The store has a very nice selection of what they sell. I enjoyed finding gifts for my wife. There were plenty of sizes to choose from and colors that could please just about anyone. Staff was friendly and sometimes a little too helpful LOL

I really gave them a five-star they sold my 12-year-old a bra and it was on the last tightest hook probably so they could sell more bras

Helpful and friendly staff. We found what we were looking for and a sale was going on, so even better.

Dressing rooms are still not open which makes shopping for bras and clothing a bit problematic. I did put a couple sweaters on over my shirt to just make sure they would fit before leaving. Love their clothes. Got a cute crop camo sweater and a couple other hoodies on clearance for a great deal.

Girls were super helpful and I got a great deal on some undies, super tidy very friendly love it

I ordered shorts that they messed up and sent me 3 tops and when I called she said she would order me the shorts and she didnt even make sure there was any in inventory and now there is not I told the lady that I did not want a refund for the shorts and she did it anyway. I told her I will drive on my one day off and take them back. I just got an email saying my money was refunded. So the customer service totally ignores what you say. Not a good look for Victorias secret.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Place seemed pretty clean. I wish the store could change the set up for display because it is a bit cramped and has been the same for a while. Giving 4 stars only because prices are still pretty steep. I like the deals they offer but cant see myself forking out 70 bucks for a pair of leggings. (Not part of sale) so it is a bit limiting. Id pay the 80 for 2 but those leggings dont seem to have pockets and seem too thin. The likes of which target has for 20. Of course this has nothing to do with this particular store or staff so I will repeat, staff was very friendly and helpful and I realize pricing is not their fault and therefore I am bringing that complaint here instead of blaming workers. Hope someone out there sees this. Thanks!

The BEST service you could ever have!! It’s the first time I purchase bras in VS. The stylist fitted the basic bras on me and I tried more than 30 styles of bras after that!! VS girls are nice and warm and they are Pros!!!! I love them and love the bras I’ve bought. What a wonderful shopping experience :)))))))))

Was not able to try anything on due to covid-19. Out of the two bras I chose one works great, the other not as well. I live too far to have not been able to try them on. Now I have to try and make it back there to exchange it.

They really DO NOT take care of their customers. Came in to return a very lovely gift, however, I already had one. Unfortunately, the giver did not provide me a gift receipt. Their website is listing the product as $59.90 and the girl pictured on left had a bad attitude about me not having a receipt (sorry, I wasnt given one) and told the girl on the right that they could only credit me $14.99. After I showed the price on the website they still were unable to help me. Too bad, this place had otherwise nice reviews, guess I caught the wrong employees.

My daughter and I received the best sales assistance ever at this location. So sorry I cant remember the sales associates name. She was helpful and attentive without being pushy or trying to oversell. She made sure my daughter was properly measured and helped her find the right styles, sizes and colors that she was looking for. Truly stellar. I highly recommend. So often sales people at PINK and VS either ignore you or try to make you buy lots of stuff even if you only need one bra, but this girl was wonderful. We left with three bras and were very happy.

Stopped by for the swimsuit sale and they didnt package my bottoms into my bag, I didnt realize until I got home and they were already closed.The bright side of this is that an employee there, Jessica, spent a solid 3 hours making sure to locate the exact same pair I needed from another store after they couldnt find them again in their store. I really appreciate the great customer service on her part and went above and beyond to help out. I give her 5 stars!

Brought my teenaged daughter. Found her a wonderful helper and set them loose for shopping. Hung out around the mall while she did a fitting and picked out bras. The one they helped her select was cute and functional, good for everyday wear without being too... Much. As a father, its difficult to watch your girls grow up, but the team at VS made it comfortable for both her and me. Thank you.

I dont like many of their stores but this one is amazing. They REALLY take care of their customers. Love all the ladies here. The start is always friendly and helpful. I just wish it was a little brighter in the store and for me $52 a bra is a bit. They do do a good job and fitting and sizing though.

I was so impressed that I wanted to write a review. I went to get some new bras on a Saturday and it was really busy. There was only one employee in the dressing room area and she was AMAZING. Although it was really busy and she was running around helping people she was so personable and kind to everyone. She took time to measure me and find a bra for me that finally fits right. I will keep coming back here because I know they have great customer service.

This is a good sized location with a great selection and lovely staff! I was greeted by each employee on the floor at one point or another, and they were oh-so-helpful in answering my questions and giving me sale info! Thanks ladies!

This Victorias Secret location has been increased and remodeled! Its a beautiful store! And, the most impressive thing I discovered is theyre carrying larger sizes in bras and panties! I just bought my second bra of this year in size 36DDD and I believe that they go up to size 40 or 42DDD (you may want to call ahead to make sure thats right)! Happy shopping ladies! Every lady can always use a little lingerie and lace in the drawer!

I love this store! I took all 3 of my girls for fittings and new bras last weekend and the staff could not have been more willing to help and have been more patient than the girls we had at Bellis Fair Victorias Secret. Collectively my girls tried on probably close to 30 bras, and not once did any of the girls at VS act irritated or annoyed... they just kept plugging along until my girls finally were able to make a choice. Thank you ladies! THANK YOU!!

I like that theres a separate store for Pink vs Victorias Secret at this mall. This location always has friendly staff, great deals, and the store is always clean.

Great customer Service.

Ive always hated bra shopping because its hard to find something that fits, but today was the worst! The ladies helping would not listen to my concerns about how the bras fit or what I was looking for. I tried on about 15 bras that they kept saying would be great. NONE of them were even okay, much less great. Ended up leaving the store in tears without buying what I needed.

I like their underwear but actually hate going into the store. I find it crowded with fixtures and overly branded clothing. Service is fine. Manager was at checkout and answered my questions but made me wait for someone else to come up to ring me out.

This store is great! I got left by the initial girl helping me who was supposed to be finding me some sizes of bras to try on, she went on break and told NO ONE about me her name KAYCEE. Another lady started helping me and got me into a fitting room to be fitted as I wasnt sure what I really wanted to buy. The fitting room staff were amazing! Until I got my stylist! I ended up with KAYCEE again, she apologized for leaving me half heartedly. We started looking at my choices from my fitting when i realized u had switched my like and dislike pile. You would think she would say omg ok lets fix this so you get what you want. NOPE, her words well i showed you your likes and Ill let you shop. Let me know if i can help with anything else........I was shocked I have NEVER had such a bad experience. Ive been a Victoria secret customer for YEARS. This please needs some better girls!

Customer service was great! The location we went to was a bit cramped, it was very hard to move around with a baby stroller.

Horrible customer service!! I went into an empty store ready to be measured and hopefully find undergarments for my wedding, but instead I was ignored for over 15 minutes. They literally greeted and offered help to every other person who walked into the store after me, and two of them walked around me multiple times, ignoring my requests for help while they chatted about some mutual friend who was totally knocked up. Rather than getting loud and upset at them as others might, I just left and ordered my garments online from a competitor.

Too expensive. Cheaply made clothing. Spend your money on something better like Forever 21 or Hollister.
