Not what I expected in a VERY GOOD WAY... The representative Donna was so pleasant to work with. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. To think I almost didnt stop to secure a unit here. Between the customer service and the clean well kept location I am so glad I did. Highly recommend and I dont usually leave reviews.

If I could give them less I would. They make unauthorized transactions to your card if you aren’t careful. My stuff was sent to auction in December. Today they took $478 out of my account without my permission!!! From a government account that my social security goes on.

Nice clean and safe place to store things. I have used this place more than once.

Units very dusty, cement dust. Drive ways between units make it hard to unload a moving truck as they are not level. Found nails up and down driveways also!

Awesome place to store yo junk!!

They are replacing the doors on the units, which involve them cutting off the tenant locks and replacing them with doors with integral locks. They took it upon themselves to do this with no notice and destroyed a $80 lock of mine. In the process they rendered my unit inaccessible due to them not sending keys for the new locks out. You cant get a human on the phone, and you cant get someone with access to the keys to meet you to let you into your unit. What a disorganized operation. I am very displeased with the service and would caution people to steer well clear.
