I would recommend go to fresno dodge jeep ram if you need service they actually pick up the phone and take care of you.

I would give 0 stars if possible & wish I read reviews prior to purchasing.I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in July. It was $34,000 online. I was put in contact with David who texted me & let me know the car would be ready to look at and test driveWhen I got there, they got the paperwork ready and it was listed under $35,000. I had to bring it up to my sales person, David who acted surprised & finally changed it. Then they charge me a couple hundred for some auto theft device I do not want but i wasnt able to decline that. Then the whole purchase process took about 5 hours. For what reason?!Whatever, fast forward to when I get home.My car AC was making an UGLY noise. I texted David the next day & no surprise, no reply. I called the dealer and they said bring it in, so I did. They checked for a leak etc & nothing was found. Okay cool.Fast forward another 2 weeks later, noise is back & now my AC isnt blowing cold air and making a worse noise. I called Gill yet again on a Saturday and some horrible worker told me they wouldnt do anything to help because they didnt profit off of my sale. Furious, Monday I took it to my own mechanic and they said it was a part under the dash that would be $1700 to fix. I called Gill and spoke to Ray and he was actually extremely helpful but i expected it to get fixed since I bought the car essentially with this problem. he told me bring it in again and theyd see what they could do but made no promise to fix it and basically said it was my problem.I fully believed they should pay for the repair as it was sold to me with this problem but thankfully the service dept was able to contact corporate and they fixed it independently of the dealer with a small deductible.And now, officially a month later my tires are BALD. Not even 1,000 miles on my car. 2 different tore shops said the tires needed to be replaced thousands of miles ago. Needed 4 new tires. Icing on top of the cake!Will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. Buyer beware.

Called to confirm pricing and options for a truck advertised online through their site. When we sat down to sign the contract they added $7k in additional options and “market value”. Complete waste of my morning and left feeling taken advantage of. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle and will never look at this dealer again purely out of principle.

Hi l was there at the dealership this morning labor day, to look at a used car. The sale person was very very professional but the managers were very very unprofessional, they dont even qualify for a star in my book, they gave us the run around, they wanted an outrageous down payment, one manager even told us l am going to make this happen for you but later they all wanted to give us a 28% interest rate, they shot gunned my credit to every damn bank out there all kinds of banks, are they out of their minds? Trying to take advantage of hard working people! I DO NOT RECOMEND GILL AUTOMOTIVE TO ANYONE! UNBELIEVABLE 😠

Facility unprepared for appointments, have been taking my car here against my better judgment for a problem that should have been solved during the other full day they had the vehicle in the shop. They do NOT provide loaner cars, you are at the risk of not having a car at all from either rental agencies they use. Don’t go here unless you not only have today to waste, but the next few as well.

Do not take your car here!!! We took our car here originally because the cars service light came on. We took it to another mechanic first and did a complete diagnostic and the print out he gave us stated there was a misfire on cylinder 4 and the engine might need replacement. We took it to Gills because we wanted to see if it was still under warranty. As soon as we took it there, we started to get a bad attitude from the Service Advisor Wendy Navarro. She needs to get fired because she made the whole process difficult and she never provided satisfactory service. The first time we took it there, we were told the issue was the Turbo Charger. We agreed to the repairs and they had it in there shop for a month. We kept calling to get the status and they kept telling us the Specialist Technician was in training or he kept calling into work so it took longer than expected. The day after we got the car back the service light came on and my mother was left on the side of the freeway when the car completely shut off on her. We called Gills and they stated they fixed the issue and if it was anything else, we would have to pay to get it towed to their shop. We towed it to their shop and they decided to do another diagnostic on the vehicle and come to find out it was a misfire on cylinder 4. We kept telling Windy Navarro what the issue was but she kept defending her so-called Specialist Technician who got fired for some reason when we brought back the car. We decided on the repairs again and a month passed and again the service was slow. Every time we called Windy Navarro to get a status update, she kept putting us on hold for 15 minutes or longer, she gave us a bad attitude, she would never answer complete questions. She made the whole experience completely miserable which we will probably never get another Buick because of her. 60 days passed and we finely got the car back, it was completely dirty and the drunk wouldn’t open so again we took it back so they could fix the blown fuse. Completely unprofessional workers here. Lack of customer service and poor attitudes to customers.

