Went in to open a new line for my fiancé and I, as well as upgrade his phone. The store was insanely busy yet the girls on the job were super patient and managed to get us everything we needed straight to the point. They informed us of all the options available for plans and got what we felt suited best for us. Definitely pleased with the service!

Their representatives did not seem to know what they were doing. I have been with sprint for at least 15 years. They were taken over by t mobile so I recieved a letter that stated my phone wouldnt work on their network so I have to change by janurary of 2022. I went to see the deals after many emails. I was going to recieve free phones. I wanted senior lines but then to get free phones i had to change to their number. I have had this number for 20 years. I am not happy with t mobile
Worst customer service ever, the 2 girls were unprofessional, ignorant and very disrespectful. Refused to help my husband and I trade in our phones. Lazy!!! Go somewhere where your buisness is appreciated.
I recently wanted to switch to my own phone plan after running into data usage limits (old plan had 1 GB of high speed before throttle). I decided that now would be the best time with the trade-in promotion for the iPhone 12. The associate JoJo was very helpful over the phone and also later when I came in to set up the service. She was very helpful in explaining the transition process and informing me about the trade in procedure.I was surprised when I could get the plan installed and start using the service within the same day. There was a temporary glitch since the system didnt think I had a phone in the system Jojo able to correct that very quickly. She was also present when I went to pick up my iPhone 12 and again she was very helpful and making sure that the Sim card was set up (I wasnt sure if the new 5G service would cause complications with the setup).Overall, I was very happy with how helpful the staff was, How quickly I was able to transition to a new plan and get off my old one, and how simple it was to set up the trade in for a new phone. The companys prompt and quality customer service is having me explore using them for my Internet service provider over AT&T.
Last year I purchased a screen protector that was over $40 because I was told that it had a lifetime warranty. Additionally they told me that I have to go through Apple Care for any Apple products. This screen protector broke I went back for a new one and I was told that because I dont have insurance with them but I cannot get a replacement. The only reason I purchased such an expensive screen protector is because of the warranty. Ive been with T-Mobile for over 14 years and Im really considering switching providers because they are getting worse instead of getting better.
Angelina was an amazing help with what we needed. We did not wait long at all. I recommend people to stop by this t-Mobile if you need A new phone upgrade or have questions. They are awesome. did not rush us she was a lot of help.

The worst costumer service and place for a business accounts!They are just trying to get you out of their store and are not helpful at all. Once they tell you one price and after that another. I went over there to open a business account and all they did was higher my prices per line, didnt have good costumer service at all, the lady was rude and unhelpful.Take your business somewhere else, they will just ignore you anyway.

Came to the store, the one by Harlem and Pershing and talk to Jojo and let me tell you guys she’s the go to person to go to. Had a issue with payment and did some movements in the account but the funds didn’t reflect on the account. Talk to at least 4 T-Mobile representatives over the line and not a single one gave me a straight answer. Almost a month later decided to come in the store and Jojo to rescue. Explain my situation she was knowledgeable and understanding, got online and couple of minutes later she gave me more answers than any T-Mobile representatives put together have. Now I’m not just saying this but my family members in the past had issues and this is the location that has help them out. Again I can’t stress myself enough but thanks Jojo for everything.

I recently made a switch from my old carrier to T-Mobile. I chose this location and Im pleasantly pleased. I brought in a used iPhone 5s that I had, and I needed to switch my (old carrier/phone number) Galaxy S5 to the new account with the iPhone. The staff was very helpful and I was in and out in under 40 minutes with my working iPhone and new SIM card. I was never tricked into purchasing anything, nor was I pressured to buy anything new. Now might I add, I did my research on their plans ahead of time, so I seemed somewhat aware of what I wanted. They even honored the promo code I saw online for a free SIM card. Needless to say, the staff was helpful, friendly, and quick. I will definitely continue to do business with this location!

I always come to this store but have never felt so welcomed. I came in 3 times this week looking to get my billing issues fixed. Patricia and JoJo were very patient. Also took the time to show me the phones and finally convinced me to buy a phone. I was at the store for an hour just because I had a lot of questions and never the less I didnt feel rushed out. Their patience is much appreciated and they are very helpful. Highly recommend!!

I recently activated a line with T-Mobile. The day that I activated the line I was unable to get the phone that I wanted because it sold out. After waiting 3 or 2 days for them to have the phone in stock I was unable to purchase my phone through the phone. I was advised to go to a store to place the order. I went to the store to order the phone and because they were having problems with their system they wanted to send you to another store. Since I refused, they made me call customer service on the actual store with my personal phone to order the phone. Thats was her job to do, not the costumer. I wanted to give T-mobile a chance and I already hate their costumer service. The represantive that I talked to on the phone seemed clueless about the promotion they had. When I asked the person who was taking care of me at the store to help me explain the promotion to the phone representative she got upset. She was even rude to the representative on the phone when she tried to explain what I wanted to order. Then she started making comments on how lazy they are and that she thought that the phone representative was acting stupid because she didnt want to help me. To my the girl at the store was rude and a lazy employee. She didnt seem to care to help a me, and on top of that while she was helping me she was on her personal phone checking her social media. At the end I was able to order the phone and it took for ever. I just hope I dont regret switching to T-mobile.
So came in to pay my bill on a Sunday. At 3pm. Doors locked and no one here. Why? Sign says youre open until 5pm. Not cool. This is the closest one to my house as well. Super inconvenient. Thinking of switching carriers. This isnt the first time this has happened either.

Be aware of this store practices, make sure they give you the signed copy of the receipt, and whatever promotion they sell you or credit they do it in writing.The manager in this store is in running scams.I had to get district management and had them pulled security recordings to be able to clear a charge for an item I didnt buy.
Walked in after calling Tmobile 3 times trying to change a number with no help and Naomi fixed the problem with a matter of minutes. Instead of customer service just telling me what the error was, they just told me the number was switched and taken care of, but wasnt. Coming here made the process so much easier by telling me what that error was. So thanks Naomi!

If I could give a 0 star option, I would. Hector is the best, I have been a loyal T mobile customer for over 20 years, Leticia the manager - useless! Waiting for a credit due to over charging my card in store and 60 days later has still not been refunded, have called, emailed and asked for her Supervisor and still have not received anything. Customer service is key and Leticia lacks all aspects of a manager!

I went into T-Mobile to replace a broken phone case to my Galaxy 5. Thats all I wanted, but then I met Tahevas Fleenor who showed me the Galaxy Edge 6...the phone is beautiful. So Tahevas asked me if Id like to jump out of the Galaxy 5 into the Galaxy 6 for almost no money down. Not only that, he gave me free phone covers, free wipes, and a no money down tablet (free for me). Customer service like this makes me happy to be with T-Mobile. Buy your next phone from this location, very great sales staff, especially Tehevas!:-D
