The lady help me with my special order for wedding rings.

Austin was our salesman for my new wedding ring. My other one was shredded to pieces in a motorcycle accident. 😭 However, Austin made our buying experience very pleasant and fun! He had a lot of knowledge and definitely entertained our silly personalities! 😁 I asked for a night to think about it, and he did not make me feel pressured at all! My new ring is getting sized now!!!! YAYYYY!

Not impressed, I took my engagement ring in to be serviced because a couple of stones had fallen out within a month and a half of having it. I inquired on having it sized and was told that there would not be a cost. 4 weeks later I received a call from a service rep who sounded confused about my order and said that my ring was still needing to be sent out. It came in a week later but I was charged for the sizing, regardless of being told otherwise. Zales has lost our business moving forward, we will be doing business with a different jeweler for our wedding rings and for all other gifts.

Came in to find an inexpensive but nice Morganite ring for my significant other. A sweet lady named Chris helped us find what we needed. We were glad she was patient because our little one was being a little fussy. We found a great ring and had it sent off to be resized. They said the ring would be back by 8/4/18 and we got it back 7/25/18. We were very pleased. The ring looked even better than before and it fit perfectly. John, the manager helped us this time and he was very nice and helpful. We greatly appreciate y’all for all your help and for such a nice item.

Had exactly what I needed. Dont forget that layaway is free and cost zero extra interest. They wont make a commission for a layaway but you will save money and be able to pay as you go.
