Fantastic service. Best/cutest clothes in Hilldale!

Id like to first say that the store is adorable and everyone working there is so friendly. However, my shopping experience there was less than ideal. Two months ago I went in looking for a specific dress in a brand they carried and was told they did not have it but that they could order it for me. I left my name and number and was told the dress should arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. About a month later, having not received a call or a dress I went back into the store to inquire about the status of my order and was informed that they had, indeed, placed the order and that the hold up must be on the parent companys end. I was again told I would receive a call when the dress arrived. Fast forward another two weeks (past the 4th of July, the day I wanted the dress for) and I went in yet again and was told the same thing. Finally, today I called the store and was told Pier South had stopped doing online orders and that there was nothing they could do about the situation. I could have purchased the dress through the parent company but was looking to support industry in my hometown. Unfortunately, this was made impossible. I understand it is a new store and wrinkles in customer service are to be expected, so this is just something to be aware of. Im giving it three stars, however, because I did purchase one thing that was in store there and that transaction went smoothly.

The only store is in the Madison area that sells Lilly Pulitzer. Its the perfect place for this Southern transplant to get her fix of southern brands and style. I always feel welcome and at home wheneverw I shop in, even if I am looking.

This store offers a unique line of clothing that is one of a kind to Madison. The employees were extremely helpful. The vibe was vibrant and fresh. Cant wait to shop there again soon!

The staff there today in the afternoon were not very helpful and just plain rude. We were the only customers in the store and were never welcomed in or asked if we needed an assistance. Unfortunate these 2 teens really need to understand the importance of customer service.

I’ve made the mistake of stopping here twice. I love the idea of southern clothing, but this store is overstocked, horribly merchandised, and makes you feel claustrophobic.The first time in, a sales associate with a bull ring was clearly less than thrilled with her job. She seemed to hate what she was selling, and couldn’t answer basic questions on how items fit.The second time, I walked in to see a girl sitting on a chair and staring at laptop on the register. She barely looked up and did not greet me.About half an hour later, after I had already assisted myself to the fitting room and tried on everything, she decided to ask how I was doing and introduced herself as the owner.Obviously, these people do not need the business so take it elsewhere.
