This company never ceases to amaze me. Ive used them about 10 times now on my remolds and everything they have done for me has been just perfect. They were prompt and on time every time. All the workers had mask on and were very professional and clean and not to mention the finished end result was way above expectations. I love and will continue to use AB stone.

I made an order and paid $200 for a granite top. They never answered their phones and I went back to the store 3 times and all the doors were locked. They stole the money I paid them and now theyre hiding somewhere. Bona is a crook, I highly recommend going to a real professional company like Southern Stone cabinets. They are honest people and do good work. STAY AWAY FROM AB STONE!

Approximatley 3 months ago we placed an order for 3 slabs of what we were told multiple times was quartzite shadow storm while our cabinets were being completed. We chose quartzite because we loved the look of marble but didnt want the challenges it presented like easy to scratch and etching. At the time Bona pulled slabs from someone elses reservation with the intent to back fill the other customer. We thought this was abnormal but proceeded. When our cabinets were ready, I called (after many attempts ) and finally made an appointment for final measurements. The guy never showed and I was left to make repeated calls to find he would be able to show 4 hours later. The guy came in and seemed very unorganized. I didnt get an easy feeling so took a close look at the final plans they sent before they began cutting (didnt want them to take a loss on material). There were multiple mistakes. A few measurements were off by almost a foot. I quickly called Bona and luckily got through right as they were beginning to cut. Bonna confirmed over the phone that I was correct and saved them from wasting a lot of material. Bona made arrangements to remeasure and said hed be there in 45 mins (I drove 30 mins to meet him)... it took over 4 hours before he showed. The next day I get a call claiming that the crew dropped 2 of the 3 slabs and and didnt have enough to finish (mysteriously there were no pieces of the dropped stone anywhere to take home as a sample as we were hearing shadow storm might actually be a marble... basically they lied and gave our slabs to someone else). Even so, we still tried to work with them and considered doing a mixed stone design. We were finally given a sample to take home to test as other companies we looked at to back fill the order claimed what we were looking at was actually a marble. Within 5 mins vinegar began to bubble and etch the material beyond recognition and we could make deep scratches in it with the edge of a spoon. This test confirmed the material was soft marble. After asking for a refund, Bona refused. Hes now ignoring our calls and texts again. Hopefully hell do the right thing before this goes to court.Below is a picture of the sample which etched in 5 mins and was confirmed by another supplier as Marble NOT QUARTZITEPS. I also believe theyre padding their review by their own employees (i.e. look at all the Wongs and Bona (the owner) gives himself a 5 star review)

I am very impressed at the work done by AB Stone in my rental property this summer. The laminate kitchen countertops were replaced with a nice granite recommended by Bona, the companies owner, and we decided to go ahead and upgrade the bathroom countertops too to all match. Surprisingly, doing these updates alone I was able to add an additional $250 per month in my rental price, and the current tenants certainly enjoy them. The casually professional service was very appreciated and I plan to hire them for more of my rental properties in the future.

Please beware this company will take your money. I was quoted and had contract for “special ordered quartz” with my 60% check deposited in September. Every part of the building is closed and locked. Phone lines down and no way to contact anyone. I was able to find one persons phone number who claims no quartz was ordered for me and offered an alternative stone but refuses to answer phone or install after 3 weeks. DO NOT USE!!! Several claims against them already.

Signed contract September 24, 2019 Floors, cabinet, plumbing, electrical, appliances, counter tops. Floors complete but several issues. floor demo trash has been piled up outside of house for 3 weeks. Nothing else has been done. Several phone calls and visits to office. Still waiting for someone to get back with me.....Bona where are you!!

Had the perfect slab for our new house and we purchased it along with a beautiful remnant. Measurements made at the house fairly quickly but only with a steel tape - concerned with accuracy. Setup installation date and was at the house waiting. Delay upon delay that day while being told that it was on the way. Told that one of the installers had gotten ill and taken to ER. Which was a lie. After several lies about where the installers were, the slabs magically appeared at the house. Four pieces brought into house and three did not fit and could not be fixed. One major piece was 5”. Short. Another was 3” too deep. Another was 1/2” short. Problems continued. Installers gave up and got stuck in driveway while leaving. Had to get a fried to pull them out. AB said they had an identical slab which again was a lie. Somehow we managed to get a full refund and try elsewhere. Stay away from this company. Friendly staff - when they will answer the phone. Disappointed.

After completing my 9th renovation I am proud to say AB Stone has been there with me from day one! They continue to provide top notch quality granite, quartz and service! I do not know how these people sleep at night. This company is a JOKE. Lesson learned. We purchased countertops and flooring and both are horrible! They do Not respond, you have to call repeatedly until someone actually answers the phone. When they do answer, they will give you the run around. When they finally send someone out, they will not have a clue why they are there (and they will tell you this..) and they will not have the equipment to do anything that day. You will be forced to start calling them again for a new appointment. When they do finally show up for the work, they will do it wrong. You WILL need a service call which will start the vicious cycle again. Save yourself the disappointment and do not use this company!!

