Installed a refrigerator. They arrived on time. They were very meticulous, and they took their time. They took every precaution to protect my kitchen, floor and appliance. They double checked the water line for me. They tested the water dispenser. They leveled it. Really great service.
Had a wonderful experience with this company. Installers were timely, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to through this process was friendly and helpful. They did a great job installing my sub zero fridge and Wolf range. Couldn’t be happier with Ebel’s Installation! Thank you again!
We will never use this company again. The installer was rude and condescending. It was such a bad experience, I called the manager to explain what happened. As a business owner, I would want the same respect of knowing how my company was being represented. Unfortunately, I was told that it was a he said she said situation and since she wasnt there it is hard to hold her employee accountable. As a manager of people myself, I find that response to be absurd. I even told her that I had other contractors here that witnessed the interaction. I will choose to spend my money with a company that respects and appreciates their customers.
Ebels was extremely professional and the scheduler, Marge, went above and beyond to accommodate my special circumstance. I highly recommend this company.

Ebels was very easy to work with. I had a scheduled install date but when there was a cancellation, they called me right away. Then their install person was on the way, but my delivery driver was running behind. Ebels stayed in patient communication with me and when my appliance was finally delivered HOURS later, the install team was there within minutes to install. Very knowledgeable and polite installers.
Adam and Brandon got there early and installed my stove and dishwasher but didnt put the trim around the dishwasher. Adam didnt mention to me that the trim wouldnt fit and he took them from my house.I had to drive 16 miles to their office to get the trim pieces back because they refused to return them. I thought that was so unprofessional and I wont ever use them again.

After 3 companies were unable to install our new dishwasher, because there was a lazysusan in the way, and there was no floor under the old dishwasher, an EBEL tech came yesterday, analyzed the situation, outlined a solution, which we accepted,. He came today and implemented his solution. Horray!!! I now have a dishwasher, installed, and working. Thank you so much for doing what others could not do.
They came to install a dishwasher that I bought from Snow Brothers. They were on time for the delivery. They didn’t check it for leaks. I left town for the rest of the week. When I returned and ran it for the first time, it leaked all in my cabinet.I called to arrange the repair. They called in the morning and gave a three hour window and were late. The technician just made the problem worse. All of the drain plumbing in the cabinet now leaked. So now I couldn’t use the sink. He couldn’t fix it so he left. I told him that I needed them to be back first thing the next day.They called me the next morning to arrange the third visit. They said that they couldn’t get here until the afternoon. They gave a three hour window and were more than an hour late. The problem was finally fixed.This was the worst incounter that I have had with an installation contractor. The technicians were nice and courteous. The company’s willingness to deal with the problem quickly was a HUGE problem.
I had them pull my dishwasher and reinstall it at my daughters home after removing hers. We had bought a different color. Mine was quieter, newer and the right color for her. Ebel reps were quick and there were absolutely no issues. We are going to do the same with our range and I will be calling them Monday.
I would not waste my time with this company. They installed a downdraft vent for us and they did not install it correctly. We had to reinstall it ourselves following the installation instructions that was still unopened and taped to the unit. Then when I asked the manager for a refund for the installation they would not return our calls or respond to any of my emails even after we provided the information that they requested that proved that the installation was done wrong.
Excellent Service. The two service guys that installed my refrigerator were great. There was a small issue with the hinges, and they came back out and fixed it without a problem. I will definitely do business with them again.

Installers damaged my Miele unit when they installed it. Owner called manufacturer to fix and replace the part. They did not wear masks either.
Ken & Kyle were fantastic, they did the install and made sure we knew all about out new appliance. Bravo!
Hired Ebels to install our new kitchen. It was a long day but Ken was very thorough. Unfortunately, there were issues with our hood and cold air leaking into the house. Tough to tell if it was an installation issue, a manufacture/design issue, or a combination of the both. Jim, the owner at Ebels stepped up to the plate, and rectified the situation with new dampers that he acquired from the manufacturer that he then had custom modified to fit our situation. Kudos to Jim and the team at Ebels for taking care of their customer. Well done.
Terrible customer service. One tech gave us a quote on an install, it was accepted, no one showed up!!! Then we were informed quite rudely that they couldnt do it!! I have been without a stovetop for 3 weeks now! SMH!!! Absolutely DONT waste your time in this company!
Was recommended to them...mistake. Made appointment. On day of appt. I was told they dont give them and I was misinformed. Was then given 3hr window. Two hrs into window, told window was moved back a few hrs. I was having party that night, and I had no dishwasher. I was told they could come out a few days later....how does that help? No apology from owner. Situation not corrected by company. Bad service, inconsiderate secretary. Now I have no dishwasher. Thank you Ebels.
