This woman was the best person to get a dress from. The first dress she picked out turned out to be the best one. The price was very reasonable and I was very happily surprised.

Called the shop to see if they were open, the owner answered and had left and came all the way back to let us in and shop! She was very sweet and outgoing! Once we got there and got in there, I felt stressed out and very rushed :( but she did come in when she didn’t have to, it just wasn’t a relaxing bridal experience for me and my mom personally.

After a bad experience at a different bridal store, this was an awesome experience. She treated us like treasured guests. She asked questions to get to know all of us, stayed in the brides budget, and was super helpful getting the bride in many dresses and styles. She found a gorgeous stunner. We had a blast and my bff will look amazing on her wedding day. One tip though, put extra money in the parking meter. My friend and I both got tickets because we were 15 minutes over. But we spent that time being thrilled for the bride finding her dream dress.

I called Carries in Macon to ask about a VIP. Shawna told me no they haven’t started doing those yet in Macon but if I were interested in doing it, she could do it for me. Not to mention that she went out of her way to text me and send me pictures and prices before going in for an appointment. We go in today 1/17/2021 around 5. Shawna had some already picked out for me. I tried on several dresses with different belts and lace jackets. I found the one and had many of smile and giggles! Shawna really went above and beyond for me and for me to have the best experience EVER! I highly recommend Shawna with Carries Bridal! ❤️❤️

The BEST Bridal experience EVER!! It was my first bridal shop I went too.At the very beginning of my appointment I felt very welcome and comfortable. My two stylist did a great job catering to me and helping me find my dream dress. The first dress was the ONE! But they insisted that I tried on others I guess for fun. The prices was very affordable, I didn’t go over my budget. The dress, veil, & accessories were all under my budget!! I recommend this bridal boutique!

On February 15, 2020, my fiancé and I visited this store and we were treated with the utmost disrespect. Not only were we not greeted when we entered the store, the young lady that approached us gave us a look as if we did not belong there. She also showed no concern regarding assisting us. I am a business owner in Macon, GA and I never imagined being treated in a manner such as this. This matter should be addressed by higher management and it concerns me that people of an ethnic background are not treated equally in stores like this. Regardless of a persons ethnicity, human beings should not feel uncomfortable in public places. It is humiliating, disgraceful, disrespectful, and disgusting. I will not only make this known by word of mouth, I also challenge all who have been treated like this by this company, to come forth and expose them as the racially unjust company that they are. It is disheartening for this to be taking place in a city that is being revitalized. Please share this review with everyone that you know. We have to make a stand and let everyone know that this will not be tolerated. We will take our business elsewhere and it is our hope that others who choose not to be racially profiled do the same.

Not only was the gown selection of high quality, affordable, and absolutely beautiful, but the prices were astoundingly affordable! My consultant was helpful without being pushy and needless to say I found my dress! This place was amazing ! I had been to 5 places before carries bridal in Macon ! I walked in and told Morgan what I was looking for and we pulled dresses and off we went to try them on! I really dont know where to start! My wedding is two weeks away and I was so unhappy with the dress I purchased from another chain. I called Carries and Morgan was an angel! She sent a picture of the dress and checked for my size and budget amount before I made the drive (almost an hour). When I came in she was waiting for me. The. Dress. Is. Perfect.
