The Range is a great place to shoot all types of weapons. The Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Ammo is usually in stock and priced very reasonable. I shoot once or twice a week and really enjoy my time there. Highly recommend. 😎

Everything that could’ve went wrong did go wrong. I rarely leave reviews, but would be remiss if I didn’t. The first two FFL transfers I did at this establishment pertaining to my son, and sister went through fine. It’s the this one that left me drained and frustrated. I purchased a weapon and forgot to use the intended recipient’s information for the transfer, and the transfer remained in my name. I take full responsibility for that. However, the intended recipient stopped by the aforementioned establishment on 6/23/21 and spoke with an associate, who first told her that the situation could be remedied if the seller emailed something to the effect of me forgetting to list her as the transferee. Well it turns out that couldn’t be done actually, which I understood. The associate specifically stated to the intended recipient that since the transfer was in my name that I could come and get it. I made sure to ask the intended recipient to be sure because I live 519 miles away in Texas. The intended recipient stated that the associate confirmed to her that it wouldn’t be an issue when asked. So, after being told this, I advised the intended recipient that I would drive from Texas to Mississippi when I get off duty. I’m a police officer and after completing a 12hr shift at 0200 proceeded to drive 8 hrs to Mississippi to the establishment. Upon arriving here, I was told that I couldn’t take possession of the weapon due to me not having a Mississippi driver’s license, which contrasted what was told to the intended recipient on the previous day. The intended recipient advised the associate that I lived in Texas on the previous day and was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. For whatever reason, they figured I lived in Mississippi, and just worked in Texas. I’m not sure what on earth gave them that impression. I was on the phone with the intended recipient where she specifically told the associate that I LIVED in Texas. So, I burned close to a couple hundred dollars in gas, hadn’t gotten any sleep, and after it’s all said and done will have driven 14hrs straight. So, naturally I’m upset, as anyone would be. I think I’m a fair man, and as a human, understand that accidents and miscommunications WILL happen. I was given the option of having the firearm shipped back to the seller, or to my own FFL Transfer that I utilize in Texas, with me paying shipping cost. I opted for the latter. I was asked for my phone number, which I provided, and was instructed that someone would be calling me later today. Again, even in the midst of what transpired, I remained patient because I know the aforementioned establishment is busy and that I’m just one spoke on the wheel. I decided to wait until it was late before calling, with me leaving a voicemail. Not only did no one return my call, but I ended up leaving in disgust. Now, I’m not sure what avenue I’ll have to undertake next week to remedy this situation. It will surely be problematic seeing as I work two additional off duty jobs where downtime for me is restricted. This transaction of initially bad communication coupled with a lack of communication that followed left me feeling as if my business is unappreciated. As previously stated, I’ve no qualms about me having to come to Mississippi to get it when told I could. Please don’t even get me started with the clowns known as the ATF.

I had the receiver of a Mosin drilled and tapped for a side mount. Excellent, outstanding work by Keith, the gunsmith / machinist. Perfection would still be an understatement. The entire experience was characterized by timeliness, professionalism, excellent communication at a very reasonable price. Best regards, Dr. Schleich

I had a great experience with the Range. Good people, very passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. They gave me a quick lesson and had my lesson with a great Guy called Grant, who helped me a lot with my aim, grip and stance. All in all, I totally recommend the place

Took a concealed carry class this past weekend. Let me say a few things - Facilities - amazing. Top notch place and a great range to boot. Instructors - Renee Mader and her assistant Sam were absolutely the best instructors. They took their time during the class and explained thoroughly all aspects of gun safety. I highly recommend you them if you are looking for lessons for beginning gun users or those who have handled guns for years.

This is the best indoor range in the state and the only one I recommend. Great selection of firearms and ammo and their range is top notch. No overbearing range officers, everyone is very helpful friendly and professional.

Very disappointed in the customer care. 2/3 staff members without masks. When asked by me if they would mind wearing a mask for my protection, they both refused with a defiant smile.

Review based on gun broker experienceI wanted to share my experience with the range by jimmy primos It took 5 days of calls to the store to pay for a 38 special colt officers model match. Gun looked in great shape and exactly what I wanted. I was told only one person could process payment and she would not call me back. Finally got the item paid for and it was shipped to the wrong person. Found that out after waiting an hour for my dealer to try and find my revolver. I sent the wrong gun back, other guy hasnt delivered to usps yet. After all the time I invested in this I wanted some money back, was told could only refund shipping $25. I am very patient but this was a slap in the face. Open to changing review if can make things right...

The customer service at this fine American business is OFF THE CHARTS. They earned my loyalty the very first time I walked in the door. Great folks, and they have great products. This is exactly how a successful business should be run.

My girlfriend had the best experience buying a pistol for self and home defense. I highly recommend dealing with Chuck Boyer, not only did he take the time to inform her on the variety of guns that would best fit her needs, he was very knowledgeable throughout the process. We will definitely be back for our next gun purchase.
