Class act of a store. Clean organized, helpful staff. Deli - great selection, dining tables near-by..A little pricey, but good selection and variety of food items. I would have given it a 5, but the prices were a little much for my budget.

Ive been coming here for years for my grocery. Live in Madera lakes area so its a 20 minutes drive. Its fast, friendly service, quick lines. Ive availed myself of the frontmost counter for stamps, Western Union transfers and liquor on holidays. Good fresh complete supply of seafood, beef, chicken, and pork. Very nice polite young men at the butchers counter. Very good men as managers. Very helpful and willing to stock whatever I ask for. Very kind calm helpful hard-working young ladies as cashiers. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions and are willing to go out of their way to help my elderly relatives with their shopping. Thank you so much!💕

This is my favorite grocery store of all time. Just imagine going to heaven, it would be this store! The meat department has every kind of cut you can imagine, there is a delicatessen devoted to strictly cheese and a bakery that is to die for! They even have a Taqueria that has whatever your heart desires. Not only is the staff here the welcoming and kind, but the prices are so low that Flo Rida himself would sing about it. So in closing, this grocery store is a prime example of perfection.

Huge clean store. Plenty of fresh produce and a meat section. Plus Mexican hot foods are pretty good for take out. Fresh corn and flour tortillas made on the premises.

They have my favorite pan dulce and I ordered their torta. Was very delicious and big. Would come back and try it again.

My favorite Food Store.

Prepaid for a half sheet cake a week in advance. When I pick up it does not have my daughters name, just Happy Birthday. I call and ask and they say it does have her name on it, on the border. I check and it is in completely different writing on the side of the cake. Was given attitude for calling. Will not be returning due to poor work and poor attitude.

Good store friendly service

This is a large grocery outlet store that caters to the Hispanic population. They have quite a variety of goods and spices and meats. In addition they have a full service restaurant, however, with covered 19 as it is they cant serve at tables indoors like they used to but they do have all of their food to go. You can walk in by whole family dinners and youre ready to go.

Huge Mexican supermarket with tons of items, produce, food, etc. fair prices and friendly service. Usually on the weekends they have someone out front grilling chicken. The food here is really good. They make fresh tortillas here as well as masa. They have tons of meat and seafood as well.

Rancho San Miguel is always well stocked with a wide variety of fresh meats, produce, or prepared and packaged goods. There also is a cafeteria area and a tortilla machine for great meals of Mexican American entrees.Whether you want a broiled chicken dinner for yourself, with rice & beans and tortillas, or a couple of pints of fresh salsa or a selection of ceviche, or a larger meal up to and including catered parties, RSM always delivers.Watch for their specials, then fill up a cart! Its a great place to get the groceries.

I like their meat and produce departments, and certain items that they carry that I would otherwise have to travel to Fresno for.

I went to your restaurant portion of your store. Ordered take out dinner for 2. Paid extra for an additional item. When I arrived home, the dinner. The item I ordered extra wasnt included in the dinner. I didnt return back to inform them of the error. Due we live across town, what would help in the future. The employees should read back the orders. Before giving it to the customer. Cashier was so helpful and friendly.

This place Sucks, they have moldy products, they have bugs. They will take the money Off your card and then secondDecline your purchase and say you have to wait 24 hours and bring a bank statement and they will see about giving you your money back

Big store, lots of sales!

We do work for this store as a sub contractor and their kitchen has some really great food. We always end up taking 2 dozen tamales home with us. There bakery is also full of pleasant surprises that are delicious!

Excellent market, love their dairy and meat department, Excellent service. You can get all kinds of good stuff for a Mexican dinner you are making, that are hard to find in your usual grocery, I am white and I have always found plenty of help, smiles and laughter.

People are respectful and kind and considerate. And the prices are good to to buy things. And the service if people are also new.

Good food great bakery delivery service drive you home always busy

Quite a large store and the staff seems friendly and helpful. I only give this place 2 Stars because on more than one occasion I picked up items off the shelf it appeared to be Dusty and I check expiration date code and found some items were months passed away expiration date. The produce kind of okay its hit or miss some days it looks great other days looks like it needs to be thrown out. The meat counter area has a very peculiar smell I dont trust anything from the meat counter area. Homemade tortillas are great along with the homemade tortilla chips and tostadas shells.

Always liked this store. The location is perfect. There was always a need for a good grocery store on this side of town.

This is my local store. Its not too far from my home. I like that the staff are very courteous and helpful. Especially the girls who drive the shuttle when you need a ride. I love how the store has the shuttle. It is so helpful and that is one of the many perks Rancho San Miguel trumps all the other supermarkets they compete against. I also like how the sales change every Wednesday instead of the usual Sunday like the other stores. I just learned not too long ago that they sell Money Orders thru Western Union and they send and receive money also. It helps that they have money orders there instead of me having to take the bus 2 hours altogether to get one at Walmart. One of my favorite things about Rancho San Miguel is the bakery. The girls at the bakery do such a wonderful job on the cakes I have ordered. I wont even go to Save Mart or Costco for a decorated cake. I will always come here to Rancho for my cakes. All three that I have ordered came out so beautiful and tasted so good!! I always complement them whenever I have ordered a cake with them. The produce is cheap whenever there are sales on. I like how the store has the Wednesday & Thursday and Saturday & Sunday additional sales for certain items. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it gets too crowded but if its a good store and they have low prices on everything, that is to be expected.

I really enjoy this market.The meat deli has everything you can think of,its one of the best.If you dont feel like cooking grab a meal to eat there or take home.Dont forget dessert because they have that as well.Heres something I wish to see more stores doing if you buy a certain amount they provide transportation with all your groceries to your front door.Now that is something great.Thank you.

I really like what they offer here. Their cakes are delicious, they have great pricing for seasonal fruits and veggies, I like the cultural foods that are common in our household, as well as bringing back the nostalgia. Their meat department is questionable, it smells more than a regular meat market.

Fresh meats, bread and produce is great. Easy to find what you need. Lines are usually fairly long but overall cool grocery store.

We ate at Food Court that they have there. We got the Chili Verde Plate it was very good.

I usually have no problem in the store and most of the people are really helpful. Today, however, the girl behind the meat counter must have been having a really bad day. She ignored us for the first three minutes we were standing there and then acted like we were bothering her by giving her an order. I asked if they could give me the cilantro and onions separately instead of on the tacos and she was very irritated. We purchase meals there every week and this is the first time Ive had any problems.

The fish case/counter smelled terrible. Needs immediate cleaning! I reported it to 2 employees who were not concerned to report the problem.

I havent shopped the store because I dont live in Madera, but I stop there on my way thru town to pick up some food at their food court. The food is outstanding great selection made fresh and priced right. The tamales they make are some of the best I have had and they are a nice size as well. If you like authentic Mexican food then this is for place to go.
