Absolutely great food. I got a quesadilla with some tacos, and smothered them with beans and salsa for a deliciously messy meal. My friend got the enchiladas. They did recently raise prices, and the menu does not reflect that yet, so I got a surprise. Even so, it was still worth it. Highly recommended.

All of the workers be cussing. Now I cuss a lot, like a lot a lot. Ive never heard so many people working very so comfortably just cussing. Maybe it just made me embarrassed because I do it so much. The store just seems like sad and that no one really wants to be there. It rubs off & I dont wanna be there. Id rather go anywhere else

Walmart is a difficult discussion. It is good because they have basically everything you need and when you need assistance on something the wait is usually relatively short. The bad things are the fact that the lines are super long! The lines will vary depending on the time of the year but its safe to say the lines are a minimum of 5 people long. Self checkout is a good way to buy your stuff fast. Id say it is even in the pros and cons. Great place but if your looking for something small Id recommend just going to the Walgreens near by.

I went there to pick up eye drops for my elderly Father in law which were kept in a locked cabinet. I pressed the button for service but ended up waiting 20 minutes before anyone came to unlock the cabinet. I had pressed the button a total of three times. Other customers were also waiting for the same service. I think one of them finally went and actually had to find someone for help. The store was clean and prices are good. The lady by self checkout was very friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend ordered a tV from black Friday is my Friday I went to pick it up get up and they would not let me pick it up even if I verified the purchase.I told them to keep it

I love this store I think its better than target and best buy. you can get anything here. Ive never actually asked a employee to help me find something in the past 3 years. Went there to return a lock (I bought the wrong size) and it was a BREEZE! They refunded me quickly and with NO problem! Even when packed, the self check-out line moves pretty fast. Nothing bad to say about this place!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Every time I go to CRICUT LOCKUP I always end up waiting 35 minutes or more. Sometimes 45 minutes just for someone to come unlock the case. It’s annoying every time I go I can never be in a hurry it’s ridiculous always having to wait so long in one isle for someone to help me. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS THE ONLY THING I WENT THERE FOR.

I love self checkout. So much freaking easier to go get something and get out in a hurry!

I’ve never been to a Walmart with such a sad grocery selection. It seemed like it was mostly frozen food or junk food available. On the sparse ‘fresh food’ available we saw mold.Self check out line was short and a breeze.

Its good but it can be better especially in the fabric area there is no one there to help I have pushed that service ring so many times and there is no help I have asked every walking employees to send me help and nothing I resorted to call the store and ask for help and guess what no answer all of that happened in one day I really needed to finish that project that is the reason why I waited when they finally came they were not apologetic and I told them all the efforts that I had done to get help I went to the one on Fresno on Shaw and Ive also shopped at the one on Herndon near Blackstone they help you right away I wish they were like that here in Madera so that I didnt have to travel to get good service for the same store

The shadiest place to shop. Mistocked items that ring up wrong and you can even get a manager and a worker to look at said item was stocked yet wont ever make corrections. This Wal-mart takes advantage that they are the one walmart in the whole county or travel 25 to 30 miles like so many others do to avoid this place..

Fairly clean. Generally a friendly staff but it is Walmart so hit or miss on customer service. Always under staffed! If you dont come in at the right time of day you will be in a line at some point. Well stocked on general merchandise.

It was kinda hot inside for a Walmart. I waited 30minutes after asking for help with a bike tube in a locked case. That was after my wife had ask at the check out stand. The line manager at the front said that they were severely understaffed I understand this as I have worked in retail. It just sucks not being able to make the purchase that I needed.

I have been going to this Walmart for almost 20 years.Pros, a majority of the employees there are really nice folks, prices are good, bathrooms are usually clean, as well as the storeCons, unfortunately there has been enough shoplifting that sometimes it feels like half the store is in a locked glass case Because of this it takes quite a bit of time to find someone to get you the product you need. What few call buttons there are, you cant tell if they work or not, and it takes a bit to get someone there. Sometimes they need to be more expedient about opening more registers when business peaks.But overall its a decent place to shop, and the employees personalities compensate for the few flaws.

