This is my #1 car wash spot, in and around Madera. They scrub the car before running it through the wash. The young men are always moving. Very efficient and careful when cleaning the inside. I ALWAYS leave 100% satisfied!! 💯👍🙌

I come here, but my airbag light goes on n beeps now, but overall the car gets cleaned, I think maybe a little more paying attention to certain buttons inside the car. Overall good wash

This place I do not and would not recommend to anyone I know !!I took my Brand new car there Ive only had my car. A month to the day i went to this buggy car wash. When asked what kind of wash. I wanted I told him the works full detail interior & Exterior. now if Im paying 100 bucks plus. I expect what I pay for before I got in my car I asked the guy. What happen to my. Interior. ? There was oil hand prints. Left on my black interior. my car wash supposed to have just gotten washed and detailed. but instead. It looked as if just went some mud. I would never use this place again

I went to get my car washed because I got the coupon with the oil change, and got my car washed, and it got out with big scratches. I am not happy because you can tellfrom far away and my car is like brand new.

They damaged my car the first time I went but blaimed it on poor paint job in the Silva auto repair so got it fixed with warrenty . Second time I went they left my car really wet had to pull over and dry it myself or would have gotten water spots. They suck and there arent even the cheapest car wash in town . Go to am pm in ave 17. $5 wash you do have to kinda dry it your self buts your car doesnt end up as wet as this guys left it .

Thorough and fairly priced.

If they have an mistakes they will fix it.and its a good vibe with the popcorn lol just need some tunes outside.just make sure all the water is gone and windows are actually taken care of and everything will be just fine

(I gave 1 Star only because my overall experience trying to get an answer about my situation was just frustrating.)Dont use your credit card at the pump. Pay inside. Despite what my husband said to pay inside, I paid at the pump instead. It was only $10.00. Bad decision on my part. We left the gas station and went to Walmart. I was at the register about to pay for everything and my card was declined.Long story short, the gas station took ALL of the remaining balance from my bank account. I went to my bank to figure out why they allowed the gas station to withdrawal the remaining balance of money in my checking account. The bank said it is NOT THEIR FAULT and to take it up with the gas station.So here I go to the gas station to talk to the manager and ask why this happened. At first she could not give me a definitive answer and told me that its my bank. I explained to her that the bank said it was the gas station... Then an associate from the Car Wash told me that ALL banks allow gas stations to charge or hold sometimes up to $100 when customers use Credit at the pump.I was not aware because it has never happened to me before at any other gas stations in the past. So I learned my lesson that day. DO NOT PAY WITH CREDIT AT ANY GAS PUMP. Lol.Besides all this, the manager was very polite and she seemed willingness to help me find out how to resolve the situation eventhough it was completely out of her control. The customer service was excellent.The associates that were there at the time of my conversation with the manager were also very helpful and knowledgeable to this certain situation as they agreed that this kind of situation comes up a lot with other customers too.I would recommend going here for the good price for gas. Often times it is much cheaper than AM/PM and less crowded. My husband likes the prices for the fountain drinks.

Nice convenience store, TV in reception area, outside covered sitting area. Free drink and popcorn with the upper wash options. Free basic car warship to 30 days, if you use the oil change center on the premises.

Overall, good service. The guys do a good job. Cashiers in the actual gas station could use some help in the customer service department.

Friendly staff and always very welcoming. Always come here to fill up on gas and on cheap energy drinks. Have yet to try the car wash.

I went there today Friday, OMG! They were super duper busy and did an awesome job washing my car.

Very good experience. They really prescrubber before going through the auto wash. Would have given 5 stars if dry rag had been dry enough to get car drier. I will come back for sure

Wont ever go there again for a wash. First, we pull in and the kid is helping someone else so we wait. My husband runs in the store and Im still in the truck. An employee is there but not saying anything to me. Another car pulls in and he goes right over to help her. So she goes through the wash first although we showed up first. Whatever. Not a huge deal. We get to the wash area and the kids are guiding us in. They say go forward go backwards go forwards stop go forward go backwards. And two kids are guiding but doing different motions with their hands. They dont know how to guide. Not only that but the first time, according to the big mirror our tires were line up already and in the slot. Idk. Whatever. The drying part is what got us mad. The kid pulled our side mirrors to unfold them since we folded them in for the wash. He pushed on the mirror and put it out of place. Annoying but whatever.... then to dry the hood, the truck is big, so I understand he had to climb onto the tire. But why, please tell me why hed need to use the antenna to hold his weight while climbing up....luckily it didnt break. But I do have it on video. I started recording after the first time he pushed on the glass on the mirror. It didnt damage anything. But it wasnt okay either. Its unprofessional. And these young kids seem like they dont know how to communicate with each other. And the truck isnt even dried as good as it could be. This is a store my husband goes to every morning for gas and other stuff. And we figured that wed try the car wash. After bringing our truck through just now we decided to just do our car and other truck at home. Maybe just try talking to them about respecting peoples property. There are signs everywhere saying youre not responsible for this that and the other. But had my antenna broken off, it definitely wouldve been your responsibility.

Usually indifferent staff cleaning the cars, many times have to have them redo parts of the job. The waiting room is hilariously bad, like its out of a sitcom.
