Im not happy, I spend at least a hundred dollars in this shop every 2 to 4 weeks. Slowly increasing prices. Im about done. Sometimes its less however lately its been more the last three times Ive gone in.

First I want to say that this place is AMAZING. I dont know her name but the lady with the dreads was the one who helped my fiance and I pick out some vapes that were right for us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me 10% off because my vape was the display and the guy that checked us out gave us a silicone wax container for free. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable. Staff members were right there and ready to answer any and all questions that we had. The people here ARE the definition of true customer service and they are amazing. I suggest stopping here for all your smoking/vaping needs!👍👍

Bought a torch from this location YESTERDAY. Worked for maybe a couple times and wouldn’t light again. Brought it back thinking I would be given a new torch on the spot, but I was told I need to handle the inconvenience of sending it in for warranty and being short a torch for however long it takes to get there and then come back and pay for the postal. To me this defeats the purpose of buying it retail, I could’ve gotten it online for cheaper and would’ve taken half the time to get there.That being said the staff there are not to blame for their policy. They handled the situation as best as they could. They gave me a new cheap torch for the inconvenience, but I still had to pay for it!The staff here are great: helpful and knowledgeable... but the store as a whole didn’t cater to the customer in this instance and has made my experience a big headache.

Knuckleheads has what are easily the best prices in the campus area, as well as the best range of products. The employees are friendly and will help you find what you need the moment you walk in the door. There is a designated vaping lounge and there also seems to always be a sale when I go there which are definitely some nice bonuses.

YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB DIGGITY

I purchased a rather expensive piece from this place that had a broken part inside the chamber, that broke the seal. I asked if I could purchase a replacement piece through them, and they informed me they did not have any in stock and that I would have to contact the company itself. I asked if it was possible to just purchase the chamber off the display model, as they were going to order me a replacement anyways, and the chamber I had was fully intact, never used, and just had a broke seal inside. Really confused on why they couldn’t work out a deal with me considering I just purchased this 48 hours earlier.

After shopping here many times over the years, I decided to buy a piece of glass from them. Dont do that. Youd be better off going to another place. Or just get a cheap piece of China glass that you could throw away and purchase again because at least it would be a better quality piece than some of the stuff they are trying to sell you here.

I recently bought a product from this store that they promised would work. Also keep in mind that this product was extremely overpriced, and I will never be giving them my business again. Clearly they’re just here to make sales and don’t care about their customers. Huge disappointment.

Ive been coming here regularly for the past year or so, I love the selection of glass and vape juice here. My favorite part though, is the lounge. Its a great place to chill and get some work done while enjoying a cigar or a new flavor of juice.

Its a great place to go. But their CBD is not maintained properly, mainly the herb. Ive been a frequent window shopper and while the customer service is great, it doesnt make up for their lack of knowledge in their products. I would recommend going but keeping other shops on State Street in mind for purchasing the same products. (Especially the CBD)

Bought a water pipe at this place. I got home and realized the guy had forgotten to include the slide. I called immediately and told the employee who said, No I remember wrapping up the slide and putting it in there. There was no slide in the bag. He may have wrapped it up but it was not in the bag. He refused to believe me and basically told me I was SOL. He said if I came back in he could give me a discount for a new slide. I really had no choice. Came back in, he charged me a discounted 45$ for a new slide and said, Try not to lose this one. Funny guy. Wont ever be coming back here and will tell everyone to avoid this shady place.

Love this place for starters, this smoke shop is the only one Ive been going to for about a year now and they havent disappointed me since. Overall the staff know their stuff, and are willing to help you in anyway possible. Con: if you dont like stairs you might have a difficult time to the store.😆

Had a ton of questions about transitioning into sub ohm vaping all were answered friendly and knowledgeably. The Salesman helped me pick out the right atomizer and mod best suited to what I was looking for, complete with product breakdowns and demonstrations. Showed me how to build coils and made solid recommendations on new coil types to try. Knew a fair amount about DC Comics as well. 5/5 Experience.

Decent selection of cigars, but very little in the way of pipe tobacco. Ive visited three times, and two of those times the guy checking me out was high. It says tobacco and gifts, but I think its really more for vapers and weed smokers.

Definitely recommend this shop if youre new to vaping. They know their stuff. I vape cbd oil so I needed help choosing a device and the right coil. I used a different vaporizer with a high resistance coil that recent broke and found that i was using the wrong coil so i was burning the oil instead of vaporizing it. Just used what they recommended and felt the hit that I was supposed to. I wasted so much oil in the past. Go to these guys!

Best customer service I have had in years! Im new to vaping, Theran helped me out more then I had ever imagined anyone would. I knew very little about it all, but just enough to know some names of products because I purchased a few things for my wife as gifts. He lead me in the right direction, taught me about the options out there and even took the time to teach me how to hand wrap coils! He got everything set up for me as perfect as anything in life could get. Very pleasant fellow, and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience, wont go anywhere else from now on! Bought a cbd cartridge here and Im really pleased with it so far! Staff was very friendly and since it was my first time buying cbd they even gave me a small discount! By far and away some of the worst customer service that I have ever received. If it werent for Knuckleheads selection, I would have to give them below 1 star.Knuckleheads by far has the best selection of goods in Madison, but if I have to go to Pipefitters for my second choice in tobacco for 25 cents more, I will gladly spend that extra 25 cents for quality service, not to mention Pipefitters rolling papers being substantially cheaper.Is the Knuckleheads staff highly knowledgeable in their products? Yes, but that doesnt do anyone any good, when you have to pull teeth to get someone to help you, and then they are some of the most pretentious people Ive ever bought anything from. I come in to ask questions about the products because I want some perspective from an actual person, not to have staff berate me for not knowing the intricate details of every product.I have walked into the store numerous times to see staff smoking and playing on their phones, or having personal conversations amongst the staff, ignoring customers that want/need help. I have personally waited and seen others wait for 10+ minutes while staff finishes their non-work entertainment to offer assistance. When you finally get the attention of a staff member, they often seem upset that they have to help you.

Staff is knowledgeable enough but dont expect to be prioritized because youre a customer. Ive come in here when its been slow and still had to wait a significant chunk of time for help for what appeared to be no good reason.

I was visiting from Indiana and realized I was out of juice for my vape. Since we were down at the farmers market, I walked down to your store. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly, we had a conversation about the new laws Indiana just passed for vape shops. I was also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive their juice is compared to what Im used to paying in Indiana. You guys will be my go to vape shop every time Im in Madison!
