The store is always nice and well organized. The staff is super-friendly. Parking is sometimes limited. They didnt have what I was looking for, this time, but Ill keep checking back because I love the thought of putting goods to re-use whenever possible.

Great customer service. Called in to see if they had childrens bikes. They were so nice on the phone and tried to help best they could over the phone. We went in to see the bikes and none had training wheels and without trying to sell us on a bike without them, even though they didnt have any training wheels on hand, they said if we went and got some they would put them on for free. It looked like a very nice store. With every type of sport stuff available. Ill definitely come back for more sports stuff

The staff was super informative, and very helpful from the moment we walked in.

Tried to return a brand-new, never used, still in box, set of Snowshoes purchased right before Christmas as a present. Our daughter did not want the snowshoes so I tried to return them.First, I went there on January 6th (a Wednesday) but found out that they are closed on Wednesdays ... (why?) . The next chance I had to try and return them was today (January 14th). I was told that they stopped taking returns from Christmas on January 9th (2 weeks I guess). I could return them ... but it would be with a 20% restock fee.I expected better.

I am giving them a 2 star as I recently had a bad experience with this particular shop. I called up if they have a particular model of the bike. They confirmed colour and everything. After a 40 minute drive when I reached the store, I got to know they never had it available. It was a pretty disappointing customer service for me.

As a business owner; I truly enjoy it when a business takes care of its customers, and goes the extra mile. Recently I bought a pair of hockey skates that were unfortunately not in stock. Due to a shipping issue (no fault of Play it Again sports) they weren’t on time to be delivered as planned. In response John and his employees made sure I knew what was happening and when they would come in (he even texted me to notify me) and made the purchase very easy to plan around. I really appreciate their thoughtful service in a market that commonly forgets what great service looks like. I highly recommend them.

Was there for disc golf today and they had an incredible selection of discs. Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in yesterday with a co-worker to pick out weights for a fitness class I am teaching. They had a wide selection of free weights and kettlebells, both new and used and priced by the lb. BUT the reason why I am writing this review is that the staff was so helpful! I dont remember the store managers name (short blonde hair) but they were very informed and even helped me bring the weights out to my car and got me signed up for the loyalty program! Thank you.

Dont bother doing business with this store. They do not understand how to honor prices and treat their customers right. I visited this store on 5/13 because I saw a great deal on a used hex bar listed for 49.99 the day before. Luckily the item was still there and I proceeded to go to the counter to checkout. I was helped by one of their employees and they began to ring out the item. I mentioned to the cashier that this was a great deal and that the item usually goes for 120 brand new. I left the counter to check out some golf items they had nearby and when I got back, the employee stated that the item was mis-priced and could not honor the 49.99 price tag. I was confused and didnt understand what was going on so I began to ask why. The employee stated that the price seem too low and started to investigate why. They then stated that the price was for a used curl bar rather than the hex bar. They stated the hex bar was actually 79.99 but they would give me a discount for the confusion. While this was going on, he started to rip off the price tag and threw it away without showing it to me. At that point I was furious and stormed out of the store because they would not budge on the price even though it was listed lower. The manager of the store heard the whole conversation but didnt bother to come out of his office to explain his decision. Ive worked in retail and understand there can be mistakes made but the companies Ive worked for would always honor what was listed on the price tag. I hope that the owners of this establishment reads this review and makes a correction to how they do business.

I came in from out of town looking for an affordable wet suit that I needed to buy last minute, and I am so glad I stopped in here! I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes with a great quality, and affordable wet suit. I wouldnt have been able to make this purchase without the help from the incredible staff. Overall great experience shopping here.

Good selection of hockey equipment and good service.Update: Weve been back a few times since my original review and every time weve received great service. On our last visit, one of the staff helped size my daughter for hockey skates and took the time to make sure she got the right ones. I also find their selection of hockey equipment (especially skates) to be a lot more extensive than any of the pro shops in the area.

This place has the best customer service and selection. Went in for ski boots and it was no pressure but very attentive to how I was doing. They checked in with me every 5 minutes or so even though they were busy with rental returns.Had a tune up done on my skis and everything was explained well, they are very knowledgeable about their craft.This is always my rental spot for my kids and they are very patient and listen to my kids input on how things fit.Highly recommend!

Best hockey shop in the Seattle area by far. The other pro shops charge way more and carry way less. Play it again is worth the drive.

Been going here for years, great options for ski and snowboard rentals, usually pretty fast service (unless super busy of course.) Very fair value with buying/trading in used gear. Many used items look almost new, but even the more used gear is still in very good shape, especially for kids who will most likely only use one season anyway. Highly advise visiting here first before going with brand new sports equipment! The owner is one of the nicest guys around as well.

Ive seen some pretty ridiculous reviews of this place. The staff is friendly, their selection (during the right season) is unmatched in the area for most sports. The owner is incredible. He has now accommodated me in ordering several items, for myself and friends and offered me a loyalty discount several times just for coming to him instead of ordering online or going to a big box store. Cannot thank John enough. Will continue to shop here for years! I literally feel like family there now!

My boys have grown up in here. We come in every year so John can accommodate that years growth spurt. I dont go up the mountain until I have gone in and had John and staff check our equipment and fit everything. They were there to help when one switched to snowboarding and always available to help with Christmas shopping!

The couple that owns and runs this family business are two of the sweetest people around! Always helpful and efficient!! Love this place!! All 3 of my kids got their stuff here! Baseball, hockey, Football, even some cheer stuff!!!

Mixed results every time I need something here--the employees seem really friendly, but then I also feel like I am being upsold and taken advantage of. I also sold some equipment to them and should have checked my receipt before I left--they told me it would be a $15 credit, but it was $10. Its just $5 but it makes a difference, especially when you have to drive so far for hockey equipment in this area.They do have the widest selection of hockey equipment, though very limited options for women.

Great products and great prices for their used items. We were able to buy a life vest for $30 used that is $100 new. The staff was very helpful.

Do not even think to sharpen ice skates here. i used to sharpen skates at this store - Jordan did awsome job several times for me but .. 3 weeks ago i went again but she is not working there... the owner, oriental gentleman, tried to sharpen my skates... right skate was completely off - uneven outside and inside edges... i came back...he tried again...and im ending up with uneven level of blades on outside and inside of right skate, on left skate outside edge is not sharp and not cleaned from metal stripping as well as inside edge does have 3 small cuts- ...with 3/8 the skate is slipping......etc...i gave up and went to highland ice center. they did the JOB and im back enjoying my runs.

Bad bad bad rental experience!!! It took me over an hour to have a ski rental done :( it took us 20 mins to finish the paper work, and 50 mins to wait for the binding adjustment done :(It seems they have only one technician, and she kept making phone calls and checking other facility forms, ignoring that we were the first costumers getting there!!! It usually takes 5 mins to get the adjustment done in other places but here it’s 50 mins!!!! Don’t ever come here to rent :(

For most sports needs, these guys treat you very right. Their staff really know what theyre doing and are willing to go the distance when it comes to complex needs like setting up equipment for youth sports.