We had new countertops installed in early March 2020 but there were many mistakes made. I have spent 3 1/2 months trying to get the main problem resolved but I have been unsuccessful. The measurements were wrong, so the piece that comprised the bar was too long. One of the installers asked for a Sharpie so I gave one to him. He made a mark on the bar with the permanent marker. Then they discovered that the angle where the bar went against the wall was wrong so they had to cut that end. Then the permanent mark was in the wrong place. They tried to clean the mark off but it did not come off but the finish for the granite did, leaving a dull, discolored strip about 3 inches wide at the end of the bar. The piece under that bar was too short so they cut a 1 piece and stuck it on the end. The entire bar looks awful. I was told at least 6 times that they would come look at the problems and correct them but they never would. Now they will NOT return my calls. Do not use this company!!!

AB Stone has done many granite jobs for my company and for me personally over the years. They are always efficient and professional every step of the way. Importantly, in my experience, they are always less expensive than the competition. From the estimating to the final install, everyone is always helpful and right on schedule. I never have to worry with AB Stone; I know they are a contractor that will always do the job right. Update: AB Stone keeps getting better and better ... super fast turnaround time and perfect product. Thank you !

Horrible experience from start to semi-finish. Lost initial measurements. Every time I would call to check status, I would get the runaround. 3 weeks later, admitted they lost measurements. Re-took the measurements. Wanted to charge me a higher price than what I was quoted, but eventually honored the quoted price. Appointments were not kept. Company would cancel appointments, less than 5 minutes of appointment time. This occurred 3 times and counting. Installation was originally scheduled for May 26th. Today is June 10, 2020, kitchen and bath granite countertops were installed June 8th, but vanity countertops were not properly cut to size of vanity sink (although they took the sink with them to ensure proper measurements). Kitchen Bar top is too wide, therefore existing bar can’t hold the weight (suppose to have been 12”, but AB Stone cut granite 16”). I’m still waiting on AB Stone to bring and install 3 of their vanity sinks, since they cut the granite to their sink measurements, instead of the sinks I provided them with.Every time I phone AB Stone, I get the “Someone will call you back” response, but no one ever does. I definitely would not recommend AB Stone to anyone. My experience has been completely terrible. The only positive thought I have is, the price was fair. However, at this point, I’d take a refund and pay a higher price elsewhere, like I had originally did. But canceled that order with a cancellation fee, to do business with AB Stone. Please, AB Stone, get it together!

I’m in love with my new countertops and they installed a day earlier than planned. I’d also like to mention that they completed this project while I was out of town and it was amazing coming back home and seeing the kitchen transformed and looking absolutely stunning. Great people, great company. Thank you!

AB Stone installed granite in my kitchen. The service from the sales staff to the installers was excellent. With their special the cost was about $1,000 less than then the other providers that I received quotes from. The installation crew did an incredible job, were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend AB Stone and would definitely use them in the future, if the need arises.

Absolutely worst experience with a so called professional company. Great in the estimate and planning stage but once down payment is made it was amateur night. Didnt keep any appointments and Mr Bona who was supposed to be coordinator supposedly didnt even know when workers didnt show up at my house for planned work they would go days without showing. I had to go get a lot of my own merchandise because either AB brought wrong thing or not enough of what i picked. When problems occurred and there was a lot Bona and Jen were nowhere to be found and was never on same page. After job was finally finished i was so ready to get them out i did a poor job of inspecting job, on surface things looked ok but once i inspected i had cabinets that wouldnt close due to screws being to big and protruding through wood. Found what looks to be crack in grout around my backsplash and area not painted and this was just one day after completion. Talked to several of my coworkers that used them and had some of the same problems. I spent about $10,000 dollars on a kitchen renovation and some painting and was extremely disappoint ed and now of course dont return calls or text. Wouldnt recommend these guys for any work seems like crooks to me. Gave one star only because page wouldnt let me do zero and i will also be reporting to BBB For damaged cabinets and no response. I got some type of grey dust falling from under my grey granite tops ab installed. Good luck if you hire AB Stone innovation with Bona.

Added almost $1000 to my bill the day before installation was scheduled (even though I needed less than we originally thought). I then had to call about 6 times and send an email to get my refund check. Extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely loved the service and quality of workmanship of AB Stone Innovation. They were very willing to work with my schedule, the counter tops were installed by a very professional crew and they did a great job. The prices were the best I found.

Ive had 2 very different experiences with AB stone. The first in 2016 was seamless and very happy with the result.In 2017, the process was extremely concerning about the way they do business. The first installation attempt, I pointed out that the sink cut out was about 8 inches off center, and one of the installers recommended we just cut the vanity to make it fit. I told them that was not acceptable and they took the countertop back. They ended up doing that. On the 2nd attempt, I was told they would be arriving at 10 am. By 1045, I called to ask where everyone was, and was told the guys got the schedules mixed up and they would be there at 2 that afternoon. When they arrived, I noticed the granite was slightly different than what I picked out. When I brought that to the installers attention, he told me the piece I picked out was cut incorrectly that morning and that a similar piece was chosen for me. I find it extremely alarming that 1) I was lied to by this company about why they werent there in the morning and 2) a countertop was chosen for me. The overall end product looks good, but again, the process was concerning.Ive had 2 very different experiences with this company so take this review as you will. I will probably not be returning to AB stone in the future.

Spend over $3000. Got granite that does not shine and has lots of pits. Got blown off when complained and no service. Dont use this company!!! They promise you the moon, but you are left standing in the dark.

AB Stone was very affordable and was able to the job much faster than I imagined. Ive now recommended them to 4 of my friends who need new countertops!
