This place has ok food. I like their bagels and breakfast croissant sandwiches. But it took FOREVER to get my latte. Almost half and hour. And then my drink wasn’t even what I wanted. I ordered and iced latte and they gave me a hot latte. When I told them I ordered an iced one, the lady promptly said, “Well you ordered a hot one” and didn’t seem like she had any intention of fixing my order. Nonetheless, I didn’t have time to have them remake my order and there was a significantly long line.As a barista myself, I understand things can get really busy and stressful but decent customer service would be nice. The lady seemed very unapologetic due to the influx of orders and short staff.

Service here is slow. I ordered a latte and it tasted like milk with barely and espresso. If you have the option, go to another coffee shop

Ordered a cafe au lait, received just regular coffee with milk that wasnt steamed at all. Also payed for oat milk, but didnt get that. Waited 10 minutes as well.

Took forever. Waiting 30 minutes to get my coffee.

It’s just a standard student union cafe, their drinks are subpar but it’s convenient and is quick.

Generally quick service and solid drinks, but it is a very popular place.Today I ordered chips and guacamole, and a small pumpkin latte for here (I specifically asked for a reusable mug for here). I received a large latte in a disposable cup, and they were out of chips for the guacamole. Its like he didnt even try when taking my order.

Good coffee and the white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies are awesome. Unfortunately, the last two times I stopped by to get one they didnt have any of those cookies available. Disappointing !!

Espresso drinks always come out with just the right balance of flavor and foam! Kudos to the UW students staffing the place and working their butts off.

I just ordered a cappuccino from here. Needless to say, it is horrible. It isnt even a cappuccino, its a latte. It basically tastes like milk with a splash of coffee in it. The baristas really need to learn how to make a cappuccino the way its suppose to be made; 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk, 1/3 foam. I will likely never waste my money here again.

The presentation of the food is very nice, but Im not a fan of the quesadillas. The quesadillas are better at Dejope. The chips & guac is good though.

They foam the milk in their iced lattes, often put only one shot of espresso in larges, etc etc. Youre better off walking to the badger market in engineering.

Its really convenient but any espresso drink (capuccino, latte, mocha, etc) is pretty lackadazical and not great.
