My business partner and I flew from Arkansas to take a look at a Chrysler 300 limo. We were seriously thinking about purchasing the vehicle because we are trying to upgrade our vehicles. When we got there we had the opportunity to look at the vehicle, start it, checked out the equipment in the back and everything worked. We were thinking ok, this may be a good thing. Well, we’ve had dealings with buying other limos without test driving so we told him that the only way we would do the deal we had to at least drive the car. The vehicle was in a covered area and he had other limos in the way which caused it to blocked. He told us that he didn’t have enough people to help him move all the vehicles and asked if we could come back another day. His staff knew that were were coming and his explanation was he was only told that were coming to look at the car. That along caused me to put up red flags!!!! Who travels across to country to look at a car and not test drive it. He even insisted on us sending 1000 dollars to put down on the car and we hadn’t laid eyes on it. This was a wasted trip and moreover was expenses that could’ve been avoided. I definitely would not purchase anything from this company!!

The production manager is a very nice guy. I am new to limo, just bought a limo from somewhere else, he is willing to let me bring in the car and had a quick inspection for me, and answered many questions for me at no charge. He also showed me around his workshop and new / pre-owned limos. I can feel he has passion about Limos, not just trying to make money.

Visited to check out some party bus options based on approval for $89,000. They really will work with you to get you into a vehicle. They do the financing themselves so its an easy process. The representative Yvonne was very helpful discussing what I was looking for and dealing with my requirements. I got a great used bus with only 10,000 miles and it runs great. Will be back for more business in the future.

We purchased a used limousine recently from American Limousine and it was a very good experience. I normally buy vehicles locally so when I found the car we had been looking for at American we checked out the dealership and were quite pleased with their reputation and the price and condition of the car. They did not disappoint. The salesperson was great. He went out of his way to provide extreme customer service. I used my own credit union although they offered financing in-house. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend this dealership.

A buddy of mine recommended this place to me. He bought a Chrysler 300 stretch a few years ago that worked out great for him. At first I hit up every major dealer on the internet, but American Limousine had the biggest selection and best price that met my budget. Even WITH my bad credit they were able to work with me and get me into a lease to own deal. Showed up there at about 12 noon, took a couple spins with a few limos around the area till I finally settled on a stretch H2 Hummer. The car was in great shape, and the interior was terrific. We ran my credit, and with only $4000 down I got the best deal possible. Spent the whole day there, but it was worth it. 5 stars!

I visited them 3 or 4 times over the past 3 months or so, and had a pleasant experience each time. No one tried to manipulate me into buying a car. The people who work there are not pushy, just helpful. After considering other dealerships, I went with American because I thought they were the easiest to deal with. Ive bought other limousines before, but this was my first time financing a vehicle. They made the process as straightforward and easy as possible. They didnt tell me different things and go back and forth like other dealerships. I got a beautiful Chrysler 300!!!!! Its my dream car and a welcome addition to my fleet.

Love this place. I was in the market for a Party Bus and they helped me pick out a brand new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500! I was originally considering something much bigger, but they explained the advantages these days of using less fuel, while offering the same luxury experience. I even have bad credit and they offered me a great deal with their in-house financing department for a low monthly payment. Very happy with American Limousine!

Ive used them for routine service of our Chrysler 300 stretch SUV, but thats not what this review is about. When the time came to replace the Chrysler I decided to see what American Limousine would offer. Made an appointment with Yvonne who made a very fair offer. Told her Id have to see what another limo dealer would give. Yvonnes offer blew away the other dealer and a week later her offer was still good and I traded in the Chrysler for a brand new Escalade stretch. If your looking to upgrade or do a trade in, I highly recommend seeing what theyll offer.

The best limousine dealership I have dealt with. All the staff where helpful, and I dealt with the salesperson Yvonne and from the start shes been very responsive, explained all of the features and helped us every step of the way. She was patient because I couldnt decide which vehicle I wanted, but eventually settled on a brand new Sprinter. 100% recommend your next vehicle from their amazing inventory and prices. Also I noticed every time I went to see them they were constantly washing and detailing my new vehicle. Amazing service. Will be back to purchase again.

American Limousine five stars!!! I just got a beautiful used Escalade from them and it was one of the best and most professional experiences. I had a great experience and got a great price from American Limousine Sales which had the limousine we had been searching for, in good condition and it was overall an easy process. Yvonne responded to all messages quickly, both before and after the sale and overall Im very satisfied. We visited their lot and after looking at about 4 different vehicles, we ended up purchasing a used Chrysler 300 stretch limousine. It runs smooth and has 12 passenger capacity we are looking for. Even though our credit wasnt the best, they worked with us and we got us approved on financing. Were thinking about having them make a custom built vehicle soon. If they have the limo youre looking for, I wouldnt hesitate at all buying through them.

