haven’t tried their bowls yet, but I can’t wait too. Giving 4 stars because it is a bit pricey. Definitely a little Cali shop in the middle of Madison.

Listen, Im a fan of smoothies (and this place has them) but the bowls are soooo good!! Blended has a bunch of really great recipes plus theyre light but filling meaning you can eat them as a meal. The staff here are consistently friendly, professional, and accurate even with complicated orders. Love this place!

The product is great but service not so much. The employee at the register today barely said a word and was not friendly or communicative. Atmosphere felt unwelcoming.

Did a curbside pick up today and it was super easy! Ordered online, parked in the curbside spots and it was at my car quickly and put in the trunk. Easy breezy and no contact. The bowls were delightful and a hit with the whole family. Would definitely visit again! What a nice treat. :)

Its always a good day when I can treat myself to a bowl or smoothie from Blended. The babes who work their are super friendly, passionate about what they do, and they go above & beyond with their service. Its really obvious that the owner, Ashley, sets a really great example & hires her team very intentionally. My go-tos are the peanut butter bowl & the buzzed blast smoothie, even on the coldest days! ;-)

When I first visited Bowl of Heaven for my special treat, it was an awesome experience. I ordered the smoothie and it was so delicious. This place is nice to get a healthy meal for me during my shopping at Hilldale. Next time, I will try an acai bowl. :)

This is one of my most favorite places. I LOVE Blended!!! The smoothie bowls are delicious. I always choose the Lime-A-Licious bowl. Its fantastic!!!

Love the new branding. Staff was awesome! It was really busy and my order was still out in under 5 mins. Looked as good as it tasted! Would have posted a picture but you know, I finished it before I could set it down.

The bowls were all right. The service was horrible, one of the employees was staring me down and gave me a dirty look and turned to the other employees and they laughed at me and my friend.

Had a good amount for a regular size. Just didn’t suit my taste. Everyone overhyped the acai bowls. If you love your smoothie unsweetened then this is for you, although for me I probably wouldn’t go back.

Blended is my absolute favorite! A nice, aesthetic spot for real, good food. The Brazilian bowl is my go-to, but I can say Ive tried the entire menu and everything is amazing! The highest quality food and the nicest people, 10/10!

I had all three of my kids home last weekend and one of them brought a friend. My kids are frequent visitors to bowl of heaven. We went out for an early dinner and the kids then decided they wanted to go to bowl of heaven. It was 6:40 in the evening. We were 10 minutes away from Hilldale-Madison. We figured instead of walking in with only 10 minutes left until they closed we would phone and place an order for four bowls. When we called we were told they would not to make four bowls because they were getting ready to close. As a customer who frequents bowl of heaven that was very frustrating. As a small business owner I know I would be very upset if my employees were telling people they could not serve them prior to closing because they were getting ready to close. Employees should close and clean up after the true closing time . Bowl of heaven not only lost our business for that night but they have lost it possibly forever.

It is delicious, but I ordered kids size since regular is too big, and $5 for that size is way too much. You only get 4 spoonfuls if that. The other sizes are great, and very good. I will be back.

I’ve never had a smoothie bowl before and this was the best thing ever! I will definitely be back! It’s clear that the owner really cares about her business and puts customer service first which is a rarity nowadays.

I absolutely love Blended, I make sure I eat them before every golf tournament to make sure I compete at the highest level. Great bowls and even better people! ;)

These are smoothie bowls, NOT ACAI BOWLS!Peanut butter bowl didnt taste like peanut butter, only like chocolate and honey. Paid extra strawberry topping, got a half a strawberry sliced into tiny pieces.Quick service, but the food was not up to par.

The menu here is full of the bounty of Mother Natures wholesome edibles, including what I consider to be just about the best thing I have ever tasted - the açai bowls. It is a delicious smoothie between two pie crusts of granola. Yum.

Love Bowl of Heaven! I always have a good experience there with employees. They are super helpful! The acai bowls are amazing! I have friends that tend to make unhealthy choices with food, and they also really enjoy the options here.

Wow! These bowls are delicious. Went to Bowl of Heaven in Hilldale for the first time and it did not disappoint. Its a very inviting and cozy atmosphere, even if youre just ordering to go. I was pleasantly surprised with how tasteful and filling one bowl could actually be. Really looking forward to going back and exploring more of the menu. By the way, it was probably the healthiest lunch I had all week! Thank you to Celia and her crew...they are top notch!

Horrible experience here! went in on Saturday April 20, the girl (Melissa) took my order and I waited 15-20 minutes before asking her to cancel it. I was being understanding about the wait until I saw that 6 different groups of people who came in after me all got their bowls/smoothie before me. I get that you guys are busy but PLEASE TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS EQUALLY!!! Aren’t orders supposed to be done in the order of who came first??? The fact that the worker said she saw that I was waiting for awhile but didn’t bother checking up on my order or letting me know what was going on until I asked to cancel irritated me.Thank you bowl of heaven for pushing me to create a google account so I could write this review!

Its super expensive and the food is eh at best. With a low budget, I was only able to get a smoothie. Everything else was just too pricey!

Great bowls very tasty and healthy but does not always open on time. Waited for 10 minutes after it was supposed to open. Staff inside didnt let us know anything until later.

Delicious acai bowls, but quite pricey. I love that they offer protein as an additional mix in. The staff has never impressed me aside from the actual owner who is great. One employee in particular always seems disinterested and inattentive (e.g., She incorrectly assumed the discount I had was 10%; I had to go back to the register to get money back because she overcharged me. She appeared annoyed and ignored me when I thanked her for fixing the issue.) Overall I love this place though.

After the chef of miko poke left, quality took a nosedive. I was lost, unable to find my way in a sea of subpar poke and food prepared 3 days ago in another state. But today i tried the Salmon Poke at Forage. Like my first time eating at Miko Poke, I was transported to a universe of new flavors while enjoying the modern yet relaxed ambience. If youre in the area, this healthy and organic choice is well worth the stop. Top 10 restaurants in madison hands down.

Used to love this place, however every time i come back the service gets worse and worse . Today, I watched as they gave my order to the wrong people and then gave me a leftover melted bowl without an apology. It’s a shame thier customer service is so crappy because thier bowls are very tasty

Bowl of Heaven was not easy to find, but thats more of a complaint about the new Hilldale layout.Because of the open kitchen, this place can get ultra-noisy with the whirring of the blenders used to mix the smoothies. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the product and answer questions.I ordered the North Shore acai bowl (Organic Açaí, Strawberries, Bananas, Blueberries, 100% Apple Juice & MAQ 7 topped with Organic Hemp Flax Seed Granola, Fresh Bananas and Honey, which offered plenty of fruit forward flavor. I appreciated the light dose of honey on top, which provided just a kiss of sweetness. I enjoyed the granola as a crunchy element, just wished there was more of it.Expensive, but the quality of the ingredients justify the cost.

We get the berry blast smoothie every time. Definetely the best smoothies and acai bowls in madison. I cant say the prices are high because its obvious that they source their ingredients carefully so its worth every penny!

Small store, busy on the nice days and slow on the not nice days which makes sense. Awesome service but can get loud on busy days because of all the blending but its a small price to pay for a healthy treat.

Came inside to get a cold drink for my 89 year old grandmother. Despite the fact that the door was unlocked, they said they didnt open for 3 more min. Rather than let me look around, they had me walk outside and locked the door for 3 minutes! When I asked for a comment card they said I could review them on Google. Here you go!
