Fast efficient service, and was able take care of my phone just before a trip.

The owner does good work in my experience, but he gave my phone to someone simply because they said they knew me... it doesnt really matter they had the same last name as me... lots of people dont want everything in their phone visible to family members.also you would have cost me an extra trip if I decided to bring my phone back to your shop for you to actually fix....

Great customer service!!! Did the impossible!! Verizon said I needed a new phone and Mobile One fixed it in 20 minutes!! Very reasonable prices and fast service! He was also helping 3 people at a time and made it look easy! I will be back for all my electronic woes! Thank you!

I had an old iphone that needed a new battery. I called Apple and they said they didnt carry these batteries anymore, but Best Buy had some. So called Best Buy aand their operator told me they had the battery I wanted. So I made an appointment at Best Buy. When I got there they informed me that they didnt have the battery I wanted but that they could send it in and have it refurbished for $50 but I might not get it back for 2-3 weeks. Of course they were very happy to sell me a new Iphone 12!! A friend told me to call Mobile One Cell Phone Repair. I called and the owner Ardy told me he had one. He is a very nice man and gave me great customer service. If you need a new cell phone battery and need to get your phone repaired I highly recommend you go there. You wont be sorry!

Artie really knows his stuff.I told him what I wanted, and he had what I was looking for and a very economical and internationally versatile monthly plan that is competitive with similar on the market only a few bucks less! Also seeing him work with others, hes a genuinely caring person who helps with the best fit for whatever youre looking for in cell phones. This is the guy to see about these things.

I ran over my phone with my car and thought it would be completely done for, I took it to here and was told that he could fix it. He was extremely kind and honest and told me he would repair it for me that day (since they were closed the next day). A job that normally took 24-48 hours he did for me in 45 minutes. I was extremely happy with the service and recommend it to everyone. I was able to get a new screen and outside while keeping all the history on my phone for just $190. Absolutely incredible and will definitely use this place again if needed.

My phone turned off unexpectedly and wouldnt turn back on. Stopped at a couple places before going here and no one could figure it out. I figured I was going to lose all my photos and contacts and have to start fresh with a new phone. Then, I stopped here and he figured it out and had me out the door with a working phone (photos and contacts and everything) within an hour or 2 (there was some very specialized work he needed to do on it in between helping other customers). He is very knowledgeable! He told me he loves to challenge himself and is very detail oriented - and it shows! I will be going there for all my tech repair needs in the future and highly recommend him.

Like lots of people said here, Artie is the best. Hes one person in the business you can trust. I dont go anywhere else for any phone issues. You wont get better, more honest service anywhere. He has saved me lots of money too.

This review is way overdue but I wanted to take the time so everyone knows what an awesome guy, Artie, is. He is the most patient customer representative. He has answered numerous questions for me and my daughter numerous times. He is very knowledgable and works hard to get the best deal for his clients. Ardi is the ONLY person in this industry that you can rely upon and trust will be honest & fair concerning your needs. He is a busy business man and his vast skill set is in high demand. Mother board of my wifi was broken. Went in. Absolute best prices in town. And got my phone fixed in no time. Hands down the best service I have ever gotten when it comes to my phone. I highly recommend to come here no matter what the problem is with your phone.

Over the last 10 years Mobile One wireless has repaired countless phones for my business (we break a LOT of phones). They offer fair prices and excellent service. Our phones are typically fixed by the next day! The repairs have been effective and last - they are fixed righ the first time!

Amazing prices and service. They set me up with new service with Airfire went out of business. They recently sold me a new phone, letting me try many options, discussing my needs, and configuring the phone for me.I went home and checked prices on Amazon to see how much I paid for that service. I paid the same price as on Amazon. Even if I had had to pay a little more, it would be worth it to avoid time away from my life trying to fix a phone. You probably get that level of service from a big phone company, but with them you certainly pay for it many times over in the monthly contracts.

Not sure what Sandee here is talking about! I have literally nothing positive that can be said about Mobile One and the owner is far from awesome. Please avoid this place. I went here to purchase an old iphone as mine was stolen (and sadly not insured--wont be making that mistake again) and I didnt want to purchase a brand new one before my contract was up. I really only needed something to hold me over for 3 months and was fine with something that was not glamorous, but the phone he gave me constantly crashed and shut off any time I tired to do ANYTHING. When I took it back to return it the next day he said that the phone isnt working because my last phone was an iPhone 5 and this was an iPhone 4 and that he couldnt do anything about that. Not sure why he was not transparent beforehand or didnt caution me on purchasing that phone, seeing as he said it would work great and was like new. He has a big sign saying that you have to pay a $50 restocking fee if you return anything, and I was willing to pay that fee seeing as the phone simply didnt work. He then told me that I could not return the phone because I would have to pay $50 and he couldnt sell it for the same amount since it is not the same phone it was when I bought it--which was literally less than 24 hours before and also makes no logical sense. In this same illogical escapade, he also explained that the phone was just as good as when I bought it and should be fine. You have got to be kidding me. I just walked out of the store and got a new phone. By the way, I paid $200 for it. What a crap place. AVOID.

Explosive temper, unprofessional demeanor. Could not recommend less. Did a really crappy job on my dads iPad. When I had someone else repair the screen after going here I was informed that the screen was of inferior quality and the adhesive on the home was done very sloppy. I didn’t even have to tell him it had previously been repaired, they took one look and knew. Do not waste your money here!!!! if you want great service, do what I did and go to Ubreakifix (the fellas on the west side are very professional) and they don’t take you over the coals.

Ive taken multiple iPhones and iPads in to have the screen replaced. Unfortunately my young child has cracked numerous screens. The owner has always been helpful and friendly. The equipment is always returned in better condition than when I brought it in.

This business is fully excellent. Ardi, the owner, is magnificently competent, and a really nice honest guy. He tells you what he can and cannot do, and he is straight on that. If he cannot fix or obtain what you need, probably nobody else in town can either. When he bought the business he did not change the name, but wishes he had. He is still burdened by the reputation of the previous owner. Ignore reviews a few years old: they are for the other guy, long gone. If you are looking down his list of reviews, be aware that the couple of really negative reviews are posted by a competitor: read them critically in comparison to the rest, and you will see what I mean. That bad in contrast to that good for the rest, Come On. Mobile One is a great service that can do exactly what you need for all small devices. I am currently housing an international professor from China, he arrived in April. Last month he went about bought a used iPhone 4 and a date plan from Mobile one off of Whitney way. Today the police came to my door saying I was housing someone who had stolen a phone from mobile one. At first I thought it meant that Mobile one accidentally bought a stolen phone, but in reality the shop keeper called the police saying the professor stole the phone from his shop back in December of 2014.Thankfully, my new roommate kept the receipt and proved to the police he bought the phone. The cop told us that the shopkeeper said it was an honest mistake, and told us that we needed to return to the store so the shopkeeper could strip the phone of his e-mail and GPS. I first went to the apple store and brought up what happened and Mobile one and the apple tech man told us it has happened before. I think this is mortifying and I do not want this store in my neighborhood.

*BEWARE*!!!!! This guy is a *LIAR* and a *CHEAT*. He said he could fix my phone but then proceeded to *BREAK MY PHONE MORE*. He is a *FRAUD*. He kicked me out of his store and told me he would not work with me because I had read his reviews online and confronted him about it. His response was that the bad reviews were from competitors. In truth they reflected the service provided by Rob the *ROBBER*!!!This guy should be *SHUT DOWN*!! He is an *INSULT* to honest business people!!
