We were looking for an American Ninja Warrior course for our niece. They had exactly what we were looking for and wrapped it for us. In and out in 5 minutes. Amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I will be back!

Place is Awesome. Packed with toys from floor to ceiling. Has something for everyone here and if you can find it, the friendly staff is there to help. Great find.

A nice collection of good quality toys. Stuff you wont find at big box stores. Prices arent bad, sometimes a bit more, but sometimes youll find stuff that is sold out everywhere else for retail.

Very strategically situated: just on the main street while coming from picking up kids from CAS. It is a big hit among kids. A big shout out to the staff while handling kids throwing tantrums. Yes that was my kid... thank you for helping me choose the right toy for my kid and their friends.. I know we will visit again soon.

I’ve been going to Madison for ice cream my whole life, and I’ve always went in after. They have awesome friendly staff, “tons of toys” and a great selection. They have stuff for little kids, board games, stuffed animals, lego’s fun active things. It’s awesome, and I would 💯 recommend stopping by if in downtown Madison.

I bought a birthday toy for my son. Staff was helpful in helping me pick a RC Car.Once opened there was a defect with the battery compartment screw. I took it back and was greeted immediately by helpful staff going beyond to remedy the situation. After trying to fix the defect, they simply replaced it with another one.They’re not the cheapest but superior customer service makes up for the difference. Happy to know my money is going towards an honest local business.Customer loyalty is earned, they have mine.

The staff is accommodating to make recommendations and send photos over text message, complete transactions over the phone and provide great and fast curbside pickup and delivery!
