Im in the same boat as most of these other one star reviews. I ordered 10 months ago, site clearly said back ordered. I was expecting delays. I was NOT expecting to be ignored on multiple emails and phone calls with no communication at all. I gave em 8 months before I even tried to email the first time. Crickets. I asked for refund yesterday. Crickets. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute. What a joke.

Order knowing they were backordered in Oct 2020 at good old prices. Now after 11 mos they still were not close to filling order. However, they were selling ammo on the site at current double plus elevated prices while not filling past orders. Asked for a refund. Said they would. But two weeks later, nothing. And crickets to emails and phone calls now. Stay clear.

I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve reached out and received and email about my payment not being processed. My bank statement says otherwise. I’m just waiting for an email response. I read reviews prior to saying they were very responsive in updating customers of issues that arise that way you’re in the know. They don’t even deserve 1 star! The shortage is one thing and understandable but their lack of communication is the worst. I placed my order in Jan 2021 and was told it was a 12 week delay. It is now Sept 2021 and I have had 00000 follow up on the status. They won’t answer calls or emails!!!

Order #22878. I put this order in last October. I emailed them twice and both time they told me they are “working on my order” and I should be receiving it soon. It is now August of 2021 and still no product. I agree with the other customers that are in the same situation. You guys have to be transparent and not lie about product availability otherwise you are not going to have any return customers or customers at all.LAX munition have “STOCK”

Yeah it’s been almost a year and still haven’t received my ammo. Buyers beware their time schedule is fake.Reply to response: I don’t want a refund I want my ammo or extra for compensation. When I ordered my ammo the website said 6-8 weeks. Being transparent with your customers is important in return business. I looked at your website a few months ago and it then said 8-12 weeks. Obviously should say 8-12 months. I understand it isn’t your fault but customers should be aware and not lied to. I called your customer service and was told in December I should have my product by January sometime. Then I emailed your customer service in March and was told I would have it by the end of April. Still no ammo and it’s almost June.

Stay away, its been 9.5 months and i have still only received a partial order (less than 1/3 of my order. When i bought my order in November of 2020 i was told 60 to 90 days. They have never provided me with a status unless i contact them. It was 2 months before i even requested an update. Now 9.5 months later they are not even responding to email request for updates. COVID is a b.s. excuse, at the time of the order, they were well aware of delays on supply but continued to take orders and peoples money then lie to people stating they would get their orders in 60 to 90 days. The small portion of the order i have received (.223) had 10 miss fires out of 40 rds. They did send me 20 rds when i told them....wow how generous (please note sarcasm). At this point it borders on fraud and i am considering speaking to am attorney.

Purchased Ammo in March 2021 called to check on it in August and still a long wait. Emailed in November and they pushed me farther back??? How does that happen. They will not answer their phones. Poor service.

Perhaps if they could keep employees and by that I mean quit letting the owners daughter run off everybody with her bad attitude and perhaps they could produce a little more.

Everyone, please be aware, you will not get your Ammo atleast a year from the time you place your order. Unless you pray to baby Jesus, while holding a horse shoe and a rabbits foot. They also will NEVER email you, unless you email or call them. So you will be in the wind hoping an praying they dont just keep your money and rip you off.

The website clearly states that they are backordered and its taking longer than usual to fill orders. When I placed my order I did so with that in mind. The ammo itself is just what I wanted at a very good price. I will be buying from them again. Great people, great product.

I came to the store today to buy ammo. Due to the national shortage they were out. But then the nicest thing happened. The owner Monte took 4 of us back into the shop and showed us his entire production process. I have never had as pleasant am experience with a business as this. Im truly floored. I did not think this level of commitment to service existed anymore. He is back ordered for months on ammo but still took his lunch break to give us an in depth, informative your of his production process. It was amazing. Having observed the operation I can testify that each bullet is put through an incredible quality control process.

So under the circumstances and how F’en hard it is to put your hands on some of this stuff a month wait really isn’t that bad. Plus the owner was great about communication. The price was right, and his product is good

I placed my order knowing they were back ordered. Shortly after my order I received a email from the owner thanking me for my order and reiterating they were back logged. I received several emails from the owner updating me on the process. Ammo was exactly what I expected, and I will be placing another order today.

After I few complication I received a call from the owner of the company. Exceptional guy to talk and I appreciated his call. He took the time to talk with me on a Saturday and make sure I was a satisfied customer.

5 months later and still no ammo after being told over a month ago that it would be here by the end of the week. Will never buy from again. Received my order in 3 days from his competition.

When I ordered ammo back in april it had a 4-6 week wait time for shipping which I was completely understanding of. After 6 weeks I emailed through facebook and was told it would ship by end of week. By the end of the week I heard nothing. At 2 months I email again through facebook and the owner calls me and says they have over 1,000,000 rounds of orders to fill and my order would go out the following week. Here it is again 1 month later and no ammo to be seen. I email again through facebook and no one has responded in 4 days. Its becoming unacceptable at this point. I ordered, you took my money, now I expect a product. I too am a veteran who owns a business and one would expect to have better communication. If something didnt work out email or call me, not just leave people on a cliffhanger hoping one day their package arrives.

Absolutely one of the best experiences ive had purchasing ammo online. The 9mm fmj remans arrived super quick and are top quality rounds. The price is unbeatable as well. This business was originally located in Texas and recently moved. I was a repeat customer long ago and my business will follow them all the way to Alabama. I wouldnt trust anyone else to fill my orders. Friendly staff, great integrity and they stand behind their products. Dont hesitate to do business here. A+

Bought some ammo from them at the local gun show in Clarksville TN. 308 fmj and Hornady bullets and 9mm shot great groups. I have an FN fns 9c and its picking about ammo and it cycled with out a problem. I would buy again rifle was a scar 17 if youre wondering
