Love this location because the manager is super knowledgeable and helpful! I’m sure the other staff is as well but I’ve only worked with Nick and he seems to really love his job. Keep up the good work!

An awesome Swedish brand that has just a few stores in the US. This one is bigger and more open than the Chicago store. Theyve got great coats and outerwear, and some really cool bags. IMHO, the Foldsack bags are more useful and fashionable than the Kanken they are so famous for. Also, if you want a really nice hand forged axe, look no further.

Fjallraven makes some amazing products. I have purchased several items from the Madison location. The sales staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. This weekend I purchased a duffle bag and so did my roommate. The staff offered to wax both bags free of charge. I was very impressed with the customer service they provided. I will continue to make the trip from Milwaukee to shop at this store. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

Amazing store! My airline lost my luggage for the week while in Madison. I called up and ordered what I needed to get me thru a cold few days. They offered to deliver to my hotel since I was unable to go before closing hours. Opened my bag to find a hand written card by the manager Annie and a freebie item. The personal touch compliments the brand and quality which Fjallraven is about. I will certainly recommend Madison Fjallraven to anyone looking for the best! Thanks again.

Asked about a product and was told by the cashier that it was actually $5 more than the marked price because they increased the price this season and we havent re-tagged them yet. Bummer.

I went in here for the first time recently because I have been considering getting one of the Kanken backpacks. I really just wanted to browse and check it out, and I have to say the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A woman offered to show me all of the sizes of the Kanken backpacks so I could check them out and compare/ see the inside. She walked away and was not pushy or bothersome, she really just let me see if the backpack was what I was looking for. The store is very clean and filled with awesome inventory. Another employee approached my boyfriend and I and asked if we were having a good weekend and had anything planned. Because it was finals week on the UW campus and we mentioned we were going to the Library, he offered us cookies and warm apple cider. Really a pleasant experience- and if I do decide to get the backpack, I will head back to this store!