Also asked for a loaner and all they say is they will call me later but never get back to doing it, I have to constantly call just to keep myself updated. have been walking to work or paying uber and Lyft and still no news on a loaner or any support on what happened to my 2017 Jeep. This comment is pertaining to my second visit here. I went for just a recall but i ended up talking to a sales rep David Hernandez. We looked at different cars and i decided for a jeep wrangler rubicon. After trading in my two jeeps and purchasing a newer jeep sales rep David agreed to throw in the all weather mats as well as getting me the extra key. The following week i returned for the cilajet. David approached me with the spare key. But in regards to the mats i was promised they weren’t provided. He instead stated the previous owner to my jeep could provide those mats. That was not the agreement we had made. The agreement was they’d provide new all weather mats. David is a non-caring person. As soon as he got the trade in /sale he showed no further interest. I asked to talk to the sales manager Frank about some issues i had noticed with the jeep. I told him there was a rock chip on the front window and other chips on the fenders and i asked for them to fix the rock chip and repaint the fenders to which he refused and said i bought a used car not new. Instead of trying to help me or offer me something for all the inconveniences. He talked down to me like I was stupid and dumb. Why be a manager if you don’t care about your customers or helping them. This company has no professionalism and no value for their customers. Don’t trust Gill Auto Group Madera, they don’t keep their promises and they don’t care about you. All they do is lie to your face and act different once the money is in their hands. They are a rude and arrogant. Never buying a car from them again and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Take your money where they will treat you right.

Very good experienceBought a new Ram 1500 Tradesman last weekend from them and it was a very good experience overall. The salesman, Jim Hamby, was top notch, not a bit of pressure, easygoing, and efficient. They had the best price I could find within the region, and worked to set up the financing exactly as we wanted. None of the silly games that weve endured at other dealers over the years of I need to go speak to my manager, Heres a special price from the manager, Give us ______amount more and we will get you a better price/rate/____.My only complaint would be that they were very busy that day and so the process was slow.

I was supposed to buy a car at this dealer, I setup a deposit but had to wait til I got off work that day so that I could book a flight to fresno and go pick it up a couple days later.(i live almost 400 mi. from the dealer) I before I could book the flight (only a couple hours after the deposit) they send me a text. NOT A PHONE CALL to say that they just sold the car. Financing was already arranged and it would have been a quick and easy transaction but instead they chose to sell it out from under me. VERY DISAPPOINTED! But not as much as my wife, as the car was supposed to be a gift for her.Edit: As opposed to the dealers statement that they waited over a week for proof of travel arrangements, I called to put a deposit on the vehicle and have the dealer hold it for me, later that same day they sold the vehicle. I had not even had a chance to get home from work to book travel arrangements before they sold it. If they had sold it before i put the deposit, it wouldnt have been a big deal. But since I had given them payment information I supposed that they would have held it long enough for me to book a flight. After all not everyone has a computer in front of them or the time at work to be able to conduct such business.

Worst experience ever with a car dealership. We called about a pickup they had advertised. Said they still had it. We drove 45 minutes to get there, then we were informed they sold it the night before and tried to sell us a new truck. Wouldnt trust this group for anything. Had a bad experience taking my car in for service. My car recently got a recall we set up and appointment to get it fixed they told me they had the part in stock. I missed work to take in the car just for them to tell they didn’t have the part in stock they took apart the dashboard and other parts. 5 hours later I call back just for them to tell me they tried calling me back which never happened. I wanted to speak to the manager they told me he was busy and to call back in 2 hours. I callled back and he didn’t answer. Later he called me back and he told me he was going to fix the issue and till this day he hasn’t. I called again to set up and appointment because I thought they were going to call me. They told me they had another part in stock but it belong to a customer that was waiting they told me I could get that part but I didn’t want to take another persons part. The lady replied by shouting “Really!!!” I was not expecting that response. I called the manager again just for him to tell me he had other the part and he was going to talk to he’s staff about lieing to customers. He told me when I go he was going to hook me up but honestly I don’t want to go back because at this point I don’t trust them with my car at all. Thanks for the services in the past but I’m not going back thanks.

In my family we have purchased a number of new cars and after the purchase, I always ended up with a sense or feeling of having been screwed up. So I always had the belief that all new car dealers were the same - out to get the upper hand over the consumer. However this time when I purchased my new Ram truck, I did not feel the same way. I dont know why but some reasons might have been Mr Aguilars knowledge, concern, friendliness and professionalism that made my wife and I very comfortable when we finally drove the truck home. I am very happy with the truck and you can bet that if we in the future decide to replace our family car you will be the first dealer to visit.Again I love the truck and hope that it will last for many, many years to come.ThanksGregorio FragaPS. Just bought a car from here and barely drove it off. Test drive the car beforehand and it seem fine, but gas gauge suddenly went near empty when we left the lot after completing the purchase. So pumped full tank into it. Gas gauge still reads almost empty. Salesperson already sold us a bad quality car. Dealership says not their responsibility no more since we drove it off the lot already. Their recommendation is to take it to the car manufacturer. Seems that they already knew this was an existing issue but didnt bother to get it fix.
