Took my FR-S in to replace the nose and right inner fender well. Silva’s went above and beyond. Gabriel is hands down the best painter in Madera and Randy is so kind. Staff unbelievably friendly. This is the second time I have brought my little pumpkin into Silva’s, first time for a bumper fix and paint, and I have never been disappointed. Anyone that says otherwise is probably the type of person that complains when they win the lottery lol. Thank you so much Silva’s! You guys are great!!!

2 weeks into having front end repair, car emblem fell off. I had to re purchase part for 110.00. Cheap parts used and do not install correctly. Bare minimum. After accident ac is so loud, sounds like its going break. They forgot to first recharge it then had to waste time to go back again then they made it sound so noisy and they claim they don’t hear anything. Absurd. If they don’t know to fix something, they should recommend going to real professionals instead of pretending. After accident many things not replenished how they were before, good luck trying to work with them. They’re good at taking your money and the insurances money but not to replenish vehicle how it was before accident. Never coming here again or recommending to anyone for repairs.

We needed Silvas to repair our 1997 suburban, and they did so beautifully. The customer service was exceptional. Mike and Randy answered all my questions in detail every time I called or walked in to check on progress. The quality of the work was really too-notch. I recommend them to all.

My husband went in to SILVAS Auto Body Shop this morning to get a quote on some front bumper body work and the main receptionist/secretary was extremely rude and told my husband that there was no point in her giving him a quote since he was going through our insurance. She was making it very difficult to get a straight answer and she made my husband upset so he just left. We have went to this place before and never had the trouble. Don’t understand what changed? Will not be going back though that is for sure!

I went to this place to ask for a estimate for my car that got in a hit and run and first off the lady in front was rude at her job and the estimate was about $2,000 to fix it is what they said cause they would have to get a new bumper for it so I went to another repair shop in Madera and they looked at it and said $800 to fix it and dont need to get a new bumper and were very kind about it so I dont know why they needed to get a new bumper when now my car looks like nothing happened and new. Just Giving people Out here second choices to think of! Yeah theyre good but they get more money off you! Just saying people of Madera lol

Chose to go in to get an estimate at this place just because my father used to go here & he knew the owner. The first lady I talked to was nice but the second lady was the one doing the estimate. She didnt know what to look for on the car itself damage wise, after the estimate she was being somewhat more rude & she just typed in everything in the damage area weather it needed to be replaced or not. I also had an aftermarket part I previously bought that they refused to put on & were trying to force me to buy an oem. So I thanked them for the estimate & went to someone who charged me over $200 less & had no problem putting on the aftermarket. If youre not doing an insurance fix, I recommend somewhere else.
