Really exceptional store - loved the gift ideas and Andrea was super helpful in putting together the engraved retirement piece for our friend. I found something for me around every corner and came out with a few gifts for me and a new raincoat.Will definitely return with friends for another fun visit to check out more gift ideas! Loved going through the store! Such beautiful items! We met different staff members, some friendlier than others, some with better customer service than others. We decided to use their monogramming services for a items we had for a very special occasion. When we picked up, we were happy. She did a lovely job! We noticed the lady in front of us had bought some poo-pouri and they gift wrapped them (for free) beautifully. We were handed our items in a plain bag so we asked if they could be gift wrapped as well since they were gifts. We were told (not by the cute gal checking us out, but by a lady behind a wall we could not see and only half hear) that because our items were not purchased there, they would be charging us for gift wrapping. We used their services, spent twice as much as the lady in front of us, yet we were being charged? The cute gal at checkout apologized. We opted out and left happy with our items but not feeling like a valued customer. A little goes a long way and in this case, it fell short.

This is such a great little boutique/gift shop. I enjoy looking around. Its a perfect place to find a birthday or special occasion gift.

The people in this store are very rude and act like theyre better than anybody else. They didnt want to help me out. I wouldnt have even given them a one star. But I had to give them something so I could post this review. I would not recommend anybody going to this store or spin in their money their.

SUPER RUDE. Would not recommend. Had been wanting to stop by for sometime because it looked like a cute store to shop in. Stopped for some Marcos Pizza ( which is btw DEELISH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND-AND FRIENDLY!) and decided to take stroll over while we wait for my pizza. Walked in- no hello, no welcome, no nothing. A few associates were around us as we were looking around and no help about anything. I walked around long enough to wait for someone to ask if we were looking for a specific something or needed help and nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told my daughter and dad lets get out of here, I can take my business and money elsewhere. I did let a FEW friends of mine not to shop there and take their business elsewhere. I was disgusted with the manorism that was displayed there. Funny thing is they were all of aged personnal there. 🤷🏻‍♀️👎🏼👎🏻👎🏻