Just 3 words NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I like many others have worked at a Walmart store some years ago and remember a major part of your training was Customer Service. Training videos, staff and Managers all they exemplified was the Customer and doing what a Walmart employee or family member needs to do to give Great Customer Service because the CUSTOMER was #1.

Always has what I need and am looking for at great prices. Their return policy is hassle free and open to almost any type of product. Another thing, if you have the Walmart app and find what youre looking for but at a lower price than the store, the associates are always willing to price match!

Great variety great staff+employees not near enough parking

Customer service at Walmart electronics was horrible. Women who works there doesnt know how to multitask and help out customers. Left Walmart and went to Marshalls to buy charging wires instead. Recommend anyone trying to buy electrical chargers to go to Marshalls. Walmart needs to start adapting to new norms instead of old because other stores are understanding the grab and go quick technique. They are to scared of customers stealing in what they should really be scared of is losing valuable customers.

Always find good deals here. But dont go trying to buy a replacement Roku remote there always sold out.

Comparing the Madera (California) and the Fresno /Herndon and Ingram stores is like comparing apples to oranges. The Madera store reduced its grocery section after a remodel. The Herndon store is huge, and very clean. The grocery area includes a deli, and bakery. Its worth it to me to drive 25-30 to go there.

Its a good sized Walmart the only thing they dont have is a outdoor garden section

I came to shop for a Brunswick smoker after seeing the advertisement on your web site stating it was on roll back. Got to your store and was told no its not on roll back its still at full price. A bit dirty, shelves were disorganized and things tossed about in wrong isles, floors were dirty, the bathrooms had lots of toilet tissue and toilet covers all over the floor in almost every stall. Too bad people cant be more respectful to their shopping stores.

So glad we were able to pop in here to replenish groceries in the truck. While riding with my husband its always nice to take a break at Walmart to grab food and supplies, he dropped the trailer at the truck stop so we could bobtail over for an hour. Weve never seen a Walmart quite like this one and it took a bit to find what we needed...although the layout is a bit confusing, its clean and the employees we met were polite. This is an adequately stocked store that seems to meet the demands of the community.

Its always busy but I like to shop there when my kids birthday is coming. And if you need a taxi the best one to call is Pablo taxi they are family owned and operated. They are safe and polite drivers and the taxis are always clean inside and outside and have air conditioning. The number is 681-1130 they are always ready to pick up you and your stuff

Whatever you do, dont buy a car battery here! Well, I suspect its more a case of dont buy a battery at Wallmart in general, but particularly not here!the short story: The battery I bought failed in a month and despite them admitting it was defective I was unable to get a replacement despite three trips!*If* you get lucky you might save a few bucks, if not its WAY cheaper to get a NAPA or AAA battery than having to buy two Wallmart batteries.The long story:My battery failed suddenly last September within easy walking distance of this store, so I bought a 24F battery for what was to be fair, a pretty impressive price. It failed totally within a month, forcing me to buy a replacement (non Wallmart) battery since there wasnt one around where it failed. I also dont live near a store, so it was December until I went back to the store. Apparently they have a 90-day money-back warranty, but since it was 93 days before I got back they would only do a replacement, so after over an hour in line (because they only had one staffer out of three stations at the return desk) they said I had to wait until they charged and tested the battery before they would replace it and that could take hours. I dont live there so I have to stand around and wait, luckily the battery indicated bad after like 10 minutes (I did say it was bad after all) so they tell me to go get a replacement. Now, they could have easily checked stock during that time and saved me a trip to the other side of the store since they were out of those batteries!So, despite the fact I had to buy a battery because they sold me defective junk, made me wait around first from staffing, then because they didnt trust me, then a trip across the store and couldnt offer me a replacement, they still refused to refund my money because it was three days outside of policy! Not only that, they would not accept the battery and give me credit but I had to keep it and bring it back! That would be enough, but it gets worse! So I keep it, then go back in a month or so when they have a battery but want another $10 for the core charge and the manager who can make that right is out! Then I go back another couple months later (its not on my way anyplace, etc.) and they make me wait while they re-test it (yup, still bad) but then they want to pro-rate the battery, despite the fact I still have the receipt showing that it failed the test in December!Apparently Mall-Wart is more like it.
