Ive been buying parts from LCD Cycle for over a year now. Their stuff is quality and the staff is always helpful. Returns are simple and hassle free, and you can always get someone on the phone when you call, unlike other suppliers that wont even give you a phone number. Oh and the next day shipping option is pretty key when we run out of parts. A+ for these guys

LCDcycle has been the most reliable part supplier I have had experience with. Extremely low defective rate and if I ever do run into an issue there is no other place in the industry with better customer service and easier returns. And it gets better! They even take back cracked screens with good LCDs from my repairs and give me credit for them which is awesome. I am very satisfied with LCDcycle parts, returns, and LCD recycle program.

I started my phone repair business in 2011. At that time, there were only two ways to get parts: you could get higher quality parts from China, but they would take weeks to arrive, returns were difficult, and it was strange paying through western union. Or, you can get parts quickly from Amazon or eBay, which was great through Paypal, but fail rate was high at over 40%. If you didnt return the part within 30 days, you were screwed. In late 2012, I was contacted by LCDCycle for parts. It was what I was looking for; a local company that provided quick service, low fail rates, and a great return policy. Now, my fail rate is closer to 15%, and those parts are very easy to return, I can take up to 6 months. Sure, sometimes the fail rates can be higher, but every part is returnable, so it doesnt cost me money in the long run. Overall, a great company that has same me thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours in the two years I have used them. Thanks so much!

Mostly good. Usually good quality parts. Occasionally youll get a bad batch and have to return a few parts at a time. Works with us with RMAs and recycled screens.

I placed an order yesterda (6/7/2016). It was for a power flex cable for iPad 2. I got the package today (6/8/2016) and the part is the New version of the flex. I called in prior placing the order to make sure that it was for the older version. The guy on the phone confirmed that it was and also the picture of the part on the website also showed the old version of the flex cable. I called in today to see why they sent me the wrong part and instead of coming up with a solution the guy hung up on me. That`s just bad business!

LCD cycles are scammers and thieves!! I sent them over 200 LCD and only paid out for a 25% of want was sent to them. I checked every LCD before sending them. Beware dont support this business by buying LCD or sending them your broken screens. Chris Koerner talks a big game but has bad business practice and not trustworthy. Take your business else where! You have been warned!!!

Company sucks. Poor quality parts (very high defect rate). Ordered multiple times from them and ALWAYS had issues. Secondly, they are not honest when it comes to recycling your old screens. Watch out as they will claim very low yields. Sent them a test batch of (100) iPhone 4/4S screens that were all hand-picked as having perfect LCDs. They received them and claimed a yield of less than 20%! Offered higher buy price on the phone and much lower when they went to pay. Do not trust them as they are simply a complete waste of time!

LCDCycle not only has excellent customer service but they have been very honest with their LCD recycling process and payouts. I have been very happy with their LCD recycling compared to other companies my repair business has gone through. I also appreciate the quality of the parts offered by LCDCycle. I have yet to have issues due to sloppy workmanship or poor quality parts. I recommend LCDCylce to any repair shop looking to turn broken screens into good, new, high quality parts.
