Andy was THE BEST and biggest help! We had a truly great experience at Pure Hockey working with Andy. (I really hope I am remembering his name properly. We went on 10/16 and he had to the manager). This man busted his bum helping everyone. Respectfully allowed the team their breaks and truly interacted well with customers and his fellow associates. We were there a good while trying on gear, baking & sharpening the skates and I was impressed the whole time. We walked out with everything we needed and a whole bunch of new knowledge as two parents who never played hockey. Thank you for the excellent experience.It made it worth the drive from Central Oregon. See you next year and we will call in the meantime if we need anything!

Thinking this store was open until 7pm, I arrived at 6:20pm to pick up my daughters newly re-bladed hockey skates that one of the associates, Quinner (real name Trevor), had done.Earlier in the day, he helped me narrow down the selection of options for replacement blades to just the right blade at the right price point.Little did I know that the store actually closes at 6pm on Saturdays, so I was arriving 20 minutes after the store had officially closed. As I walked up to the front door, I happened to see Quinner and he still let me in to pick up the skates and pay for them!Because of his kindness, not only was I able to save 1.5 hours in round trip driving, but my daughter will be able to play in her newly re-bladed hockey skates in her game tomorrow morning.You rock, Quinner! Thank you so much!! So appreciated.

Biggest selection of ice hockey gear in the area, good service. They even have a sweet machine you stand on that scans a 3d model of your feet to ensure the best fit in skates.

My son and I went to Pure Hockey to get his hockey skates sharpened. We were immediately greeted by the Store Manager, he was very helpful, professional and friendly. His attention to my 8 year old son was very warm, personable and engaging. I was extremely impressed with the Store Manager and his interaction with his customers.After turning over the skates for sharpening we continued to look throughout the store. I had a question regarding cage masks, thats when Trevor approached us, eager to assist. Trevor was very professional, knowledgeable and provided phenomenal customer service. He was able to answer all of my questions, he gave great advice and recommendations and Trevors attention to my son was very engaging and inviting.As this was my first time visiting Pure Hockey I was not sure what to expect. My overall experience was truly the best in every aspect. Customer Service was by far the best I have received in a very long time. The knowledge of the Store Manager and Supervisor was very impressive. But what really made me leaving the store feeling like this was the best customer service experience Ive ever had was the inclusion and engaging conversations with my 8 year old son. He had asked if we could go back the next day, this was simply due to the feeling of being welcomed and important.Being from Canada, I usually go to Vancouver for all of our hockey needs. However, after this experience Pure Hockey will definitely be our go to for everything Hockey.

Amazing customer service from all team members, but especially from Margeaux! She took the time to fit my 8 year old for each piece of equipment keeping cost in mind and used her own experience and expertise for recommendations. Margeaux was also very fun to work with, my son loved her. Thank you!!

We were on vacation near Exeton, Pennsylvania and ordered goalie skates for my son and had them shipped to our local store in Washington state. Picked them up today got them baked and sharpend thank you Aidan and Andy for providing excellent customer service!

This store has everything!!! Its terrific having a legitimate hockey store right in town. You used to have to drive to Canada to find a store with this kind of selection. Their goalie section is great and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Love this store!

This is a fantastic hockey store. The employees were patient while I tried on 6 different pairs of skates, and let me test out 2 different sticks. It has a great stick testing demo area and an awesome selection overall of different Hockey equipment. This will definitely be the place I go to for Hockey gear.

Great store, friendly staff. Guy realized he had met me before and showed me all the coolest new goalie toys. Can get fitted for pads and all that jazz skates on, on fake ice tiles so you can really try it out. Maybe the only draw back, and incredibly understandably at that, most goalie gear is order only. So theres not a lot of instant gratification for goalies but still a fine selection.

Awesome staff, great selection. Nice to have a store in the area thats most likely gonna have that thing you need on game day, also really enjoying their rewards system. This place is only going to get better with time. Will be a frequent customer!

We stopped by today hoping to see some goalie skates and were so impressed. They have a full goalie section, it was awesome to get to actually try and touch things before buying them. The staff was friendly and helpful and we liked the selection. We will definitely be back!

Convenient that we have a local shop to try on gear. I would of gave 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that they try to sell you the most expensive stuff vs what your child actually needs. It was disappointing because if I didnt already know what I was doing then it could of been a very costly trip. If they expect to get loyal customers then the costumer needs to come first over your profit. Fit the kids with what will work best for them, not a $900 pair of skates that will last a season and are a huge step up from the skates he has. The other hockey shops we normally go to in Canada fit for the childs needs, not for the most expensive. It makes a huge difference!Edit: Thanks for the response. I feel this shop could be really great for local hockey. We went back and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping the kids with gear.

The employees are nice and help if you need it like Trever. Pure hockey have both skater and goal equipment.
