The sales associates were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with .
Deb Simon is wonderful!
Eddie will always take care of you there. Great service, and always willing to take care of any issues. Been with Cricket for over 10 years. This store will happily keep me with Cricket for another 10.
She’s done everything for me and she is great.I will let my friend go to her store to get cellular phone service.
Very helpful and friendly staff!
Edegar made me special day, happy
Jose was outstanding! Very patient and helpful.
Jeramey at Cricket Wireless in East Towne Mall has excellent customer service skills as does Markus at the other East Washington Ave location. I would recommend Cricket Wireless to anyone. Thank You Jeramey and major KUDOS to you and your customer service!!! Mary Jo and Dale
Knowledge. Service. Batter than any other.
Very very very poor service! Do not spend your money here. The Manager is the Daughter of the stores owner. Her name is Eddi She is very rude and she and her staff arent knowledgeable on the phones they sell. I had to drive up East Wash to the other Cricket store. When I got there they were polite and they solved my problem in less than 10mins! The Manager Eddi is a spoiled brat and completely rude because her father owns the store. She acts as if she doesnt want to be there. I think she should quit because shell be freeing up space for someone who actually wants to work in customer service.
I have had Cricket for years and am a huge fan of their coverage and price. However, our experience this weekend was not great. My fiances plan with Verizon was up so we decided to go in and switch him over to Cricket. The entire time the rep was trying to up sell him. I understand that is how they make money but it was still frustrating. He asked for the 2 gb plan but she kept trying to talk him into the unlimited. It technically would have saved him $5 upfront because it would waive the activation fee (so just $50/month vs. the $30/month plus a one time activation fee of $25). However, he would only have a small window to switch plans next month or risk being charged for the unlimited. He decided to just stay with the 2 gb plan and not have to worry about switching later. She then tried to talk him into the 5 gb plan because its only $5 more per month. After much push back we finally got her to sign him up with the 2 gb plan. She then tried to talk us into buying a case and screen protector. They were having a sale and were 50% off but still ridiculously overpriced. They wanted to charge us $40 for both when you can get the same thing for under $10 on amazon. After finally convincing her we did not need the case she went to ring him up. The total was $63.38. I questioned that amount because it seemed to high. She said it was because of tax and tried to get him to swipe his card and pay. I pushed back further and said that 25 activation fee + 30 plan would only be $58.03 with 5.5% sales tax. Again she tried to get him to pay and said we could look at the receipt afterwards. We refused to pay until she was able to explain why it was $5 higher than it should be. She finally admitted that there was a $7 protection plan included. We asked her to remove that. Instead she tried to justify it and kept talking about how good of a deal it is. The whole experience was very frustrating. I am used to business trying to up sell but this took it to a whole new level. It was very shady that she tried to slip in the protection plan without asking/informing us and it was very annoying to have to justify and explain why we didnt want all of the add ins. A simple no thank you should be enough to decline a service. Instead we wasted 15+ minutes having to reiterate that we really were not interested in anything but the 2 gb plan with no add ins.
I would like to give Marcus and Alan from the East Washington location 5+++ stars for their excellent customer service and patience, Of all the times ive been there ive never experienced or seen any other customer treated with anything but perfect customer service
Friendly, but poor service and almost no knowledge about the phones. They still had a price listed from Thanksgiving (according to another store) and would not honor it after even referencing it and getting my mother in law excited about it.We intended to get the Samsung Amp Prime but then got excited about the ZTE Grand X 3 until we realized the $30 advertised price was not valid (and the system couldnt make an exception). Rather than just jumping back to the originally planned Samsung Amp Prime (aka Samsung J3 model) like we probably should have, my mother in law was excited for the bigger screen of the X3 and Im was looking for non-sw home buttons (ease of use), so we got them to take off the $25 activation fee (which was not expected and frustrating, but not surprising for a authorized dealer) and just continued with the X3.Finally, I had thought I noticed no charger in the box (where the heck was it if this was a new phone/box?) when the employee was setting up our number port. So, when leaving, I asked if there was one in the box, and received a yes which was not true. Good thing we checked. He then tried to just give us a loose cable for it... Yeah, cause my mother in law (who I had told them it was her first smartphone) has a spare USB wall charger at home... He finally opened a new box and have us that charger.I would not recommend going here!
