Great selection, gorgeous dresses at fair prices!The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and clearly had experience and good taste. I brought a very shy individual with me- she was very nervous to try on gowns but by the end she was glowing with happiness.

2 ladies, perfect hostess! So many dresses to choose from. They helped us with everyone. Love this store. So nicely set up too.

All the girls here treated my son who has Down Syndrome with kindness and respect as they helped him pick out a tux for Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine 2020. They made him feel special and for that I’m eternally grateful. I will refer people to this shop for sure!

The owner is very rude. i was helping my friends zip up the dress she was trying on and she got mad and said “no guys allowed in the dressing room” i wasn’t in the dressing room i was outside of it. They even told her they felt more comfortable with me sipping them up than her. and lastly i’m not attached to girls so it’s not like i would try to do anything anyway

Im one of the many that will not be getting their deposits back on tux rentals. I was told on the phone by you or your employee you did not order the tuxes until two weeks before prom. I called before this two week time frame. This is just unfair .

Very nice and attentive sales persons who do their best to get the information you need and in a quick manner. Nice fitting room area. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they should have more pageant, Quinceañera and prom dresses on hand. But they would need a much bigger space to accommodate the customers if they went that route. Maybe a separate space entirely so the wedding partys wouldnt be over run. But over all I got much better service here than the bigger place in another county.

I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE WITH NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I was so excited to buy my wedding dress. They definitely had the best prices and the dresses were gorgeous BUT I went and picked my dress out and somehow along the way the dress managed to get switched with a extremely similar dress. I didnt see the dress for almost a year before taking it to the seamstress and didnt notice that the people I trusted the most for my big day GAVE ME THE WRONG DRESS because it was almost 8 sizes too big. All alterations could be undone but the owner of the store has asked me to pay for the original dress even though that dress was so much cheaper than the dress I actually paid for but didnt want. She is refusing to give me a refund or to simply just switch the dresses. She also told me she was too busy with everyone else on Saturday when I came in the first time to figure out what could be done about this situation. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO PAY FOR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES!!!

They had some nice dresses but they did not offer to help me find a bridesmaids dress and she told me there was a 50 dollar rack and that insulted me. Didnt even offer to help me put on the dresses I chose so I wont be back. Ill take me money to cicis Bridal in Albertville

They were a helpful and friendly staff well some where when I ordered a the dresses for my bridesmaids the dresses they were two sizes too large. One of the girls had to get a different dress because they ran out of the material so I had two girls with different dresses. I had the same experience when I had my quinceanera and I had hope that when my wedding came around it would be different and alot better. And when I stop inside to make a payment on my wedding dress I had noticed each time some of the other customers where not satisfied with their dresses it made me a little concerned about the choice I made on the place.

We have been to the store 3 times and all 3 times the staff has been wonderful and made sure my daughters left happy. So thankful for this store and staff!

I never write reviews (good or bad) but this is by far the worse experience I have ever been through. The owner (Susan) is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She has zero people skills. She doesnt care that you are dissatisfied with her store, all she cares about it ripping working people off. From now on, I will always go to Barkleys for tux rentals.
