Bought a Alternator form them it went out coast me 95.00 for a tow to the shop and 428.00 for repairs and that was with a nother alternator and my truck runs fine now and they wont warranty thier alternator says its good I will never deal with them again and if any off you all do your crazy

The first customer service employee who helped me yelled out cursings each time he walked into another room. I dont think he knew I could hear him. I very much felt like I was a bother rather than a customer. The second representative who helped me was much nicer, but he proceeded to make fun of someone who called the store earlier asking whether they buy back batteries (like Franklin Battery used to do). The caller was me. Ultimately, the poor customer service is why I chose not to purchase my battery from them. I miss Franklin Battery. Also, it is quite dangerous right now when leaving the business because of the steep incline turning onto the busy highway in a construction zone.
Great place to visit for alternators (they also rebuild them), starters, batteries as well as battery chargers and tenders. Locally owned, friendly fair people to do business with. Located with good access to Warner Robins and Macon. Just minutes from Interstate 75 or 475 access.

Mine was not working right and i dont even want to go into detail on the ordeal that ensued trying to get the replacement alternator. i guess there inexpensive for a reason. u get what u pay for. ps. ther doing business as discount starter and alternator. unfortunate customer service satisfaction.

A company named Crank N Charge, who sold me a starter for my Mecury Optimax, after using it for about 2 days, will NOT warranty the starter. Mercury Techs said it was a bad starter that did not dis-engage and therefore was damaged. Crank N Charge says it was my fault....and that I am simply to buy another one from them as the ONLY option--instead of either replacing it to me or refunding me the original cost.I would NEVER ever recommend this company. Please share this to save anyone and everyone the cost of doing business with this outfit. Thanks...as this is now on Face Book, Walleye Central and In-Depth Outdoors websites. My fault??
