Hands down the best platform to purchase preloved designer handbags from. I had made a personal shopping request for a bag that was extremely hard to find. I have searched for this particular bag for 4 years and could never find it. They found 2 within 3 weeks! They were able to get it in to their showroom and authenticate it. The personal shopping fee is very reasonable and they responded within a timely fashion every single time. They were also extremely accommodating for payment options and checking over the bag for any flaws the consignor has not mentioned. I purchased two Chanel bags from them and they are fantastic. They have great selection of pre owned that in pristine condition, which is very convenient for me since I live 3 hrs away from a Chanel boutique.

They have beautiful bags, however their prices are high! Plus you have to pay taxes and shipping fees. Hermes bag that is listed for $11,500 will cost you $12,330, Chanel flap bag listed for 5,600 will cost $6,017. Its cheaper to buy on Chanel website or any other site!
