BEWARE!!! Stay away from this place I bought a truck less than a year ago already cost me $2600 to replace transmission I get it used car but only 130k miles on it when I took it to mechanic no service was done or even oil change. They put a mat on top of radio console and its broken in pieces my fault for not checking also i get the car detailed only to find out they used a certain pen to hide all the scratches including a big deep scratch on top of roof i should have checked but would of been professional on theyre part to make it known take your business elsewhere avoid these scammers

Horrible customer service. They will advertise fake prices just to get you in and in the last minute they will come out with a different price. This dealership doesnt even try to help you get a car and I will gladly take my business somewhere else.They had advertised this Tacoma with 160k miles for $11980 which seemed like a good deal until I went to the dealership and noticed the tailgate was missing and on the pictures it shows it with the tailgate.Beware of Omar the sales boy hell lie just to get a deal.Some lady that is a receptionist/ deal maker/ decision maker is very rude.

I purchased a car and it turned out to be a nightmare. They also overcharged for the vehicle and did not give a good warranty on the car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Buyer beware of this shady car dealer. They sold me a car that has cost me so much money in repairs. Im very unhappy with this company. They should be a shame of theirselves for selling cars that are not in good condition. 5/2020

Avoid this place if you can. I went in there knowing what I vehicle I wanted, the average interest rate, and I had good credit so I excepted a good deal. The young guy was helping me out but I could tell from the start he wasn’t taking me seriously. And went it got down to checking what deal I qualify for, I was... let’s just say I would be better off buying a NEW CAR at the monthly payments and interest rate I was given.

Bought a beautiful car from auto mart. No scratches or dents. Had it shipped next day without us there. When it got to the destination there were major scratches on one side like it was sideswiped. The transport company had pictures before transporting that day from dealership and the scratches were there. So it happened at dealership between when we bought car and transport time. What a scam they are. Beware!!!!!!!

First I would like to start off by saying this dealership is very professional. When I showed up I was approached by a gentlemen ready to help me find a car! I was looking into an Audi. sure enough I got a great deal, leaving the same day with the car that I wanted! on a better note! I even took my car in for second opinion from Audi on the cars condition, turns out the car is in excellent shape. well maintained!! Thank you Auto Mart! I will be seeing you guys soon!

I just want to take the time to write how wonderful my experience was with automart. First of all we were greeted by a nice gentleman named Luis and he directed us to the car we found online. Once we test drove it we decided to buy it and for a great deal we couldnt turn down! Ask for Luis, the man knows his stuff!! Highly recommend coming down here!P.S A new battery would have been nice..

For a 1st time buyer I was asked for 8 thousand dollars downpayment for a car worth 22 thousand. I think its a little too much. I know its not the dealerships fault but the financial system that asked for way too much.

I had a mixed experience. I just bought an 07 Tacoma and got a really good deal on it. I tried to negotiate on the price, but they wouldnt budge. No big deal. The sales person that helped me really tried hard to sell me on the truck. The process was smooth since I had my own financing thru my bank. The only gripes I had were the actual condition of the truck. When I was buying it, they had it in the back going over everything. But they just rinsed the outside. The inside was very dirty. It was like it was cleaned when they first got it and never cleaned it since. I had mentioned to the sales person that low tire pressure light was on and he said it probably just needed air. When I drove it home I saw the light on and just figured that was another thing they skipped. I checked the tire pressure at home and it was fine. So I am guessing the TPMS in the wheels are not the ones matched to the truck. Not a hard fix, but just more money I got to shell out for something that should have been done at the dealership when they were replacing everything on the car. They showed me the list of everything that had been done to the truck to explain to me why they couldnt drop the price at all. Dont sell me on tires. You have to make sure that it is safe to drive. Obviously the tires where bad enough that they had to be replaced. That is the dealerships legal obligation. Its not a selling point. Also, I have only driven it a couple hundred miles and the front brakes already need replacing. I guess that is another item that was missed during their inspection of the vehicle. A customer shouldnt have to worry about having a brake job after only a couple weeks and couple hundred miles on a vehicle. All in all, it was what I expected from a smaller dealership. They seem fair. But definitely go over the car you intend to buy 100% and do your homework on how much it is actually worth. I noticed a lot of smaller dealerships use Carfax as a way to price cars, whereas most financial institutions use Kelley Blue Book. There can be a difference in price.

Luis could of been more courteous. I kinda felt as if he knew i wouldnt buy the car and felt shined off in several occasions. i did end up buying a car but because i dealt with Mike he was so nice and helped me in every way he could help me out. Plus I really liked the car i had chose. but if wasnt for the car i would of ran away. Luis was not helpful in the insurance information to me and shined me off once again since i iddint have full coverage. overall i put a 4 star only because of mike he was great. if you guys decide to buy or look there ask formike

Worse car lot in Vegas by far!!!!!! Stopped to look at a car 1st the guy helping me lied and said the keys wasnt there but wanted me to fill out a app till the owner gets their! I hear someone talking to another customer say speak to him hes the manager...I ask him can we check the Lex out he says we dont let no one look at a car till they are approved!!!! I swear on my life go there and ask to test drive,pop the hood,anything they WILL NOT LET YOU CHECK A CAR OUT TILL THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont bother. Drove up from OC with every intent of buying 1 of 2 trucks they had for sale. Im a first-time buyer but did plenty of research to prepare me for this. The guy just talks himself in circles about the financing- trying to justify a $1300 finance charge on top of the APR and trying to make me feel stupid for having him repeat himself so many times because it was complete BS. They will try every trick in the book, run away

Car sale was ok. wouldnt budge on the price at all tho and I found $400 worth of repairs shortly after getting the car. Biggest annoyance tho is they said they would mail the registration within a couple weeks and its been 2 months and I still do not have it!

I went to try to finance a car the worker who attended me I did not like the way of working with me because I was not trying to help me the way it should beApparently he told me that he had no credit and the man did not try the right way to tell me that he needed more money in the downpayment.
