Monrovia body shop did a fabulous job at fixing up my jeep after i got into a wreck in a very timely manner! they kept us in the loop of what was going on and updated us on expected finish dates! The paint job was very good and the back of the jeep looks good as new. Definitely recommend this amazing body shop!!

Called for a tow, but it turned out we just needed a jump to get going. Monrovia got the car running so we could drive it to the mechanic ourselves.Great, friendly service! Highly recommended!

Very helpful and kind people at Monrovia Body Shop & Wrecker Service!! A man there helped me by taking the rear lenses cover off my 98 4RUNNER & replaced the brake light bulb. I am 74 years old & I couldnt get the lenses cover off. He made sure the new bulb was working. Then he replaced the lense cover. He said, Have a nice day! & sent me on my way. NO CHARGE!!!! I will definitely remember his kindness and help. I will see what services Monrovia Body Service performs so I can give them as much of my business as possible. I want to help a business that is kind & helpful like his!!!

I had just gotten this car and then I got into an ugly accident. I’m still new to Huntsville so I had no idea which auto shop to take my wrecked vehicle. I googled places around the area and this shop came up with good ratings.I called and they answered right away. They were willing to take my car in even though they were busy. They were very nice to answer all my questions. Long story short, I got my car back looking brand new!! It’s as if I never gotten into an accident. Everyone were nice, respectful, and kind.

My family has used this business more times than anybody wants to over the many years we have lived in Madison, AL but it’s always an exceptional experience. The cars have always been fixed perfectly and in extremely reasonable timeframes. The staff is always pleasant - many interactions with the owner and always felt treated like extremely well. My new car was damaged where I resided in Florida and I had it estimated in Tampa just to give the person who hit my car an idea of damages. I had a trip planned to HSV so day one on my trip I brought it by their shop. They fixed it up right in a short time and almost half the cost of the original estimate. There’s not a better way to explain how great this shop has been than even living in another state I trusted them and chose to have them fix it above all else.

The whole team here was exceptional. The staff wanted to make the processes go as smooth as possible. Unlike any other facilities in town, they were quick and responsive with their repairs. I had a truck back into the front end of my Kia Forte and within two weeks of the incident the car was up and running looking brand new!

I’ve used this body shop 3 times over the past 10 years and they are wonderful. My insurance company says they are a recommended body shop and covers everything they do. My daughters car was badly damaged a month ago by a hit and run in a parking lot. It looks like new. Spotless. 5/5 would recommend.

They did a good repair as far as we can tell, but they spent ZERO effort to clean the car up before we picked it up upon completion. Under the hood and the inside of the car was filthy from all the dust generated in the body shop.

Top rate customer service!! Absolutely great work. They were recommended to me from the car dealership where I bought my car last year. My baby had over 1,000 pits from hail damage, now honestly looks better than drove off the lot!! Definately a company Id return to next time I need a body shop (but hopefully not anytime soon). ;)

These guys are wonderful! I’ve used them twice now. Today, the operator was able to fix my car right in the driveway, saved me a big mechanic bill. I have their number saved for emergencies. They’re the only tow company I’ll use.

Was run off the road on Wall Triana a few years back and the Trooper working the wreck called for a wrecker. Monrovia body shop wrecker showed up and I asked him to tow my Explorer to Woody Anderson. The tow truck driver told me that it would be $50 to tow it there and I had to pay him right then but it was a free tow to Monrovia. Not having any cash, I sent my SUV there. When I was run off the road I went into a ditch and jumped a driveway bottoming out my shocks and tweaking the frame. All four wheels hit the top of the fender wells. The driver seat was pushed down and to the left leaning against the B pillar due to the hard landing. Monrovia did not have my vehicle very long and called me to come pick it up. The drivers seat was still the same the tires were still bowed out from the accident. They repaired the seat after I showed them and they stated that the front end was aligned. I took it to the tire shop they used and talked to the tech and he stated that the frame needed to be pulled on more because he could not correct the negative camber in the front. The manager of the tire shop quickly told him to go back to work and blew me off. I spoke to Monrovia again about this issue and they stated there was nothing more they could do for me. I will never use this place again.

My vehicle was towed here after my collision Dec 11th. The staff was courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions pertaining to the damage my vehicle sustained. If I am in need of a tow in the future I will be sure to call Monrovia!

Was quoted a certain price and when the bill came back was higher. Do not use this towing company if you want an honest towing company who will charge you what they quoted you before taking your vehicle.
