Took car for diagnosis for a cold start issue. Mechanics gave a unreasonably high bid to repair so we decided to pay fee and go elsewhere. We went to pick car up and it would not start at all. Mechanic had burnt out the starter. Asked if they were fixing what they broke so we could pick car up in the same condition we dropped it off we were told no. They would split the cost of stater and install and was charging 750 for that. Starter can be picked up anywhere $178. So why they are trying to charge $750 we have no idea. Just awful customer service. We should be able to pick car up in the same condition we dropped it off. Now its worse. Filled out a consumer complaint with the attorney genrals office. Do take your vehicle there for anything! Just terrible.

Super nice people, always lets me know how much Im looking at paying, will fix things one at a time if needed. Unfortunately, I had to take away two stars and revise. My car wasnt done today at noon, and now wont be done til Monday. I did not get to visit my grandson at the cemetery on his birthday because I had no car.

Very pleased with the work done on my PT back in April...not an easy job to put a new heater core in, but they did it...also came with a one year warranty, so when defrost wasnt working correctly for me a couple weeks ago, I brought car in and they fixed the pinched cable quickly for no charge...Ill definitely be taking my cars here for servicing in the future..thank you Miller Automotive!

I took my truck to Miller Automotive roughly two weeks ago. They replaced the engine in my 2014 f150 quickly without any problems. They were extremely knowledgable, Informative, and easy to talk to. The Miller Auto team went above and beyond. Vern(the owner) and his mechanics(great people) gave me options, kept me in the loop, and never did anything that I didnt ask them to do. I got stuck on a business trip with a terribly running engine and lights flashing on the dash. I had traveled by car 5 and a half hours and needed to leave that night to be home the next day for a medical appointment. I just want to say they jumped through hoops to get me back on the road in only 5 hours! I was so impressed I gave the tech a big tip for staying late. 10/10 would visit again even as an out of towner.
