I was mortified when I realized I had missed our appointment (with all the craziness of packing, selling the house, etc) but she was so kind, helpful and understanding. She is truly an asset to your company.

I started renting in June and now everything I have is ruined by rats. The manager just brushed it off like an innocent mouse but no it’s rats and mice. He was not concerned at all. This place is poorly managed. The insurance is a joke with $500 coverage and $100 deductible when thousands of dollars of damage is caused. I see I’m not the only one. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company

RUN NOW!! Rats destroyed all of my furniture and the insurance that they carry is a joke. Only gave me $400 but I lost everything. My bed frame, mattress, dressers, pillows, etc. Over 3,000 dollars worth of stuff. The woman who works in the office was very nice but the manager seemed very unconcerned. Rat droppings everywhere.. just run!!!!

You have to drive over there 4 or 5 times a month just to pay our bill cause there is never no one on site always a note on the door be back by this time .time who has time to sit and wait on them to do there job and omg our first storage building is half the price of 2 nd one the same size we were moving and had no time to scroll like I had prior that week getting the frist one. Come to need another one later on in the week they charged us double because we just walk in needing one we already had on and a contact why you gonna charge double for one same size rite beside each other that is not rite

My experience was just amazing at this location. Montavious, took his time to explain over all the details for all of my storage options. He made the process so smooth and was so pleasant during my rental process. He gives top tier service. I would highly recommend.

Rats have destroyed my furnitureRat droppings and urine smell on everything I tried to keep. I have been a customer for 5 years, thru name change, price increase and horrible empathy for customer concerns. Yes I will file a claim but I cant replace my memoirs and antique furniture set . These units are not moisture proof or sealed. In its are not secure to the ceiling. Open ceiling allow rats to go from unit to unit. I hate it here.

Their always clean & if you need something they get it done right away. My light bulb was out so they put in a substitute maybe 60watt or something they only use LED in told me to remind them next visit, so I did the office manager at the time stopped everything even tho I told him it wasnt no rush or biggie but he insisted that he replaced with the correct light bulb with a smile in did I need help with anything else.

My experience with Teri and Kristin was great. They were both sweet and kept a smile on my face. Got me in and out very quickly.

Units are what youd expect. Never had any problems. Havent really seen the staff so dont have any comments there.

Terrie was awesome checking me into to my unit. The process was smooth and straightforward. Couldnt have asked for better service!

My assigned storage unit was locked upon my arrival on Sunday. The facility was closed and no one could remove the lock. I contacted customer service who provided me w/ an alternative unit as I was dealing with a family loss and moving at the same time. I want to just add that the customer service representative for Life Storage were very professional and assisted me in my time of need. If you ever need to secure your personal items this the place to go. Thank you Life Storage Team!!!

Keisha was AWESOME. She took me to the different units, as well as let me know the security of the property. Advised me of the best locks to use and what to use to get rid of the moisture in the unit. I found Keisha to be very informative, and because of her I came and bought another unit.

Ive leased here for many years at least 7 I condensed 2 units into one 10x15 about 2years ago. When I moved in to that unit it had a hole in the wall and I was told it would be fixed, you could reach into the next unit, I left a spare key and after a year of calling and getting nowhere I finally took my key back it was never fixed. When I went to remove my items 2 months ago I found my unit was infested with rats and feces on everything! After speaking with the manager shaketa about both the hole Im the unit and the rats all she did was apologize. She made no concession for either! I had to file a claim on the damages of over 2799 in damages I only received 400 dollars because vermen damage is limited to 500 dollars minus 100 deductable. The manager is very indifferent and seems to have no concern about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this location. Im including pictures. I had to get rid of over half of my belongings due to damages

This is my second time utilizing Uncle Bobs self storage, and I love it.Tameka gave excellent service from beginning to end. There wasnt a question she wasnt capable of answering. She made sure that I understood everything. She showed me how to open the gate and how to open and lock my storage. She is even gave me a little discount that I was grateful for. The storage was clean and is well hidden from outside traffic.FYI Tameka is amazing, she takes customer service to the max!

Did a online reservation was quick and easy. Got a call the following day about their free truck rental only downfall you had to go to another location to pick it up. Spoke with Temeka(Manager on Duty) whom was a excellent help for all the questions and concerns I had.. The overall process was quick right to the point and still within my price range, great place will always recommend/will always be my 1st choice

Shaketa and Casey were very helpful and friendly. Everything is really clean and it was easy to get around in the facility. Only complaint is that they need a sign from the main road. It was hard to find this location.

During this time, Temeka (Store Manager) has communicated payment due dates and other charges in a timely manner, which allowed me time to work through financial challenges and retain my precious belongings. This place is nicely tucked/hidden in Mableton, Ga. a bit frustrating to locate HOWEVER, Brandon made the frustration go away immediately. His service was impeccable. The area was nicely maitained, smelled fresh and was well stocked. Brandon walked me to the rental unit, made sure I knew how to lock, unlock, enter and exit the property. Brandon was very pleasant and patient. Glad I found Life Storage. Great experience!
