Sunday, 3/14/2021-I have never experienced such poor customer service (from the tech (the black one), not the actual pharmacist. ) Im standing in line waiting until their lunch is over, as literally slammed the gate in my mothers face in the middle of filling a prescription in which she was erroneous in in the first place. We all have bad days; however if your bad day causes you to lose all competence, then maybe you should pursue another career choice. Horrible, would not recommend.
My prescription was meant to be ready for pickup at 5pm. I came in at 545pm and they told me it was not ready but they know Im here. 15 minutes later I get into line and ask again. Not ready. Says it will be ready in 10 minutes. Now Im currently in line again, another 15 minutes later. This, in addition to the fact that I am now realizing walmart pharmacy charges the most for my particular medicine will ensure I will not be returning and certainly not be recommending this pharmacy to anyone else.Also, in case this was not bad enough, I got several eye rolls from pharmacists behind the counter on my returns to the desks. Looking for a friendly service? This is not your place.
Called to get a refill and the lady was like you need to wait and hung up on me like really who dose this think she said her name was Sharonda. Over this think I’ll go some were else now since this isn’t the first time this has happened even the pharmacist is rude.

Pharmacy associates have the worst attitude. I ignored it the first 2 times that I filled my prescription here, mind you I come monthly. I requested a refill today and dread going tomorrow. Once my refills are done Ill be changing my pharmacy
