The person that helped me was so helpful everyone else told me I had to reset phone and lose all information she took her time to make sure that didnt happen and open my screen back from talkback mode hiding screen at this point this is the only store I will attend for boost Mobile

The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about the phones and helped me with my choice for a new phone. Also helped me with understanding some of the operation of it. She answered all my questions well.

Unprofessional. We showed up during operational hours. The “open” sign was up. After standing briefly, waiting for our turn, we were asked if we were trying to pay for a bill. We answered “no”. This is what’s crazy. Well...apparently, the young lady that works there, says it’s her lunchtime. Basically she’s not helping anymore people. Would’ve been nice if the doors were locked and the sign was off. It would have made better sense. No customers would waste their steps walking in. We understand that people got to eat but the tone and the deliver of that was unacceptable and uncalled for. Do not stop by this location if there is a hangry on the clock. Better yet, if there’s one person working, don’t post such and such as operating hours when y’all ain’t even operating.

Horrible customer service!!!!! My problem wasnt fixed at all, continued having the same issue days after, even after it was updated. I decided to try another location and they had absolutely no issue with giving me a new phone, even though I didnt get it from their location initially, as I was told. Read the damn reviews on boost mobile and see that this is the #1 complaint, instead of just working there. Everything isnt about a sale or commission. I will NEVER step foot in this location again!! I noticed they target the same crowd that works there.. GO FIGURE!! Customer service was superb if Hispanic... Ill forgo & continue to do business in my community. No stars wouldve been the best option if allowed. DO BETTER
