Great place the employees are helpful and nice.

They don’t wear masks or at least didn’t when I went in, they also don’t seem to be enforcing social distancing or sanitizing after every customer. I called & had them come to my vehicle to help me because I didn’t feel safe going inside due to their lack of COVID protocols. I called to leave a complaint & they said the manager wasn’t there that I’d have to call back or leave a message, I decided to call back a handful of time & still never got him....not sure if they even have a manager or if he just chooses not to work but I couldn’t get ahold of him. Also their products seem to be overpriced & the customer service is average.

I just moved to chowchilla and I went to this feed store! I definitely wont be going to any other feed store! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The associates are what make that place amazing. They all need raises! Thank you guys for your amazing customer service !

The staff and employees are kind, warm, and helpful to everyone who walks into the store. Tony is awesome and does the best he can to make sure customer satisfaction is number one. Adrian always greets me with a big smile .The prices are very reasonable and items are high quality, they are always having tack and accessory sales, so thats a plus !!

My family and I really like the staff at valley feed, they are friendly and always helpful.

The owner Tony is an absolute gem!! Highly reccomend this place to get all our animal feed and tack!
