Been supporting this place since 2016 and would often bring friends in to introduce it as my little glass shop. The pieces in the shop arent cheap by any means, but are generally sturdy if you know what youre buying. What really subtracts from the experience is the lack of customer service. Recently I came in to pick up a product—a dropdown specifically—and undenounced to me the person working behind the counter grabbed and wrapped a dropdown with the wrong angled female end. The next day upon opening my bag and realizing I had received the wrong product, I called the store and explained my situation and made them aware I had not used the dropdown and it still has the sticker tag attached. Instead of receiving a common sense resolution, I was immediately hit with all sales are final. As much as I want to support local glass and not buy glass online, you cant expect me to pay $80+ to correct a mistake your employee made.

I love this place! Always great service. The staff here really knows their stuff. Its awesome to go to a place, ask for a product with instructions on how to use it, only to have them pull it out of the box and show me how it works. They also have a great selection of papers and rolling accessories. Some of this stuff Ive only been able to find online. Check this spot out, you wont be sorry!

I have been coming to this place since April of 2020 and have and between April 2020 to Jan 2021 I spent about $500 in store. Since Jan 2021 until now June 2021 I have been coming twice a week and buying a delta 8 carts which is $40 a pop. So just this year In the last 5/6 months I’ve spent over $1500 in the store on the delta 8 carts. I’m going to be honest my overall experience with this store has been really pleasant, I love the staff. But out of the 50 carts that I’ve gotten 3 of them have completely not worked. Two of the koi ones completely leaked out on me and even severely burned my lip and ruined my yo can vaper(which I got from these guys too). I have asked for some sort of accommodation but the owner told me to just email these people and gave me an email which I never heard back from. Now yesterday I got a 3 tall pines that had absolutely no suction. Now I’m down 3 carts and a yocan vape which is over $200 of product. I called the store and one of the workers said they will be able to give me a refund this one time. When I got to the store they all of a sudden changed their mind. All I wanted was one replacement vape cart and I would of been fine. But that was too much to ask for. I will never be coming back to this establishment again as this is no way to treat a loyal customer.

If youre looking for a true vape shop this place isnt it very little to choose from for mods and juice. All juices are pre-made. But if youre looking for a great head shop this is your stop to shop they have everything!!

The glass pieces there are amazing. Some are blown in house while others are made in Wisconsin and as far as California. They have the best incense in town and the service is beyond friendly.Have gone back several times and will continue to recommend them.

I came here to buy some hookah products. I kept coming back for small packs of my favorite flavor of shisha, and they offered to supply a larger pack size of the same flavor to make it easier for me. I came back some weeks later, and they delivered on their offer! I was so happy and felt they really care about their customers. They also listened to me, and delivered on a promise. They definitely have gained a loyal customer.

Great selection and friendly service

My most recent experience with Ignite was both expected and unexpected during these crazy Covid-19 times. Spectacular customer service was the expected part because that is all that I have ever received when dealing with anyone at ignite. The unexpected was the level of effort that Ignite put in to achieve that level of customer service. Offering an easy order method online, but also accepting an order for something NOT on their site yet through Facebook messenger. Response was quick, payment was easy, and at the end of the day I didnt even have to leave the house. Could not recommend this place more, they are certainly doing it right. Thank you!!!

My go-to spot for glass and accessories in Madison. The staff are super helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your setup. I had an issue with the joint in one of my pieces of glass and they were responsive and willing to meet with me to make it right. Will be back again for sure!

VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Also quite patient as well. I primarily go here for my vape juice, and I rarely know exactly what I want when I go it. I got a couple go-to’s every now and then, but generally I like to go through the menu. Kinda see what I’m in the mood for.When I tell them I might be a minute, they don’t try to rush a sale. Always patient, and even willing to give some suggestions. The owner knows how to run a good business, and always picks up, what I personally feel like, are good solid employees who care about the customer, more than just seeing ‘em as a number.

Love this place on the Westside. Been going here since they opened. My number 1 and only place i go for all my smoking needs. Im very happy to here they will now have a 3rd location. Keep up the good work. I stoped in on black Friday and spent 75 and received some super cool stuff for free. And also that Taco dip is amazing that was worth the hr drive in it self.

I shop here because they have a brand of juice that I like. Problem is they run out and it and it takes a couple of weeks to get it. When I call I get the answer. Check next week. When they do get it in they get a 4 pack. I buy 1 bottle a week. It seems to me that after buying like this for the last year they could do a better job of ordering it in when there down to two bottles. Gets very frustrating

Staff at Ignite is patient, knowledgeable, and very capable of recommending products from their very large collection of glass smoking aids. I will never go elsewhere in Madison. You can park right in front of the well laid-out store. Most purchases include thoughtful extras. I like the place & its people 🙂 .

I am still SO GLAD I stopped by Ignite. I have been struggling with my method of vaping for probably over a year. Ive been to many local vape shops - and the issue persisted. After a quick stop by Ignite, my problem was resolved immediately and they even mentioned their big Black Friday sale coming up if I want to save money on new equipment. Ignite knows vaping. Period.

I went in wanting to get a Eeyore item. And while the owner was not sure if he could do an eeyore sculpture he was able to sandblast an item to get Eeyores image on there. Very happy with the service I got.

After bringing in a broken piece and not told anything other than, well be sure to call you when its done, which never occurred, I reached out to the company in which I was then told that they had blown my piece up. I then contacted the owner and was then offered 20% off a non sale item... Are you kidding me? DO NOT recommend. After having a $400 piece blown up to then be offered only 20% off is absolutely insulting and ridiculous. Not to mention embarrassing on the companies behalf. Once again, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Every time I visit, Im greeted right away by their awesome staff. Ignite has been the best place for me to stock up on Vaping supplies; e-juice selection usually has some new flavor to try and prices are way affordable. Ive been cigarette free for two years now, and with help from the knowledgeable staff my husband and I are now vaping 3-6mg of nicotine- we started at 28mg JUST to get off the cigs. The hand made jewelry is beautiful too! Great place ALL around! ✌
