This is a good mall: extensive selection of stores, decent food court, and not all indoors. You have to walk outside to get to many stores, some quite a distance away. But its pleasant, most people wear masks (were in Seattle, not Boise), and there are lots of places to get out of the rain. The place hasnt been crowded in several visits, but weve gone during the week in the daytime, so it might be busier evenings and weekends.

Always so clean and friendly. Low prices at bath and body works!!

Its a mall. They havent changed much in the last twenty years. Store selection is nice, this one is probably the largest one in western Washington outside of the Seattle malls.

Its a mall. Still going. That itself is impressive.A few department stores, a few small stores, good court, mall stuff.Have a few unusual treats too: Turkish delights at Kismet and Steepologie Teas come to mind.And a few movie monolith for those looking to go deaf in comfy seats watching explosions and the like.

This mall has greatly improved in the last 10 years. I used to live pretty close to this mall quite awhile ago and it wasnt my favorite. I am glad with all the decorative improvements and new shops that have been added. It actually feels much more like a real mall experience now.

It was a nice clean shop everything is expectin shoe stores. But nobody carries Minimalist shoes anymore so they didnt have what I was looking for.

Loved this huge mall. It’s got all variety of stores. Not just food here you can get everything regarding your need. Furniture, clothes, shoes and Amazon 4 star shops are in this mall. Different shops are here for different things. Infrastructure and design of this mall are so wonderful and not just to buy anything you can come and enjoy this beautiful mall.

Visited Cheesecake Factory at the Alderwood Mall. Always great service and excellent Broad menu. The bar drinks are very weak but tasty. Very crowded but that is expected at a popular restaurant. They do not take reservations.

This is my go to mall in the Seattle area. They have everything you would expect from a premium facility. Their food court is really good with a couple of stand alone restaurants like Claim Jumpers and Blazing Onion. VR experiences. Fun, modern and caters to all ages. The Better Massage is a place I always look forward to visiting whenever I am there. Prices are a bit higher, but thats the world we live in right now, and you get what you pay for when visiting the Alderwood Mall.

This mall was nice. It has alot of name brand stores. Pretty big. We had coffee from one of the middle both it was good. Go try it out.

I LOVE Emerald City Smoothie. They serve the best and have plenty of booster to suit your nutritional need. The prices are decent and the staff are ALWAYS nice and knowledge.

Why is the staff here perfect? They are so kind and helpful. I spoke with Ashley (I think) and she helped me discuss what products to try on my dry, curly hair. She also had very cool earrings. 💛👽🛸

This Mall is experiencing major growth and an overall with residential and new shops opening up every month. A great spot for the northern part of Seattle residents, is more of a middle class draw with stores ranging from Lego to REI this place has a wide variety of offerings and a full theater and outside portion to get some sun while you shop.

This is a spacious shopping center with a lot of brands, a large food court, ample parking, and helpful signs to help you navigate. My favourites are -The Macys storeThe candy floss stallThe crepe stallThe VR stall near the food courtThe massage stallsVictorias secret and PINK storesMacys furnitureAuntie Annes pretzelsThis is such a large shopping center that it could take over an hour to just walk past all the stores. You could easily spend a day shopping large brands or small Washington businesses.

We ate at the malls food court, we were out for the evening and it was very pleasant, food was good, walked around for a bit. Thing were nice.

My girls and I enjoy this mall very much. Whenever we cant find and item we have the option of looking for it in other stores... many selections of them.

Alderwood Mall is a great shopping experience! There is outside shopping with some nice restaurants to get a bite to eat. The food court is great they have a wide selection of options. There is even a movie theater right there at the mall:) Its a one stop shop!

Alderwood is your typical mall. Always under expansion, with all the stores youd expect. Our family likes to go there when we cant agree on what to eat when we want to eat out. They have free electric vehicle charging via Volta. Go during the week if you want to avoid crowds.

A good mall with plenty of stores and restaurants, along with a well run theater. Plenty of parking. Not run down or dying like many malls are these days.

Everything was clean and well laid out. The IMAX screen is so clear and crisp. The sounds are ground shaking and clear. Great experience, especially for not being able to go out for long.

Big store but selection somehow seem limited. Tukwila, Bellevue and of course the Seattle store have more options. Staff comes off as poorly trained or poorly monitored. Last 5 or so same day pickup orders were never ready same day. Some took 3 days. When its apparent they wont have a same day order ready, I now just pick my own order and take it to the order pick up counter. Sometimes I jokingly ask for an employee discount for this. They dont like that. What stood out to me is that if I am in casual clothes like jeans and tshirt, the clerks dont offer help. If Im in business formal, they fawn. Just take the extra time and hit Bellevue.

Great mall. Honestly its nice to see at least one thats still doing well. Prices are a bit high in the stores but its to be expected. Stores that i visited were all very clean and the employees were polite and professional. Would definitely recommend if youre looking to have a traditional mall experience.

Always my favorite place to go for cheesecake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were there during one of the busiest times and the staff still made sure we were okay and kept things moving as fast as possible. I have gone lots of times and I love it each time. I always get a chicken parmesan pizza style which is pretty ridiculous but I love it!

I love this place because I had my car detailed at Washpodd near the theater - and they did a fantastic job!

