I was so happy with the service provided by the staff who were so pleasant and accommodating. To our adviser Mr. Johnni who was very professional in handling the repair of my car. He was giving me a phone in update aside from the text messages. This is the first time I didnt have to worry about my car repair. I will definitely recommend their shop to friends and co-workers who are in need of repair services.

This place is great the workers here are amazing they kept me up to date while they worked on my car. They replaced a door and painted it. It came out look brand new again and I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend them they are very professional and do very good work.

I had my truck fixed here. Great customer service and very pleasant people in the front office. As far as the quality of the work time will tell but even then you can still see the dent from my rear end collision, it looks better but its visible. Anyhow I could really care less about writing a review Im sure its important from a business perspective. I think its important to remember that you guys provide a service and should not hound people to write a review for you. At the end of the day Johnni my service advisor was awesome, timely, and polite so I would come back but to whoever is hunting for them reviews please tone it down.

We were in a small accident and filed a claim with our insurance. They sent us to Caliber Collision to have our van repaired. Johnni Pimentel was our service advisor. He worked with our time schedule and had our van finished in around 3 days. He kept in constant contact with me the entire time. Our van looks amazing. They washed the van and buffed out our headlights. They even cleaned the van inside. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Had some body and paint work done to my car they told me they would push for it to be done on the 3rd day and got it done. When I picked up my car they were Honest and told me about an shop accident that involved my car but took care of it and fixed it at there cost and for that they have my respect. Took car in for repair and left with more damage. Workers made four paint chips in drivers door. Chips were down to metal. Manager said would call later to fix. We will see. :(

First of all let me say that I dont normally post a review, that being said I felt it necessary to do so. My wife was hit by another driver (their fault), we did not want to turn the repairs into our insurance. We did not totally understand the process involved with dealing with the other persons insurance. We reached out to Caliber Collision in Madera and made an appointment to take our Mini-Van in to begin the process to get it repaired.We met with Jerry Gutierrez (General Manager) and Johnni Pimentel (Service Advisor), both were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. They spent the time to go over the repairs needed as well as explaining the process of dealing with the insurance company.They took the Bull by the horns figuratively, Johnni kept us updated through-out the entire process and expedited the repairs for us so we didnt have to get a rental vehicle.We just picked up our vehicle today, the fit and finish of the repairs is outstanding. OK, Let me start off by acknowledging ANDRES and CECE for their proffessional, calm, polite, inviting presence to the Madera Caliber Collison Facility during these unprecedented times. They handled everything very safe, carefully and swift. Andres was upfront and did everything to his professional knowledge to help and answer my questions and concerns. These guys are very professional which I appreciate. Unfortunately I’ve had to go see them on several occasions ( I keep getting rear ended). The quality of work is outstanding, when your car rolls out when their done it looks as good as new. I highly recommend their service!

I have had 2 cars repaired by them. They are fast and work off of commission which I think is the problem. My first vehicle I had to bring back 3 times for finish quality. There was drip marks in the paint, second time there were swirl marks all over and then while fixing the swirl marks they burnt through the paint while buffing and had repaint it again. The 3rd time I had to bring back because of over spray on the trunk and window. After that I took my vehicle home and actually took a good look at the car, there was over spray on my entire vehicle. At this point I was fed up and just buffed the rest of the vehicle myself. To give them a second chance I brought my second vehicle there for some minor front end damage. Given this car was much older I was not as picky about the quality of work but cmon. Again the buffing on the new paint is horrible, they did not even try and blend the paint on all surrounding surfaces of the new parts, Only one section. This place has a Quality Assurance problem and are all about quantity not quality. Will never take a vehicle there again.

The people here are very friendly and they make it easy to do business with them. They always do a top notch job. I love that I dont have to drive to Fresno to have my car repaired, and that they have a rental car business sharing the lobby.

Every time we have an insurance claim me Centerview close to caliber they keep us posted the whole time and if theres a problem that needs fixing the next days Ill be happy to fix it because their work is a hundred percent guaranteed. The staff is friendly and they do their work very promptly.

Over priced, no one likes to have car trouble and then go into a place whos only intention is to over charge you for every single thing. They over charge the insurance as well. I dont recommend this place, they dont care much for the client .
