Had to get a manufacturer covered screen replacement done for my Samsung zen fold 3. Called them and setup an appointment on a Saturday. Drive over an hour to come in and find out the tech doesnt work on Saturdays. So Im going to have make a bunch of arrangements to come in during the week...

I will update the 5 star rating after the repair is complete (if necessary), but this business gives a 5 star first impression. I dont doubt the actual repair work will warrant any less than 5 stars either. The store manager (who gave me his name, but I wont give it here for privacy, his initials are P.O.) was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Also FYI, I was referred to this location directly from Google because of a warranty issue with a Pixel 4 XL.

This experience was the best! Preston helped me with my broken device, he explained everything to me and not talked over my head. Even though he checked me in Andre checked me out and he also let me know everything they did. I also sign up for their Home+ program (pre his recommendation) since I have tons of electronics! All the employees there were great and knowledgeable 10 out of 10! I will definitely bring my devices there again.

I drove all the way to Florence to get my boyfriends Google Pixel 3a XL fixed since no shop here would be able to have it done within the week due to not having Pixel screens on hand. It had a cracked screen and broken digitizer. They were very friendly, got us an appointment the same day, quoted us $130, and estimated it to be ready within 4-6 hours. Though this was just $20 less than the deductible for a new phone, which I probably spent on gas, it was fixed and working quicker than they anticipated, which was super helpful since he uses his phone for work.

I just dropped by there not knowing I was supposed to have an appt. They still took their time to correct my phone charging issue and didnt even charge me for their time.Even though it was actually a problem I caused they were very nice, polite and accommodating.I would definitely recommend these folks and will definitely go there if I need something in the future.Thanks again for helping me out!!

Great people here! I was a wreck when I broke my phone, the pandemic has been hard and when I lost my main source of connecting with people I was a mess. They could have just brushed me off as a hysterical customer but they helped me fixed my phone and treated me with the utmost respect. I will definitely be back and I am so thankful for the great staff.

Andre was super sweet and nice he listened to our problems and didn’t beat around the bush about finding a solution to our problem, turns out the plug in was clogged up so he cleaned it for free. Andre went above and beyond by cleaning my port as well super awesome visit oh and he let my husbands phone charge a while before he gave it back that was awesome of him. Great visit

I usually get nervous going to these repair shops—because I’m anxious about sounding dumb or annoying when explaining my issue to technicians, but the staff here are quick and helpful.There was also a special running called Home Plus. I have a lot of gadgets so it was pretty awesome having all my appliances protected for cheap.Last thing I’ll say is: be sure to read your emails. You gave them your email address when you signed up for a reason.

I called to get a price for a screen replacement on a Samsung A51. I was quoted $100. I went to the store and they changed it to $142. That’s unacceptable and bad business. When you quote someone a price over the phone you need to honor it. Their excuse was “You probably talked to someone in our call center and they gave you the wrong price.” Well, No thanks, I can get the entire phone replaced for $100 through my insurance.

Its been about a month since Ive had my screen replaced. I called multiple places from literally Birmingham to Huntsville and theyre the only people that had my screen in stock, could do it same day and also had the lowest prices compared to every other place I called for quotes. Which includes a 90 day warranty, so far so good.

Andre was great! My phone is constantly losing signal such that I cannot use my data plan. He checked out my connections and settings, and told me the problem was very likely to be needing a new SIM card. He also took the time to answer my questions about cell phone frequencies, 5G, and other things.

They were not able to service the specific phone that I needed repaired but they were friendly and did give me references for other specialists that did ultimately get my phone fixed.

Literally forgot about fixing my phone. First time, they either ordered the wrong part or were sent the wrong part. It has been 4 weeks now since they told me my correct part would come in and I ended up buying a new phone since I was pregnant and due to deliver any time. Made 3 separate trips, an hour plus one way.

I was very skeptical at first but the two men that I encountered were amazing!! I couldn’t ask for better service and my screen looks amazing! They said two hours and they had it finished in exactly two hours! Really do recommend them! 10/10 for sure!!

I signed up for asurion insurance plan a few months ago. The company repairs or replaces any device that is linked with Wi-Fi. It costs $25 a month, and every claim you file there is a fee of $99 or less depending on the device being repaired. So when my laptop went out I was told to bring it to this company. The employee turned on laptop and said I would have to file a claim. So I had to go home call the customer service department and was told that the store should have fixed it. Long story short, I started attempting to get my laptop fixed at least a month ago and Im waiting on the company/warehouse to fix and ship it back to me. This is the first time I have filed a claim and not happy with this process.

50$ for charger port and labor. LG stylo 5 fix. Worth it too me, they just couldnt fix my screen atm. Fix my screen and ill give 5 star.