Nice setup, I just wish the seats were the recliner double seats.

A large shopping center, where various things are sold, in the corridors there are comfortable benches where you can sit, there is also a place where you can eat delicious food.

A pretty good place to spend a weekend day, especially for those who missed the shopping mall during the quarantine. You can drink a favorite beverage on artistic benches and watching the fountain when tired of going around the shop malls.

Went to the mall to go to the AT&T store last week. It was more crowded than I expected. The mall does not require mask. Most people did not wear mask. So ATT was the only place I went. I did not feel good roaming around the mall with people who did not care to wear mask or keep a distance.

Its a really cool place to go and lots of stores pretty much find what you want sometimes it gets a little bit crowded but everybody seems to be nice and were wearing our masks and some place I recommend shopping, The Alderwood Mall.

Alright just got basic school styles for the grandchildren. Had a minor sales for this weekend. Maybe because everyone had to where mask, once arriving at the mall. Only time you might not when your eating/drinking at the eatery, or outside by Cold Store Ice Cream, today was not that hot, perfect weather. Just basic clothing, Forever 21, Spencers, Hot topics, and REI, were our main target in the Mall. Eatery was Spaheghetti and garlic bread, grandchildren wanted this place. Just external hot carrying all the sales as possible for the children should have rented a cart. Great times, at least business were all ooen.

Honestly I love this mall. Ive only lived here in Washington for a year, and when I did COVID happened. But now that Im able to see whats to offer, I love it. The shops are everything 🙌 lol so many to choice from. Its bright and clean. So many bathroom stales! So you dont have to wait forever in a day to go potty. The area around Alderwood is a great area to spend the day, time & money! 100% recommended!! & for the kids the playtourium is open again. So parents can go do some shopping in peace (a guardian with the kid(s) of course) i even got a peircing here today! This location has everything!!!

Good mall with all the necessary stores and more. However they have a few new stores that should be open but I guess due to covid they are postponing the production of the new stores.

Great place to shop!!I am SO glad to know that Alderwood Mall and the security people hired by that organization are following the masking protocols and that people have been escorted out when they were not in compliance.

Weekends are super busy, have a small play area for the kiddos and they have nursing rooms which is always a plus !! Nice mall ! Good food options !

One of the best malls left in the area. I live in Marysville/Lake Stevens area and I dont remember the last time I shopped at Everett Mall; I bypass it every time to come to Alderwood. There is a great selection of shops. From brands like H&M and Zara to small amazing shops like the Washington State store (not sure if thats is name) and Wishes (a great toy store with fun alternative toy options). Its always clean and well-managed. I will always come here when I need to go shopping at different stores because its actually a fun mall to browse in all the stores.

I was lucky to visit with a very good friend of mine and we both really enjoyed our time visiting while enjoying our pretzels from Auntie Annes and people watching for most of the afternoon after our walk from entering through Macys. It was a wonderful visit for sure and Im glad to have enjoyed it.

Lots of great stores, outdoor space for eating & drinking. Indoor covered for rainy days. Parking is a little sparse while construction is going on all around the perimeter, but thats a minor annoyance as it grown better.

The mall is noticeably quieter on Thursday late morning/early afternoon. Its a good time to go if you like to browse and not feel rushed.

Convenient location and decent options for shopping. Don’t expect too much from Macy’s and Nordstrom.

Haven’t been to the mall in awhile due to COVID but everything seemed to be clean and I didn’t see a single person that wasn’t wearing a mask. All the stores were following through on their procedures and it went smoothly! Also the apartments on the property are coming along nicely!

Quite a diverse set of stores in this mall. From Nordstrom to anime cosplay stores, youll get a little bit of everything. There is plentiful of parking, even on the weekends, and half of the mall is inside and outside. Some of the stores are quite crowded, but thats because they fit quite a bit of stores into a small space.Overall, not a bad mall to satisfy the taste of many types of people.

I had a beautiful dog tag necklace made at the stand in the mall today. The guy made it better than I could have imagined. He was kind enough to show me extras I could add to the photo of my son along with emblems by the quotes.. followed by that there was a beautiful woman who works at the jewelry stand by Jc penny named Alison who helped me out with getting another necklace I wanted. They had a good deal buy one get one half off.

Alderwood is a great mall that seems like its only going to get better with all the commercial and residential development in the area. COVID has not appeared to have much of an effect on the overall performance of this mall. If anything, it seems like this mall is now more crowded than ever.

The location at Alderwood Mall does not disappoint!The displays are beautiful and youre encourage to touch and try everything. Some of the scrubs and products look and smell so good you could eat em and in many cases thats true!They are all natural, vegan, and preservative and cruelty free, with names like Angels on Bare Skin and Let the Good Times Roll. As impressive as the product lines are named they are formulated even better! Using high grade food products like maize, apricot, charcoal, polenta, almond, lavender, eucalyptus, all manner of essential oils, and the list goes on and on. Just like I could!Associates greet you and treat you like theyre glad you came. They have a customer/associate ratio of 1/1. Well we were in a department store and someone tried to steal a womens purse. The manager and fellow employees were able to get the purse back. The perpetrator ran out the door. Crazy times!! Lady was not hurt. Watch yourself out there.
