Owner/manager is super nice and sales associate Jacque really knows her stuff! They properly sized me after I had had a terrible experience at Nordstroms lingerie department. Bought two bras at Soma and I am very pleased with their customer service and knowledge. Will go back there again soon!!!

Unable to handle a return from a different store.

I love this place! Ive been coming here for the last four years and I always get the best customer service. Sara makes you feel very welcomed and gives you a personalized customer experience. The quality of the clothing is exceptional. They are great about layering coupons and special promotions for the best deal possible. Because of the customer service I have gotten from Sara, I cannot recommend this store more!

Sara is the best. She makes shopping for my wife easy. I feel comfortable with my daughter going there knowing that shes going to be taken care of.

I used to go to VS for bras and then I discovered this place. I love the quality and selections. They carry more than the average sizes and have various styles to meet your needs. The sales staff is extemely nice and professional. Offering assistance, sizing and recommendations based on your questions.

I recommend their vanishing line collection, though I would wait to catch a sale, because its pretty spendy.

On par with VS in terms of price for undergarments, but Id argue higher quality. The backless collection is just fabulous, always leaving your back smooth rather than not. Friendly staff, great variety, need more sales.

Has been my favorite place to shop for bras but I cannot go in the store. It is so toxically overwhelmingly perfumed I cannot spend more than 90 seconds on the store. Yuck. Not good for migraines.

I was referred to Soma by a friend who is a loyal buyer of Soma bras. So, I went to this store yesterday to exchange a bra that didnt fit well and I could not believe the way I was treated. I was provided a few bras to try on but was NEVER checked on while I was in the dressing room. This is the type of service I would expect when going into this store. When I poked my head out because I needed a different size, the girl that was helping me had forgotten that she was working with me and admitted to forgetting. I was ignored the majority of the time. I am so unhappy with my experience at this store.

1 - High quality of lingerie. (The minimizer bra I bought in July 2017 finally needed to be replaced in Mar 2019. I wore it often and was impressed with wearability, it hadnt stretched out or frayed. The material was soft and wore very well. It wouldnt have needed to be replaced except that one of the underwires finally broke). I ended up buying two more bras just like it today. 2 - Knowledgeable and helpful staff who find the best deals for their customers. I ended up buying 2 bras, 2 pj bottoms (on sale), got good deal on everything and a free pair of panties. Appreciated the good service!

They may carry all the sizes they claim they do, but they dont have very many different designs. And a lot of them you have to buy online! I wouldnt have taken the time to visit the store if I wanted to buy online! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

So, I am not sure if you guys work on commission or if you guys just thought I had the look of a shop lifter but I really did not appreciate the weird hounding I got when I came in. I just kinda wanted to see what you guys had out and you kept badgering me it really made me want to leave.
