Has a great selection, and all them wonderful toys

While Im not a comic aficionado, I have a small collection and I truly appreciate Westfield Comics. Both stores are well stocked and super organized and the West store feels open and spacious. I didnt feel overwhelmed or pressured and it was exceedingly easy to find a suitable substitute for the rare Garfield books I wanted for my nieces upcoming 10th birthday. After Id made my way through the store a couple books in hand, the clerk checked to see if I needed assistance, and was helpful and knowledgeable about the specifics of my search and even had a few recommendations. In fact, one of my favorite things about Westfield is the welcoming and helpful demeanor of their staff. I live so much closer to West than I did to East Ill be making an effort to visit more often!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and willing to assist with questions. I recently pre-ordered an item and they were very helpful. While they do have an amazing selection in-house, they are great at helping you order or pre-order anything that they dont have immediately on the shelves. A great local comic book store!

It was our first time visiting today. Really liked the layout and selection of comics and graphic novels, and they had enough Funko Pops and collectibles to thrill my daughter. everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Started getting into comics. Staff was incredibly friendly, asked if I needed help as I browsed. Guy up front was also great, and when I mentioned my two pickups were recommended online he agreed both were good choices. “Happy reading!” I will definitely be back soon.

Large selection of mainstream comics (Marvel, DC etc.) and popular table-top universe items (D&D, War Hammer etc.). Minimal Manga on hand which was disappointing. Missing a lot of the current popular Animes like Haikyu, Jujutsu Kaisan with only a single volume of The Promised Neverland or Demon Slayer. They did have half of the Deathnote Black volumes which are very nice.Staff is fantastic and create a very family friendly and fun environment...

Staff there are always very classy, Westfield is home for all my comic book needs.

As a kid, I spent countless hours at Westfield Comics. Now, decades later, Im bringing my own kids here. They have a knowledge staff and a great selection of comics and graphic novels for all ages.

I love this store! Recently I got back into comics, and Ive started making Westfield a normal part of my Tuesday routine. The staff is great, with Bob being the best of the best, always super helpful with any questions and always willing to help find something. I love just browsing through all the Trade Paperbacks and finding something new Ive never heard of before. Highly recommend this store!

The staff was very friendly. They really went out of their way to help me with suggestions that I never asked for. It was extremely nice to see that they went that out of there way just simply observing the situation that I had a younger child and they pointed me in the directions of which was appropriate for him.

This is a great comic book shop. They have a very large selection of new issues and tons of trades and hardcovers. You should be able to find almost anything you are looking for. if not, I know they can order it for you. They also have some action figures and other comic book related collectibles. I would recommend checking them out.

A great small business trading in exclusive and unique items from a niche market of comics. I would recommend this place to any comic book or collector fans. The staff are friendly, accompanied by a clean, fresh smelling store. Well laid out and relaxing away from the mall environment. The only reason i dont go here more is the pricing as sadly the internet has killed the small trader. Some of the stock is 50% or more cheaper online. However, dont let that stop you checking in for a browse and awesome events they run regularly, like comic book day.

Great store! Huge selection of collectibles, folder system for customers; theyll save titles you collect so that when you stop in you dont miss an issue in between. These people KNOW their customers so well, they will even make relevant suggestions for your collection that you may not have considered. Absolutely LOVE this store. Make mine Marvel!

Best comic shop Ive ever been to. Ive regularly shopped with Westfield for over 10 years now. Bob and Jeff know my name when I walk in the door, are always friendly, and offer help whenever I need it.

Friendly staff that remembers you and your preferences.Unlike most comic book stores, Westfield Comics does not have back issues available in-store. They do have some selection online, but for the most part they only offer new release or recent release items. For that reason, its hard to comment on the stores pricing; almost all items are priced at cover price.They do have a decently sized collection of comics released from a few months ago to about a year old that are sold for half price.Pull services are available, but as I havent used them, I cant comment on the level of service.

Large store with a huge selection of comic book publishers and titles. Graphic novels to individual comics as well as lots of other comic related merchandise. Despite the large volume of people in store on free comic book day all the staff was friendly and had a smile on their face.

Just moved from out of state. And thankfully there is a good comic shop in the area. They had exactly what I was looking for, and a friendly, inviting environment. Which is a major bonus. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I love this store! Ive shopping from Westfield Comics west for around 20 years (cant remember what age I was exactly when I first started going, but it was elementary school). I get great personalized recomendations from staff and who doesnt love dumdums?!? Dont hesitate to check this place out, you wont regret it!

Its great as a comic shop. Its great for some staff. Other staff. Not so much. I go to my local shop because of the one on one interactions. What Im not looking for is sarcasm and bad service. I went there looking for a trade comic book. They didnt have it in stock. Asked to call their willy st local. Did not take no as an answer. Just a crappy experience out of many great ones though.

Awful way of conducting business. Called several times and months in advance before preordering several items. Then, once it was announced that the items I preordered were not going to manufactured anymore, essentially increasing the value significantly... they all of a sudden had trouble with their “distributor” and none of my items were sent because they “never came in”. When I ordered my items I even asked how they prioritize their orders and it was “first come first serve” and that I was the first to order these items. Complete rip off and I would never conduct business with them again. I recommend you stay away and use a better established and better known source for your comic books. Cherry on top: after not getting me any of my items I asked that if any of my other items actually came in (still waiting for an update 5 months later) to send them securely and they wanted to up-charge me more... what a joke. STAY AWAY!!

Excellent store for newer comics and variants. Decent priced variants even for the hard to get ones. Also has toys, Pops, games and other things. Super clean and friendly. Very little to no backstock.

Ive been lucky enough to be customer at some of the best comic shops in the country, and I am glad to say that upon moving to Madison Ive found Westfield rank near the top in almost every category. I have no idea why people complain about the cleanliness and overall bright layout of the store. Ive shopped in enough dank basement stores with musty grime over the overflowing, cluttered back issue bins and surly staff to last me a lifetime. Westfield is a great overall experience for me and my son. I love the amount of new comics on the walls and the always tempting toys, etc... laid out all over. My family and I always leave with more than we expected to buy. Im not looking for old issues, so the amazing selection of trades, toys and and an impressive All-Age section, is exactly what I/we need for our weekly fix. Ive only just started visiting Westfield and after shopping at Midtown in NYC (very similar clean, bookstore like layout), and Heroes in Charlotte (great fan service, great visual layout & selection) I think we found our favorite store so far.
