Fast service with no issues with my repair. The rental car provided was much better then the one offered to me at the initial shop I went to. Im not sure if thats their fault because I think both shops were contracted through GEICO and use Enterprise Rentals. The staff was very friendly.

My insurance unfortunately totalled my car, but Steve kept me updated the whole way. He broke down the cost in an itemized manner, and was super informative. Sad about my car, but happy with Caliber!

They have had my car for over two months. They do not give updates and everyone there give you the runaround about when the car will be ready. I will never recommend them if I could give them a zero I would.

I just recently had my Sonic repaired here, i was very pleased with my experience. They kept me very informed, they were very upfront about the repair process. Ihighly t recommend this-place to anyone that needs repair work. The receptionist Caitlin was very kind and updated me regularly about my service. The service guy Steve was friendly, and he saw to it that my car was washed, aligned, and clean before I received it back.

My car was in a wreck while traveling through Macon coming from Jacksonville. Not being from the area and having heard good things about Caliber before, I had the car taken here. Turn around was quick for the amount of damage and the car looks better than it did before the accident. Id definitely recommend taking your vehicle here!

Excellent Service!! From the moment I walked in, I received excellent customer service. The Manager, Brandon Hulon, was polite and professional. I was well informed throughout the entire repair process. They even helped with rental car arrangements and dealt with the insurance company. You couldn’t tell my car had been in an accident when the repairs were finished. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I came by this shop to get an estimate last week on my Honda. They seemed very busy and I didnt have an appointment but they still made time to help me. When I get repairs I will definitely be using them. If anyone needs body work I would definitely recommend this place again and again!!!

Did a nice job

Went here to get my right headlight replaced after I hit a deer. Part of the plastic accent pieces needed replaced and front fender needed painted. My car paint has glitter accents in it, and when I picked my car up it didnt look exactly the same. Also, there where tiny bumps and bubbles in the paint and when I asked them why, they said because you have pitting from rock hits. 😑 Come on with the lies, if that was the case then why wasnt the other side pitted and bumpy? Also had small NEW scratches from them, and they had to take it back and buff out the scratches. Wasnt happy about all the negative, but on a positive note, my headlight was properly installed and lined up perfectly with the other one.

I had never heard of/even noticed this business until my husband was rear-ended and we had to use them to get an estimate.I dont expect perfection; I simply expect someone to do their best at their job. No more, no less.The customer service, the work provided, and the overall experience working with these guys was beyond what we expected. They are the definition of amazing customer service.They are trustworthy and actually do a really good job. Joanna is very pleasant but far as stealing my vehicle has hidden compartments Ioved and out my Xfinity cable return to the business in there and also my battery box all that was stolen I mean like really for that I have zero policy on that 😡

We took my car to have it repaired after an accident. It took them OVER A MONTH to complete the work. First they had to order a part. Then they had to order another part. Then they had to order a special tool to put on the second part. FINALLY, when I got my car back, they returned it with the right front brake pad missing. AND, they had not returned the special tool kit that removes my tires so we had to go get that from them so that we could have the brake repaired. What if I had discovered this when I was on the side of the road with a flat tire? NEVER again will I use them. They are irresponsible and dangerously incompetent.

I like to thank Caliber Collision for stepping up to the plate when it comes to customer service and making things right. A+

I had to take my car back multiple times because there were portions that were not painted or the paint color did not match. I would not bring my car here again, even though they did try to make it right.

They did a great job quickly and they guaranty there work for as long as you own your vehicle.

Estimate way too high!

Cant even fit the bumper properly and color wont match... dont waste ur time n find different shop!

Went there today to get a quote an hour before they closed. First worker told me I had to wait for the one person there to give me a quote. After waiting she said I had to come back and set up an appointment just to get a quote.

I ask them to fix a 3inch Scratch this clowns paint everything but what I ask them to then tore up the motor in my side view mirrors . They had paint all over my passenger side windows. Stay away from this company go to the dealer ship to get rip off.
