Excellent gamestop for a smaller town. Im from Anderson, IN and this gamestop puts ours to shame. Very clean and neat.

Went in yesterday and purchased some games I wanted and Kirk was really helpful and made you feel like a family member instead of just a customer really nice guy always have good interactions at this gamestop its one of the best gamestops around

Personnel had excellent knowledge of all products and if it wasnt known off hand, they knew where to find it. Everyone else is sold out of electronics. They had what I was looking for.

Went and put a Nintendo switch in lay away 3 months ago went to pick it up today and well they sold my switch to someone else and then told me I’d have to wait cause they was out I mean how you gonna sell some one else’s stuff that’s been on lay away never trust these idiots again😡

Used to love going in as a kid, its gotten a lot worse with employees trying to sell you on everything and not leaving you alone. Try to avoid

Store is cluttered. Sales people there lie and they are a total rip off when it comes to prices. Never had a good experience at this store and I’ll never go back. Would not recommend.

This game stop is THE BEST for one simple reason! BILLY 511562 with red hair! He has always helped me an my kids to have the most amazing gaming experiences! He treats my sons like they are part of his crew there, gives them his undivided attention, talks to them about games, an gives them cool stuff like stickers! Greatest game stop. they will tell you exactly whats wrong if you have a problem they will do their best to fix it. i bought them pizza for helping me out a few months back after having problems with game stop customer service and the service provided for me at another game stop. im currently on the phone with game stop about an internet order which has product madison unfortunately didnt have. ill say while corporate gamestop sucks ass majorly . madison rocks!