I have purchased vehicles in the past and I recently flew to California to purchase two vehicles from Richard. The deal went sideways and I came home very upset and left some negative feedback. I spoke with Richard several times since and and he fixed the problem. He went out of his way to provide the outcome that was acceptable to me. He also apologized and kept his word. That is integrity at the highest level. Although we didnt purchase the vehicles they still took care of us and made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle and I will do business with them in the future. Thanks again for making a bad situation good and putting ego aside. These guys do quality builds and will do anything possible to assure its a win/ win scenario.

These guys are shady from the word go. They tried to tell me that someone else was putting a deposit on the vehicle. then said the deal fell thru. Then they say I can purchase it. I then add vehicle to my insurance, send over check and they say that vehicle, someone paid a deposit but they have another vehicle to sell me just like it. So they send me pics of the vehicle that is not even close for the same amount of money! REALLY,? These guys are the epitome of used car sales! Buyer beware, you have been warned!

Very terrible experience with them. Looked on their site and saw a limo I liked. They told me its not available but a different one was. Total bait and switch tactics. I thought these people were genuine but they are just out there to rip unsuspecting people off. Do your own research before you buy. These people are just like any used car salesman who aggressive try to sell you a bad vehicle or make you agree to some shady deal. Learn to take no for an answer.

What a great experience. My business partner and I were shopping around for a custom Sprinter van conversion to add to our fleet. We had been to other dealerships and would just be bombarded with selling tactics, rude behavior and bullying to buy the car, but not at American Limousine. All the staff were very courteous and willing to answer any questions we had about the 2016 Sprinter 3500 we were looking to buy. We did not feel rushed or pressured in anyway to buy the vehicle we were looking at. They truly was there for us and in no one tried selling tactics or bullying to make us feel like we HAD to buy the car. If anyone I know is in the market for a limousine, I will definitely be telling them to visit American Limousine.

What a horrible company if you can even call it that. I flew from Arizona to LA with cash in hand to buy a limousine they advertised as perfect condition. I called and spoke with Richard who told me the limo was perfect. I get there and the limo is in horrible condition. The unprofessionalism and bait and switch method they use cost me $1000 in travel expenses and an entire blown day. I am shocked they are still in business.

Bad business practice. Very EVASIVE and AGGRESSIVE marketing. They text me. 2 days later they call me (automated). I never authorized them to text or call me to purchase a limo or do ANY business with them. I would not trust any company that operates this way.

Never ever buy limo from them, specially that guy name Richard, full of lie . Bought hummer from them . Was told only needs minor touch up. Have title and everything. But when sent driver to pick it up . no title . Then limo broke down on the way. Had to spent $1400.00 then emailed and called so many times to get a title . When got title it’s repo. Took another week to send a letter from DMV. After that spent $12K on limo to fix it. Still gotta spend more money on engine . Whatever was shown in pictures was at day time . Zero light and no music system . Had to buy new lights and new music system to get it on road.Best advice if you wants to buy anything from them . Go in person and check everything first . Paper work, music system, lights and engine .Another advice buy it from somewhere, so many other options but don’t trust Richard. At the end he’s going to say let me check with my boss and then will say boss said sorry.Sorry won’t help you have to spend thousands on top of what you already spent .

The employees here (Thanks Peter and Carlos!) are so friendly and not pushy at all! They didn't push me on the sale and answered all my quetions. It was my first time buying a limo so I wanted to get it independantly inspected. They had no problem with this and even put gas in it and drove it to the place of my choice. Themechanic who inspected it gave me the A-OK and we closed the deal later that day. If you're looking for a place to buy a limo, look no further.

Evan tho I didnt buy just yet I went down to look at there inventory I was happy with what they had.the sales lady was vary helpful and willing to take the time to show me around pricing I thought was fare and willing to help with financeing will concerter them when I get back in the market here vary soon. They have a wide range of limos available however they dont understand how to present a car for sale. First of all they didnt even clean the limo or buffed before hand and when finding dents the mechanic would rub the dirt just scratching the paint further. When we arrived the limo was already started which could mean it doesnt start well. Next they had the mechanics working on it as we were trying to look at it. They had known ahead of time and didnt bother to get it ready. Next they had it jam packed with limos that we couldnt even test drive it. They also offered to fix many of the problems which is great but why not have that already done unless youre not planning on actually fixing anything.

Do not call this place not even to ask a question, their shady sales team will call you over and over 10 times a day not stop using his presure sales tactics. Do not reccomend at all.

Purchase at your own risk. Purchased (2) brand new limousines. Both of them have been nothing but saftey concerns. The Chrysler 300 is a wiring nightmare that got so hot it almost caused a fire in the passenger compartment. We have had to tear it apart and replace the main wiring correctly. We have thousands of dollars into this limousine for repairs and it only has 9000 miles. The Escalade had a wheel fell off today which has 6200 miles (4000) of which is driving it cross country to have built and drive back. We brought them a brand new 2017 Escalade to have built into a limousine. This company kept our oem wheels and replaced them with chinese replicas. We have contacted them too many times with pictures and they turn their head and ignore any kind of warranties they promised. I will be adding photos as well to prove this is not a lie.
