Found this shop and decided to stop in as they’re only 15 minutes away. A little hard to find, not much signage or other activity, but well worth the effort. Told the saleswoman what I was looking for and she brought me three options a faux leather cap and two leather caps. Decided on the leather cap and was on my way, very happy with my decision to stop by and with my purchase.

I visited on a whim looking for a quality hat and was extremely satisfied. The store is very clean, has an excellent selection of many types of hats and the customer service was exceptional. The woman helping me didnt rush and showed me many hats even though they probably wondered if i had enough money for the hats. The prices were better than expected so I bought two. I will definitely go back if I ever want another hat.

I had amazing customer service helping me find the right fit. There were so many hats to choose from that I had a hard time deciding. All very high quality. I’m looking forward to using my purchase for my upcoming trip.Also while I was in there, a customer from the day before came in with a problem; and they took very good care of him. I was very impressed with how they went out of their way to make him happy.

Once you have a handwoven hat you will never be able to go back to they type they sell in most stores. This shop is great! The customer service was perfect and they have a great selection. I replaced my old favorite Panama hat with one of theirs. They have wool felt hats, too, and I will probably have to go back for one, because they were beautiful.

I am so pleased to have found this hat shop. The location is out of a retail area but not far from I-5. If you are looking for a well made made in America hat you must visit this shop. My grandfather had a number of classic style, quality hats in very old boxes that were passed to me upon his passing. And despite numerous people telling me they loved the look, I neglected to purchase any of my own for years because I hadnt found the same quality at the right price point for years. My wife found Ultrafino in a quick google search so we decided to drop by for a visit since it was local. I was able to purchase four quality hats that look amazing and have amazing quality for the price some places charge for one. Im sure Ill be back!

So glad theres a real hat shop so close. I have a fedora that was given as a gift on my birthday but it started to get a bit too snug.Came here and they stretched out my hat a bit so that it fit perfectly! No hassle, and purely professional.While I waited I checked out their selections of Panama Hats and wished I could wear one, but my skin doesnt work well with light colored hats. Then I saw the other section of felt hats and wow! Even more selection! Bands, feathers, men and women hats.Will definitely recommend this place.

Found an old gambler style hat in my closet - the weekend we had record high temperatures in Seattle. I wore it to the farmers market even though it was missing a hatband, which had somehow gone astray. No worries - Thanks to Google I found the Ultrafino store! Wonderful employee helped me to find a lovely new hatband & an interior headband to make the fit just right. When I am ready for a brand new Panama hat in the same or a a different style I know just where to go - Ultrafino!

I impressed with the selections and quality of their Fedoras, which are like potato chips, cant just have one. Reasonable pricing as well.

First time in today, was a long time Bernie Utz customer but this is my new place, service was excellent, great location and selection plus she was very knowledgeable and new exactly the look I wanted and had a large selection of styles in my size. The product quality is unbelievable, these hats will last you probably the rest of your life and will never go out of style. Just cant say quality enough times and the the fit and finish muy bueno! Prices are totally reasonable for the quality and if youre a hat guy like me you know you get what you pay for.

No need to beware! I just purchased a panama hat for travel and the service was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Very large inventory to see, feel, and try on! I will return if I need another hat and I will highly recommend Ultrafino in Lynnwood to my hatless friends.

Owner spent over an hour with my husband and me. We visited and tried on a number of hat styles. We gound what we wanted in the sizes we needed.

Not finding the hat I needed at Alderwood mall a Google search showed this place and when I showed up on Saturday even though they were closed they helped me find the hat I needed as they happened to be there for inventory. The service was excellent and I found the summer hat in the size I needed.

I orderd a very expensive hat and when I received it it was crushed. I contact Ultrafine, I first tried calling but they would never answer the phone. I then sent them and email with pictures and finally they replied and said they would send me an RMA#. That was March 15th and I still not received anything from them. Buyer be ware, their customer support is very poor. looks like Im headed to the BBB.

Warning if youre ordering from Canada. Youll be charged additional duties on top of their exorbitant shipping costs. Add $65-70 to the price that is shown for shipping and duties. Also no returns for Canadians!!
