Car headlight burned out, I go there expecting to pay ~$60 for a pair of new headlights (average cost).Not only did employee Dao help me, but he gave me his Bucket Deal and I walked out with the pair of headlights, Headlight Restoration Kit ($28 value), AND a 5-gallon bucket!!Total cost? $62.33.You like to save money? Ask Dao about his Bucket Deal he gives his customers :)

I didn’t get the staff’s name, but I thought he (shaved head and masculine looking) provided really excellent service today. Hehelped me to locate all my items quickly and identified some sales that allowed me to save money.

Sign on their door says they recycle batteries and oil. Employees inside wont accept oil. Dont waste peoples time.

Who doesnt love Napa? Guys here are knowledgeable and down to earth. Never had a bad experience here.

I work for Napa part-time an the people I work with are excellent. Napa provides a quality option for parts, tools and equipment which I appreciate because I maintain my own vehicles.

Napa is a little bit on the pricey side, but when youre in a jam and need parts, Napa seems to always have what other parts stores dont.

The staff is great, will order what I need if not in stock and recommend the best parts for my car.

Went in looking for Loctite threadlocker gray. They didnt have it. They have never sold any. They looked it up online and gave me several phone#s for Fastenal who is a Loctite distributer in town. Able to talked to Fastenal on my phone at Napa and my husband will need to look it up on Fastenals website to figure out which one to get. PS: the assistant manager said they never have enough employees and they have a hiring drivers sign up. They usually have 20 trucks per day out delivering!