After calling the Bob Wallace Avenue location I was referred to the location in Madison Alabama. First let me say Google has it in Triana that is incorrect it is located on Highway 72 in the same plaza with MOD Pizza. When I called I spoke to Anthony not only did he give me a quote but he also gave me an ETA of it being fixed which was within 30 minutes. I am very pleased With the timing and the quality of work. Not only did my battery get replaced they also took care of a blemish that I had on the screen and for that I want to say thank you very much. So if you are looking to have your cellular device are other items repaired I highly recommend going to the location in Madison!! Anthony and Andre... Great place to get your electronics fixed. I had to get a Galaxy Note 9 screen replaced, the website gives you an exact quote of how much it will cost. It wasnt too bad, I five other repair shops both in Madison and Huntsville, they all gave me about the same price for the repair. The technician gave me an estimated wait time (an hour) and said it will be done by then. I got called within 45 minutes, and the screen was as good as new. Pretty straight forward process.The price was decent compared to what it would cost me to buy the screen from a supplier, labor cost wasnt too bad either. They did a fine job. Thanks!

Everything worked on the phone when it was dropped off, damage was strictly cosmetic (I have a receipt with a checklist and phone history to prove this). Gave another phone number for shop to call when finished. I return at 6:30pm (because shop closes at 7) to see what is going on with my phone and they bring it out with a still broken screen. They could not fix the screen, but apparently messed up more in the process. The phone will now not function AT ALL. It will not even turn off. I was not given any resolution other than call Verizon and file a claim, which is the exact reason I was here to start with.STAY AWAY!!!!

Amazing service and perfect repair!

Google Pixel 2 stopped taking a charge. I couldnt get the cable to plug into the port correctly, so I assumed the port was finally broken. I took it in, fully expecting to pay for a port replacement, and the employees noticed it just needed a deep cleaning. Within 5 minutes, we had the port cleaned and tested charging. Worked like a charm! I really appreciated the guys taking a moment to assess things in order to save us from replacing something that wasnt broken.

Let me just say the customer service and communication was great!! They were always professional and kind . They fixed 2 of my iPads. I was pleased with their service.

Needed warranty repair on my phone. Contacted them on May 7th and tech quickly determined what the problem was and told me he would get parts on order. I followed up with them via phone and in person multiple times only to be told that they couldnt find me in their system or the system showed no parts on order. Finally gave up after a month and a half in dealing with them and went to the Bob Wallace shop and they took care of it right away. Stay away from this shop. Customer service at the Bob Wallace shop is much better.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. The manager Anthony was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnosis my issue very quickly and fix the problem within a matter of minutes. He was extremely polite and respectful. I will be returning to this store in the future for all my electronic issues.

I had a bad experience getting my sons iPad fixed at another location in town, and that didn’t turn out good at all...so glad that I could come here and just get it done within a few hours! My iPhone had a broken screen and housing (back glass) when I brought it in for repairs. Anthony explained the process thoroughly and provided me with a loaner phone because they didn’t have the housing in stock. The part was overnighted to the store and repaired the next day. Unfortunately, due to a defect in my particular phone the repair was unsuccessful and had to have some sort of wiring replaced for the home button- which needed to be done by Apple in California. Anthony again communicated very well and advised me of every step throughout the process. He worked tirelessly and even came in on his off day to get it resolved. My phone was replaced and is now working better than ever. Anthony is an asset to this company. His customer service and communication skills are fantastic and were throughout the entire process. I will recommend these guys to all my friends and family and would not hesitate to take my devices back if any repairs are needed in the future.

I went in to have my phone checked. My phones USB-C connector was not working for charging, so all I had was the induction charging. The technician examined the phone and determined that the port had debris. He cleaned it for me for free. Very professional, friendly and very helpful. I’d give 10 stars if possible. I recently came in the the new Huntsville store on 72 (near Madison) with a friend visiting from Guatemala who accidentally cracked the back of his new iPhone 10XS Max. The Guatemalan friend was headed back home soon, so the guys at UBREAKIFIX rushed ordered the part and did an amazing job in a quick turn-around repair. Most importantly, the UBREAKIFIX repair was $400 less than what Apple charges! The gentleman at UBREAKIFIX were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, courteous and exceedingly helpful. Bottom line is that I would never go anywhere else for phone repairs, and I will surely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues at work.

If you like waiting your gas and time...this is the place to go!Let me start off by saying I made an appointment a week in advance I also called before I made the appointment! I use my phone for work everyday and Im from Cullman, every local place said they would need my phone for 3 days so I took off work a saturday and made the appointment as soon as I got off the phone with them to get my s10 plus screen replaced, because they said they had it and it would be done that day, they seem to this there was some miscommunication and didnt hear the plus, which I would have been a little bit more understanding if I didnt make an online appointment a week early, I put exactly what I needed and what phone I had color and all they had one screen but it was the wrong color and because they are a samsung partners the back has to be the same color? I walked out of that place with no help, no suggestions, I felt like they could not care less if I walked out having drove over an hour, to me, this is one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had, this was clearly a mistake on their side yet nothing was done to even try and make it right! A shout out to companies that care...batteries + bulbs went out of their way to make sure this other companies mistake was created, not only did they get it fixed but due to bad weather they let me get out of there quick and jumped right on everything! I get mistakes happen, but I also understand customers are what make a business, I got not even an apology management was called and I was told theres nothing I can do but order one! At that point I was so aggravated I would have turned my phone in for 3 days...I will not recommended nor use this place
